One of the longtime problems with retaining staff, especially the more tedious jobs like bmod, has been that there is no compensation for those people taking time out of their other duties and doing the job. The admin team has considered the issue for years now, and finally we've decided to do something about it.
Shortly a few edits will be done in the forum settings, and once that happens, all staff will be paid for their time.
Bmods will be paid as follows:
[legend="Battle Mod Compensation"]500 yen per round modded per player participating. Amount increases by 20% per rank per participant.
E rank players= 100 yen each
D rank players= 300 yen each
C Rank players= 600 yen each
B Rank players= 1000 yen each
A Rank players= 1200 yen each
S Rank players= 1500 yen each
Compensation would be at the battle completion.[/legend]
Bmods will get paid for each round modded, and be paid depending on the ranks of each players. So if you mod for 3 S ranks and 1 A rank, each round earns 3900 yen.
[legend="Contract Mod Compensation"]250 yen per round modded as a Contract Mod. 2500 Yen at Contract completion. There is no compensation for denied mods, but the roller get to mod the adventure.[/legend]
Contract Mods will be paid on the length of the contract and completion of it.
The Plot, Dev, Council, Advertisement and Admin teams will be paid for discussion in certain areas related to their teams.
Plot, Dev, Advertisement and Council will each be paid 200 yen per post in these areas.
Admin will be paid 100 yen per post in their areas.
We hope this encourages more people to take up these much needed staff positions
