Character's Physical Description: Saeko is a classic Yamato Nadeshiko: The Asian ideal of womanhood with a slender figure, small waist and bust, and most of all, flowing black hair that never seems to need brushing. Her eyesight is terrible, so she typically needs some sort of glasses to compensate. Facial expressions typically vacillate between a smirk, a forced smile, and cool, calm, collected rage.
Character's Mental Description: A sociopath. She has absolutely no compunctions about the taking of life or exploitation of others for personal profit and pleasure, although she makes very sure to only do so within the acceptable boundaries of the extremely rickety Kumo legal system. Tends to view others around her with disgust/disdain only equaled by self-loathing.

Character History: The younger of the two known children of Takaki Masao and Santaru Rin. Parents are both dead; the father killed in action and the mother a suicide. Her brother, Enjeru, is a practicing mednin. After graduation from the Academy entered an apprenticeship under Kagoshiman first lady Kimura Rei until being recalled to Cloud to act as a consultant during the Kingslayer Crisis. Initially affiliated with the Intelligence Service as a Field Operative, and transferred to the Deathwatch afterwards. In an intimate relationship with Sennin Hand Narashi Jo. Thus ends her official file.

In reality, her early career was marred by her killing of a senior Academy instructor during combat practice, which was eventually ruled an accidental death. This made her mother permanently lock her out from ANBU recruitment and she was sent to Kagoshima as a form of exile. Under the tutelage of Rei, she learned the art of psychological profiling, which helped her disguise her own tendencies. Transferred to the Deathwatch because the position of Tax Assessor would give her legal authority to extort bakufuu interests. Relationship with the Sennin's Hand has progressed to dangerous instability as his Jinchuuriki has manifested more blatantly, and they have separated in the interim.

Narashi Jo is retiring his character (after wrapping up one last thread) and has since told me that I can use Jo and Saeko as NPCs if I want.

If you want, you can use Narashi Jo and Takaki Saeko as NPC's I think Jo would do better as a teacher at the Academy than anything else (perhaps having retired from active duty after facing his inner demon (literally and figuratively) and settling down with Saeko), but I'll leave that us to you if you wish to use them at all.
