Like a ninja, in a village full of ninjas, she snuck into the Oracle's library with care, tip toeing and using her wiles to not make a sound. A small jingle escaping her form. She would stop in a corner and wait, checking for a clear room. Moments passed, and nothing came, so she took to work. She was very lucky the library was empty, at least at this moment in particular. For such a society based on security, she sure got in easy. Perhaps they wanted her to, but she pushed that thought out of her mind as she continued her work.
Whip, thwip, thwoosh, crack, slurp
She was as silent as a holy night. She jumped over a candle stick, and sat on a shelf for a moment. What was she up to? Why she was being a generic all inclusive holiday cheers woman of course. As she finished darting around unseen through the night, she stepped to an outlet and plugged in an electrical cord. It sparked, the electricity bringing everything to life. The lights brightened up the rather dark library, and a non-descriptive holiday jingle began to play as small toys wondered about the library with bowls of punch and candy strewn about. Stockings where hung from the book shelf's with the higher ups names on them, and tinsel lined everything as well as a very large amount of Christmas lights. She had appropriately decked the halls. It was a small celebration to whomever would stumble across it. A small gift, for her and everyone who'd see it, for not croaking in some horrible manner due to the nature of life in this village. It was a small port in the storm, a respite in the rather harsh world of ninjadom. Sitting down with the spiked punch to celebrate a holiday was sacred, it kept those of us who have seen some things sane.
"Merry holidays! Happy next go!"
She screamed to the empty room with glee, a small giggle escaping her mouth as it echoed back to her. She was still hidden and clad in heavy, thick clothes, but they were red and white and other colored themed for the holidays. A small beard could be seen peeking from her hidden face. She had put a fancy santa beard on...not that it mattered cause at the time nobody else was there to see. She'd leave it, for those who found it to enjoy and she would simply poof away like the great Santa ninja she was, beard floating gently to the floor. She thought the village would be fine without her, and that it would grow and be prosperous. She thought to herself as she moved out of the oracles library and into seclusion, that they wouldn't need her. She would simply fade into obscurity, leaving this present behind for all to see and enjoy. Hopefully someone would make this a tradition, and she'd sit in legend as the mysterious Santa. Likely though, the oracles will do a security sweep, deem the party thrower a terrorist, and take it all down claiming vandalism. She didn't care though, she was a rebelious young lad like that.
So with that she said adieu to you, and you, and you...
