It was an early morning when Temujin rose, the sun was still down and the mist was thick in this part of Kirigakure. It would be an entire day of training for the young medical ninja as he could feel the rust building on his abilities. Walking to the kitchen Temujin thought to himself about the day 'Ah, the night is still cool and the mist thick, perfect time to start training, perfect time to get the rust off my bones, to the woods I think, the woods where I train day in and day out where no one can find me and irritate me during training. Opening the fridge Temujin took out what was needed to make his all-star breakfast he ate every morning before heading off to do whatever it was he had to do that day. It only took him thirty minutes to make the breakfast, eat it, and read the local newspaper. 'Nothing interesting in the paper today, hopefully training will be quick and humble this day so I can make it to the hospital at a reasonable hour.' With his breakfast down he headed towards a secluded area in the forest where he had training dummies setyrup tha up for his practice.
Once Temujin arrived at the training area he noticed it had been stormed on just a few hours prior. The dummies were in disarray and mud filled the area, so he took to fixing the dummies and watching his step in the mud. 'Just what I needed, an extra practice with the muddy display here, fantastic. He was being quite sarcastic at what little he said in his mind, but the mud would add an additional setback in his training, nothing he couldn't handle though. He started by prying his hands together and cracking his fingers one at a time, crack crack crack, the little cracking sounds sounded quite louder in the secluded area of his training. He had to limber up his hands so he quickly pulled out a Kunai and did a few handseals while balancing the Kunai around his fingers. It was a favorite way to limber up for Temujin, balancing a Kunai and doing handseals, it made his hands nimble as could be. After that he made a barrier around one of the training dummies with Pristine Aura. As quickly as he made the barrier he dropped his hands to the ground and sent tendrils rushing toward the barrier, smashing it into pieces. 'Glad to see the crushing power of my inner tendrils remained firm.
His practice continued as he made barriers around the dummies and smashed them to preserve the dummies themselves. There were also more lifelike dummies off to the right side, full of blood packs from the hospital and made from a special corn syrup that acted like human flesh. Shoving his left hand down Temujin whipped his right hand forward, sending more tendrils toward the lifelike dummies. SPLAT, blood flew everywhere as the tendrils pierced their target and a bloody mess happened. Swiftly Temujin darted to the dummy, gathering his chakra at his hands he healed the battered corn syrup dummy and it's wounds began to disappear. Temujin had a very clear mind while healing although he wasn't sure why he could heal the dummies, it came in handy. The clarity of his mind helped him in the next few seconds as a large wolf pounced at him, turning his head he flung tendrils at the wolf, though he was too late at the wolf took a bite out of his arm. He managed to kick the wolf off and regained his composure, healing his wounds with his good arm he laughed. "You stupid animal, I'm not even flesh and bone, now it's time for you to die!"
Temujin took a step back, and made the appropriate handseals to cast a genjutsu on the wolf, he always had a way with playing with his food. He wanted to shatter the reality of the wolf that took a bite out of him. Once the wolf was confused he began to examine it for it's weakness, but his human anatomy knowledge did him no good here as he looked over the wolf. "Guess I'll just have to make your death slow and painful." he said, as he whipped a single tendril around the wolf's neck. His natural healing factor was helping the wound on his arm recover as he held the wolf in death's grip. Teamwork would come in handy in battle but this wolf was just a single target, or so he thought. As the tendrils slid and tightened on the neck of the wolf it let out a terrible howl and in return howls came back, as well as three other wolves. It was time to get serious as Temujin slid out a kunai and tossed it to the pack of wolves, attached was an exploding note. BOOM, the shockwave hit Temujin and made his overcoat whip in the wind.
To his dismay only one wolf was hit by the exploding note, 'Damn, and I thought I could get back to my training. Temujin figured two wolves was better than three and cracked the neck of the wolf his tendrils were around. The other two wolves were rushing towards him, their teeth baring from their snarls and anger over the dead companions. Temujin leaped forward through the middle of the two wolves and they were thrown off for a second before turning around and darting at him once again. The larger wolf lunged at Temujin's throat and nicked his overcoat ever so slightly as Temujin barely ducked out of the way. tendrils darted at the larger wolf but quickly returned as the smaller one was closer now and Temujin had to block the lunge from it. After blocking he made quick work of the smaller wolf smashing it's neck and causing another bloody mess as the wolf's neck splurged open.
The larger wolf now had tendrils around his neck, but it was too thick of a neck to just snap like he did the others, so Temujin took out a Kunai and rushed into melee range of the large wolf. Slashing and hacking at the wolf, blood flew everywhere and by the end of the fight Temujin was soaked in wolf's blood.
'Well, looks like training is over for the day. Covered in mud and blood, Temujin walked home, happy with the progress he had made today.
