Rebooting (purchased it here in training)
Name: Chikamatsu Miyuki
Preferred Username: Miyuki
Age: 13-14
Gender: Female
Physical Description: Miyuki is blind, small, and almost pale from lack of sunlight. She has blond hair and blue eyes. If anyone were to ever see her eyes they'd notice they are a foggy blue. She stands at 5' and weighs about 100lbs (45kg). She prefers her hair short and down since she can't see it, she doesn't bother putting it up, but keeping it short keeps it out of her way. She wears plain clothing, a tan button-up shirt tucked into waist-high brown shorts. The only thing bright on her is the orange bow on her head, she tied so the ribbon would be covering her eyes.
Mental Description: Miyuki seems very cheerful, and happy. Though she isn't always nice since she says exactly what she thinks with a smile. Meaning she really doesn't have much of a filter either. She is self-conscious about her eyes and her blindness, but she'd never admitted that. Its the reason why she covers her eyes. She can be stubborn, and she is set on becoming a ninja despite her disability.

History:
Miyuki was born blind, doctors were unsure what exactly the cause of this was, but they theorized that it was genetics. Her eyes were blue, but they clearly had a grey fog in them. Both of her parents were ninja when Miyuki was born, her mother retired, so she could take care of her blind child. The doctor told them that Miyuki would need consent care, so that was the reason. They moved to a place without any stairs, and far from the exit of the village.
Miyuki was pretty good at getting around, though maybe it was partly because she memorized her house. But she could hear very well, and smell things, people, and other orders in great detail. It was hard to describe since she just assumed it was a normal thing.
Miyuki's blindness put a strain on her parents, their relationship, and their sanity really. Miyuki really did not understand why, but she did her best to show them that she was happy, since she feared she'd upset them.
One day her parents were fighting, Miyuki could clearly hear them, it wasn't hard to after all. They were fighting for her, her father wanted to teach Miyuki ninjutsu, and to train her as a ninja, but her mother insisted that Miyuki was too fragile, and could not handle it. Miyuki walked in and gave her opinion, saying she could handle it. Her mother looked at her, and in her angry blur spouted out that Miyuki shouldn't look at her with those eyes. Confused Miyuki covered her eyes, she couldn't look at her mother, after all, her head was facing her though.
It took a little bit for things to cool down, Miyuki felt a little self-conscious of her eyes after that, she didn't have a real reason why her mother apologized quite a few times, but it didn't change the fact that her eyes were different, and it did bother her mother, and probably her father. It was something that bothered her, so she took a cloth and tied it over her eyes. Covering her eyes made her feel a sense of security. So she kept her eyes covered whether it was a cloth, a bow, hat, or just her hair.
Later, Miyuki’s father took her out and started training her. He thought her how to hone in on her senses, it helped her “see” better, and able to travel without holding one of her parent's hands. Of course, she still tripped and walked into things, but it was better than before. It took a few years to tune into her senses after she had a good grip on it, her father showed her how to feel vibrations in the ground and objects. She was able to feel vibrations quite easy, but it took her a long time to even use this skill effectively. She could only sense vibrations that were barely a foot away in the beginning, so it was something she could not use until she sharpened it better. Once she started getting into chakra, she felt more determined to learn more.
Coming up to the present, Miyuki still trained with her father, despite her mother's disapproval. She even started to attend the academy, after proving she could get around on her own.
Training from her father would soon stop. Her mother unretired since she didn't need to watch Miyuki 24/7. As celebration both her parents took a mission together. Miyuki wasn't told the details, but they didn't come back alive. Their mission was to clean out a bandit camp, closer to the fire country.
Since losing her parents, Miyuki has to now move in with her other family, her uncle, aunt, and cousin. Since she is not fully able to get around 100% on her own yet, it'd be best to move in with family.
