History: Ao Quang is a child that has lost his memory and has come to represent himself as the Dragon King of the Eastern Seas, reincarnated into an anthropomorphic representation of the God. Originally he was a young and upcoming Lord in Mizu no Kuni until his small village was overrun by bandits and he was knocked senseless, losing all his past memories by having retrograde amnesia. He found himself inside of a temple dedicated to the Dragon Kings in Sunrise Waterfall, and prayed to the only remaining statue-representation of the God of the Eastern Seas. Soon he became mentally unstable and found himself as the Dragon King Ao Quang himself. Soon he found Aomaki and the two befriended each other, as Aomaki saved Ao Quang and tried to help him escape from the frozen Sunrise Waterfall. Later on at The Docks of Mizu no Kuni, Ao Quang left on a journey for self-realization to Hidden Cloud. He entered Hidden Cloud with a crushed and broken heart since he was tricked into thinking the guard was the right woman for him. Later on he found the man he believed to be the Dragon King of the Northern Seas, and he implanted the "will seed" of the pure Dragon Kingdom into him. That man's name was Kowarusuki Warusa.

History: Born a Hyuuga, he's a power-hungry and rather inventive man that prefers privacy. He is addicted to high-class alcoholic beverages and has created many a low-bit tune in his time. He's rather poetic and is known for his extensive songs made in the genre chiptunes. He's one of the many artists that play live in Hidden Cloud. He's secretive and plays only as the alias Bytethief in his best full-body get-up that hides his face and eyes. He usually plays through full-body elastic clothes that cover his face as well, and he uses his Hyuuga-born eyes to see through it and avoid others seeing himself. At night, he's a promiscuous prowler and a well-known male tramp. He's not exactly the embodiment of purity and peace, but he strives for those goals. He can sometimes be corrupt and greedy, but he tries to get over his problems and make others see the light in himself. He enjoys fashionable apparel and has an addiction to tuxedoes and goggles. Not only is he proficient in hand-to-hand closequarters combat, he's also proficient in weapon-to-weapon closequarters combat and weapon-to-weapon light–blades combat. His main weapons are rapiers or long daggers. Later on in his life, once his girlfriend left him and fled to Amegakure no Sato, he found Ao Quang. Ao Quang, believing that Kowarusuki was the Dragon King of the Northern Seas, implanted the "will seed" of the pure Dragon Kingdom into him.
