Physical Description: Tae is a tall yet skinny boy. He's around 175cm (5'7) and only 45kg (100lbs). His stature combined with his clean shaved head make him stand out. His eyes are unnaturally round making his brown pupils to grab the attention of anyone looking at him. He's always wearing a dark blue yukata and has a hunchback making him appear older and weaker than most of his peers.
Mental description: He is very quiet and observant. He has a raspy voice which tends to put people off and so he tries to avoid social situations. He does not present any other emotional issues other than difficulty in socializing. He has a character based on generic good/evil morals and tries to help whenever he can.
History: Tae comes from a nomadic family. He never met his mother and has spent almost all of his childhood sailing with his dad, an unremarkable fisherman who had basic knowledge of ninjutsu. With his father getting too old to keep travelling. Tae settled in Hidden Leaf in hopes of becoming a ninja and care for his father. Among learning how to fish, Tae was taught how to control chakra and how to use it effectively. He has shown promise but he's only just begging to learn.
