Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

I gotta real treat for ya this lovely evenin'
While I'm aware the timing is fairly odd, but I wanted to get it out there as soon as possible.

We wanted to look at Classes and Teaching classes, and thanks to some suggestions from other players, they kicked off the dialogue on the subject among the Administrators.
And we finally reached an intriguing and pretty cool result, which we hope will help and incentives more people to start classes and get some awesome students under them.
Without further ado, here you are!

New
Teaching and Mentoring System
Some shinobis have been around for a long time, they have seen things that one would think to find only in legends. Some have taken to teaching Academy Students while others have taken on a pupil who would one day carry on their works. Even a well-trained and experienced shinobi can sometimes find a master.
  • Who is considered to be a Master?
    • Anyone Chuunin-rank or above that has a higher or equal power level (PL) than their pupils/students.
    Who is considered to be a Pupil?
    • Anyone who is of lower or equal power level (PL) than their teacher/master.

Requirements
  • At least 1 pupil/student
  • At least 1 teacher/master
  • A thread labeled [TUTOR]
    • A user can only teach or be a student/pupil in one thread at a time, this occupies the TUTOR RP slot.
  • Each participant must make a minimum of 5 posts in the thread.
  • Each participant must meet the minimum word count of 1500 words.
  • Success of the thread (in regards to content) is determined by the Council or those the Council designates capable of approving [TUTOR] Threads

Rewards
Double training the week the thread is completed for BOTH the teacher/master and the student(s)/pupil(s). (+2000 yen for the teacher/master per student/pupil)

Old
Academy Students who participate in classes receive rewards. Those who are any higher do not receive rewards for partaking in classes.

Student Rewards
  • What do I get for completing a class?
    • 500 Yen and +5 to any stat of the students choosing.

Teaching
  • Basic Teaching Rules
    • Teaching can be performed by NPCs, but the teaching player receives no reward. This is to ensure that actual interaction has a chance to take place in the village communities.
    • Teaching can be performed by anyone Chuunin or above.
    • Any attempt to teach the students must be established by the Teacher and two or more Council Members must approve payment.
    • A single Council Member must look over the topic before the teacher receives payment.
  • Teaching Payment
    • 2+ Academy Students: 1,000 Yen.
    • 3+ Academy Students: 2,000 Yen.
    • 5+ Academy Students: 3,000 Yen.

FAQ:
  • Both student and Teacher gains the bonus.
  • Yes, they stack. But after the first double, you only receive the base amount from training on top of it.
  • All Current ongoing classes may choose to get these rewards or the previous rewards.
