Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Tetsuya lives in two worlds, the real world and the world of his creation where he interprets what he see into what he wants. Both appearing realistic, he's unable to differentiate the two. He does this to avoid all the realities of pain and suffering he's experienced. Without this coping mechanism, it's believed Tetsuya's mind would have shattered long ago. Countless evaluations have noted that Tetsuya's Byakugan is the on, which for the world he's conjured. A World in complete darkness, and full of evil.
This Hyuuga has extremes of emotions and feels both good and bad intensively. He has a formidable intuition, for he has the ability to delve into the psyche and see behind a person's motivations. This quality has made him cynical towards people in general. He has been surrounded by so much bad that his ability to see the good in others is completely gone. But for the sake of himself he puts on a smile, and acts the part of a caring comrade. Eventually through his acting, Tetsuya has inadvertently created another self. The Shinobi now maintains two personalities:
One that couldn't possibly care less about life. Consumed by Evil, and therefor sees himself as evil. This Tetsuya believes he can absorb the pain and suffering of Kumogakure, since he's so far gone, and somehow reach light.
The Other Tetsuya seems to believe that the bond of friendship allows one to surpass all weaknesses of themselves.
History [Revising]:
Tetsuya Is the result of a summer fling meant to be that alone. His mother was a Shinobi of Kumogakure, and escaped her father's oppressive household by fleeing to the Bear Country. She bought a new identity, and renounced all ties to Kumogakure. She had enough money to last her a few months, but immediately got a job as an Artisan's assistant.
Weeks after her running away she met a Hyuuga, obviously out of his element. He explained that he was escorting a wealthy merchant to the Bear country to finalize one of her business deals. The two fell for each within the week, but He had to return to the Fire Country, he had to return home. The two met up once a month, and basked in each others love. He got away from his servitude to the main family, and she got another chance to beg him to live with her.
They were a family for some time, they both had abandoned their villages for each other, and no one would guess their location. They ran an Apothecary shop together, Tetsuya learned how to use his Byakugan from his father. It was perfect.
Tetsuya was nine when his Grandfather showed up. He had been searching for her since she fled the village, and heard rumors of her presence in the Bear Country. She was a Missing-Nin, and sentence to death. She knew he would find her eventually, but she refused to run. His Grandfather killed both of Tetsuya's parents with a smile on his face, and returned to the village to with his grandson. Tetsuya lost all sense of himself that day. Then on he was trained to trust no one, taught that everyone was his enemy, and that love did not exist.

But if you read the jutsu list as a whole it only adds to 10, the mastered list adds to 9, and there are jutsu which aren't included in the jutsu list and one in the mastered list isn't ranked in the jutsu list.
I'll just be using the jutsu list seeing as the "mastered" list looks to be potentially incorrect (unless an admin wants to check out the training thread and check them for us?)

Tetsuya is a tall man with waist length messy white hair, a result of his laid back attitude. Testuya doesn't hold many opinions about things one way or another, and so hardly gets involved in situations more than he has too. The only thing he pursues wholeheartedly is Happiness, and the only thing he believes in is Life: that everyone deserves to live.
Character History:
A year before Tetsuya would graduate from the academy his Father's life was claimed by illness. In honor of him, Tetsuya dedicated his life to healing the sick and the injured. His mother never liked the idea of him being a Soldier, much less being a Medic. She wanted him as far away from the stench of death as possible, and while his mother usually got her wish she was unable to change her son's mind this time.
