Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Kurokawa had a job to do, and one that she was particularly invested in as well. Today, or rather tonight, she had to stack out the streets of the pearl tenement to find those who would seek to make the roads unsafe. Be it by the way of a boozed up rampage, robbery or even murder most foul, she would stand guard tonight and not only stop the act but also bring the culprit to justice. She had been given a scroll that would identify whoever was put on it, via mind jutsu when chakra was send through it. All she had to do was apprehend her quarry and put them on the paper, form some seals and put her own hands on one end , and it would not only reveal the identity but record it for later use along with an address and whatever else would be needed.

Right now the sun was still setting so she would start in the area she herself used to live. This would take more than one night to complete and it would be good to have somewhere to sleep in-between nights. The place was squeaky clean. Not a drop of blood from the horror that had come to pass here. Her companion had seen to that. Maybe he needed to be fed again soon. He was always clawing at her mind, trying to get out but her will was still too strong to falter. Still, should someone horrible enough appear. Someone she would feel like the world could do without, then it would be dinnertime for the monster within.

For now she would lie on the roof silently listening to the city going to bed and waiting for something to catch her ear. Something signalling that it was time to act. She had brought ample amount of ammo for a rainy day. With the gloves already on her hands, her fingers were itching for something to do.

Finally dark. Kurokawa could not tell from the lighting but rather the cool breeze and the lack of warmth from sun rays. The streets were still not quiet but at least she knew that from now on anything sounding like trouble was hers to stop. She kept lying on her back just listening to the people down below.

Suddenly she heard a bottle breaking. Someone was upset. It had been thrown at a hard flat horizontal surface, most likely a wall. There was yelling. A potential disturbance in the night. Kurokawa got up and made her way to the noise using the rooftops as her pathway. By the time she arrived the man had cooled down a little. She knew that he could still have some boiling frustrations so anything could set him off later cause trouble for whoever agitated him. For not he had not done anything. She would follow him and swoop in should he suddenly become violent. She followed him all the way to a house which seemed like his home. She heard voices inside welcoming him home. A womans, probably his wife of lover or whatever they labelled themselves as. he was not a problem.

Kurokawa returned to the streets searching for troublemakers. Didn't take her long to single out the next person to stalk. Rude and no sense of personal space. This man was drunk and way too into the local girls at the bar he was at. They seemed to fend him off for now. He sat down by himself with a beer and finished it fast. Suddenly he got up and started walking down the street. Coincidentally a woman had just seconds before decided that it was time to head home. Now he was just a few meters behind her walking at the same phase.

Kurokawa followed them and noticed the man slowly closing in on the woman. As he got to her he grabbed her and pulled her into an alley. Time to get to work. As Kurokawa dove into the alley she could here the muffled sounds of the woman clearly protesting the situation. She heard the whispers of the guy he told her what he was going to do to her. He didn't get much done though as Kurokawa came flying down from above, landing on his shoulders in a sitting position with her knees pointed in the direction of his field of vision and her legs on either side of his head. She would hug his ears tight while holding her hands over his mouth. With her legs bend like that she pressed her shins against his neck on either side restricting blood flow, causing him to quickly pass out. She waved the woman away and told her to get home safe before retrieving the scroll on her back.

She put the unconscious man onto the scroll and send chakra through it. It recorded his name, address and the event that led to Kurokawa's use of force. It also relayed what she had done to him which was her main reason to not send him spinning and flying to the ground as she could have from the position she had placed herself in at the time. Afterwards she delivered him to the authorities along with the scroll and got a new one with her out into the night. She was still not done for the night.

The night spoke of yet another deed of indecency in the hours to come. Kurokawa had banked three minor misdemeanours by now. None of them as bad as the one that tried to rape someone. By now she had gotten tired herself and therefore took to the streets over the rooftops where she could so easily fall and acquire injuries.

Whilst walking there she suddenly felt someone grabbing her from the back and she could feel a strong hand over her mouth. She was pulled aside, not that there were many still awake. It was late at night or some would say early in the morning. In a few short hours the bakers would be hard at work. Kurokawa felt her body betray her when she needed it most, with signs if exhaustion after a long of work. The arm not places over her mouth was equally strong and wrapped around her body holding her arms in place. One pressed tightly to her body via biceps, and the other by hand. Her shoulders were forced forward and towards each other from him squeezing her. She could barely breath.

"A sweet girl like you ought to be put to good use. It's way past your bedtime if you are not someone looking for work."

He would sniff her hair and she could tell for the angle of his breath that he was focused on her front. Clutched the way she was her dress would not hide the sudden increase in cleavage so it was not hard to guess what he was after. She tried to force her way free once more but ended up giving in. It was hard to breath and she would soon pass out if she did not do something. He would quickly remove his hand from her mouth and slam it back onto it before she could react. This time with some form of sticky tape that would free one hand to lift up her shirt and grab her shorts.

"It's time. Come out!"

The voice from within had waited for this and answered readily.

"Finally"

Before the hand pulling on her pants could remove anything underneath they were enveloped in red mist. Kurokawa with a sudden burst of strength would throw and elbow backwards with enough force to break the attacks rib. He let her go, stumbling backwards and holding one hand to the side.

"Your transgressions can not be forgiven. You will not be given the same lenience as the others from tonight."

Her voice had an echo of something else inside of it. She griped the man by his forehead and pulled him upwards so he stood straight. Then she send a fist to crack ribs of the other side of his body. Once again pulling him to a stand, she would use the free hand to pull her shorts back in place before kicking him in the temple, which knocked him out cold. He fell to his stomach lying there as long as he was waiting. Waiting to he offered in tribute. Kurokawa but her hands on the mans' back, and the red mist would spread and cover his body.

When the mist cleared a very tired Kurokawa would make her way home. The night had been fruitful both for her mission and her companion.
