Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The chain of events Yoshihisa had been facing during the last couple of days had been eerie to say the least. From the service releasing a local residence bound by an unknown Genjutsu to his so-called experiments to learning the physics behind the slavering maws now occupying his hands. Both he had managed to pull off after facing a hardship on the road, but in neither of those cases had he actually felt like there had been anything to make up for it. Duty or not, but these were scarring experiences he was left with in the end, not knowing what to do with them or if there was even somebody around to turn to.

"Bakuton- Haniwa no Buresuto!"

Or maybe he had been wrong? After all, he was facing the training sessions with more and more ease these days. With a loud gurgle coming from his gut, Yoshihisa bend over only to spew out a load of clay from his mouth all across his chest, watching as it took on the characteristic reddish before hardening. It was the first from a vast array of new techniques he had mastered lately. Or not new, considering it was just an enhanced jutsu, making it seem like there might just be about no end to the amount of surprises there were to face when it came to what the Toujigikou linage had in store for him. The thought alone was plenty to make the young Shinobi grin for a moment as he hid for cover behind the sturdy rock formation.

For hours he had been training at the surrounding coastline, hoping to get the best performance out of himself without getting too distracted by the building storm above his head nor by the waves viciously beating on the shores. Yes, he realized it probably wouldn't be long before he would have to head back home. Not so much as for the threats of the weather as it was for the fact there were barely any 'targets' left: Mixed in with the now mostly charred sand were the remains of the plant life unfortunate to find itself trapped on the makeshift training grounds. The considerable amount of gravel was evidence that there was still a lot of work to be done when it came to controlling his power however, having blasted large craters into the cliffside without even having intended to do so in the first place.

"Looks like there won't be anything else to gain for now. For as much as I am going to be bothered by it, something tells me I'll have to go and look for another place to train one of these days.. I guess it can't be helped then. Bakuton- Kamikaze Bomber!"

Eagerly chewing on a large wad of clay being fed to them, the two hand mouths were too busy to even thank him in their own unique way -Not that Yoshihisa was too eager to hear them screech anytime soon anyways-. But despite their differences, he couldn't help but think about their process of molding chakra to be most fascinating. It was something he would no doubt dedicate a lot of time to once more by the time he got back to Iwagakure, just not right now: The tongues lashed out to each other to combine their respective chunks of clay, leaving a small figurine of a Dragonfly in the palm of his hand. Crude now, but as he formed the seal he knew like the insides of his pockets by now, there was no longer a sign of the small figurine, only a large Dragonfly buzzing its wings to rid its vision from the smoke that had shrouded the scene only moments before. It could have actually fooled people for the real thing by now! Nothing could explain why he was proud of it, considering he wasn't the artistic type, yet as he climbed on the creature's back to fly off.. he couldn't help but smile at his creation.

"Next time.. I might give it two heads, eh."
