Sunagakure no Sato's War Room
Location: 6th floor, West Wing, Kazekage Tower
Description:
The War Room, while a room specifically designed for the discussion of war, but doesn't necessarily mean it would be the only use for the space. One of his first executive decisions, Ryuzaki Raizo allocated this space and began to gather the first group to function within it. After taking time to get a feel of the village, Raizo felt this would be a way to not only help him transition into an appropriate leader for the village he was still growing within but also an effective way to better utilize many of the scattered strategic pieces of the village in one centralized location. This, however, was met with not only pushback but also criticism from the very people Raizo had contacted to be brought into such an endeavor.
It is a room where leaders of the village can gather to strategize efforts, whether it be for combat or other large scale pursuits. While the name retains the moniker, its purpose continues to evolve with the needs of the village and times of crisis. Most recently, this room has been used to listen to the needs of the village concerning the influx of refugees as resources began to grow thin, not only because the populations increase but because of the impact of The Swarm and the Carmot crisis. This room would also be used when village leaders needed to convene to discuss matters directly with the Kazekage or in the certifying of any political positions within the village.
Throughout any given day, military, civilian, political, and strategic leaders will reside within this chamber and continue mapping out the larger initiatives of the village. Usually, the Kazekage takes sole leadership of this room, but in the current climate, the Steward, Takahashi Sousuke, has been given permission to work within the room without the need of Kazekage Ryuzaki Raizo present. Outside of the normal day-to-day, when an official gathering is called upon, no matter the required attendees, it is marked as an "Assembly" and recorded into the annals of the village's historical text for posterity.
OOC: When an "Assembly" is held, it will be marked in this thread as such, and links to the thread will serve as the "ledger" being kept of all the official functions within this room.
