Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

    Strategy and insight into ones actions and the actions of others is something that could either be taught over the years or linked to someone naturally. In this case it is the former, as nothing more than studying and being engaged in various situations could promote the development of a strategist. Coming into their maturity, it is rather understandable why after some maturation did the traits develop and become full center to their very being. It is almost second nature now, analyzing and using every ounce of intellect to make a wise decision on par with what she is.
  • Economizer - WC: 100
    Making the most of what you have available to you is an important adaption to a profession where running low of supplies at a vital moment can be fatal. Therefore preparation is encouraged to them at an early age in the academy, though it is not truly hammered into their heads as much as the other aspects of their lifestyle is. The importance however did latch onto her brain and stick. While not carrying much equipment on her person's, what little she does carry is surely in more quantity than normally possible. She subscribes taking care to carry extra items.
  • Sleight of Hand - WC: 106
    General surprise or unexpected tactics are something every shinobi utilizes in some capacity or another. True to the stereotype even Hanako had developed a method of utilizing some items outside their primary functions. Coupled with their already growing skills with projectiles, the ninja tools employed for use by Hanako all have been modified to have ninja wire attached, making them controllable from a ranged perspective just by incorporating a manipulative chakra flow through the wires themselves. Naturally there was some prior affiliation with doing so, though in this case she was just more effective at mastering the use of gas/mist like techniques laced with inhaled poison.
  • Trap Fanatic - WC: 100
    Taking a cue from her lessons and eventual adoption of a strategic mindset, Hanako was attracted to the concept of prepared traps. Explained simply as a knack for using them, she quickly assimilated the practice into her own skill set. She is however limited to the type of traps which she does have experience and knowledge in using. In accordance to her fighting skills, the traps she uses were for the better word for it, basic yet complex. In pulling a page from her own book, the traps employed by her utilized both throwing accuracy and ninja wire manipulation.
  • Mechanized Weapon - WC: 103
    A fascination with traps extended fully into her arsenal, having been given a specially made weapon in the form of two daggers. The daggers themselves had blades thinner than the average kunai and slightly curved handles that fit within her palm easily. However the daggers also had a very fine and painstakingly created hole right in the middle of the handle, going up into the blade. The hole could be connected to by simply molding the wielders chakra into a thread. A second trap modification would be one that was hard to notice, but along the blade was etched a sealing formula.
  • Poison Mastery - WC: 119
    Even in her earlier years within the academy there was no debating that her ability to handle herself in close ranged fights was lacking. It was not that she did not try hard to adapt but just that it was something naturally not in tuned with her, unlike how she naturally gravitated and became proficient in skills-techniques that focused on keeping your distance. In order to increase her own chances of surviving fights which she could be dragged into close quarters, Hanako did put some time into studying poisons. Though she did not care much for poisons that needed to break the skin to take effect. Her interest was more in those poisons that could be made an inhalant.
  • Stalker - WC: 100
    She was definitely a natural at being light on her feet, being quite quick to pick up moving in silence. While she was somewhat good when it came to stealth tactics, what truly shone was not her ability to hide but to pursue her targets. Even if she was detected or forced into an engagement, her skills and abilities made it show pulling sneak attacks did not readily require her to be an unknown factor to her opponents. This however was something worked on through the academy courses and expanded further after her entrance into the AIT program recently.
  • Technical Pacifist - WC: 110
    When you lack the decent ability to defend yourself against close ranged attacks or those who rely on hand to hand, melee based weaponry you learn to cover your weakness. Within the academy and during geninhood prior to being accepted into the AIT program, Hanako had become somewhat well versed in making the most of a missed strike. Her reaction time had improved to the point where should an opponent enter her personal space and miss, the natural instinct was to either counterattack by target the weapon itself or the vital hands holding onto it. The irony being she was a better counter-attacker at close range than simply attacking.
  • Called Shot - WC: 111
    Vital points on the body were targets, that much is known and drilled into those who's skillset encourages attacking those points. Considering she was generally no good at hand to hand and her ninjutsu skills were average, to really stand out she had to master skills most others didn't spend a lot of time upon. This would set her on a different course than most others and in this case it was specifically targeting these vital points to lower the effectiveness of any target. Having practiced enough, she had developed enough strength behind her throw that it was on rare occasions strong enough to break bone and structural harm to objects.

    It was an art truly it was and one which could only be honed by both time and practice. Hanako had been around blades long enough in her life and had gained knowledge and understanding. Hanako had not only developed an awareness for where her weapons were located, but the muscle memory to draw upon them without wasted movements. To better aid this, Hanako keeps both daggers just along each side of her hips.

    Move first, move fast, move with purpose, and most important never miss your target and squander an opportunity. These were words instilled in her not from the academy but from her father. It would be one of the most important memories she has from her childhood prior to the civil war which would come to claim her family. This would remain within her mind even though it was spoken nearly a decade ago. Her movement speed was normal but her body responded quicker than her mind, developing a natural sense to move before her brain would tell her to.
  • Deflection - WC: 100
    Not everyone is as adept at evading or blocking attacks aimed at them, with Hanako being one such person without any significant skill or abilities to help. However where her dodge and blocking skills were lacking she was very well capable and able of utilizing chakra control through her weapons to counter attacks instead of avoiding them. While this started out as simple deflection of projectile weapons it would eventually evolve into reflecting chakra based ninjutsu using her own chakra flow. To compliment this, she has developed some abilities derived from her focus on elevating her deflection based abilities.

    There was but one reason why her poison jutsu were so unique from the typical norm, which would be the surgery that implanted a specialized gland within her throat. Able to use poisons by expelling them from her mouth, not one did she have to become proficient with the jutsu but also becoming talented in it's use. Unlike most jutsu, she has to use the jutsu sparingly and in doing so she has to use her abilities to dictate range. Adjusting accordingly, she's gathered innate knowledge of how far her poisons could travel, even able to use them in conjunction with her projectile weaponry.
  • Anbu Branch Hunter - WC: 100
    The thrill of the hunt was something that one either was naturally attuned to or they simply were and for Hanako it seemed to be ingrained within her genetics. It was the thrill of the hunt that was inevitably responsible for having a thrill of the chase and in her line of work that sometimes meant silence. Stealth and patience were more pivotal than engaging a target, where tracking locations and movement patterns from the shadows set up perfect ambush situations. She would move in silence and strike from the darkness, taking down her prey before they could react.

    General surprise or unexpected tactics are something every shinobi utilizes in some capacity or another. True to the stereotype even Hanako had developed a method of utilizing some items outside their primary functions. Coupled with their already growing skills with projectiles, the ninja tools employed for use by Hanako all have been modified to have ninja wire attached, making them controllable from a ranged perspective just by incorporating a manipulative chakra flow through the wires themselves. Naturally there was some prior affiliation with doing so, though in this case she was just more effective at mastering the use of gas/mist like techniques laced with inhaled poison.
  • Trap Fanatic - WC: 100 Already Approved
    Taking a cue from her lessons and eventual adoption of a strategic mindset, Hanako was attracted to the concept of prepared traps. Explained simply as a knack for using them, she quickly assimilated the practice into her own skill set. She is however limited to the type of traps which she does have experience and knowledge in using. In accordance to her fighting skills, the traps she uses were for the better word for it, basic yet complex. In pulling a page from her own book, the traps employed by her utilized both throwing accuracy and ninja wire manipulation.
  • Mechanized Weapon - WC: 103 Already Approved
    A fascination with traps extended fully into her arsenal, having been given a specially made weapon in the form of two daggers. The daggers themselves had blades thinner than the average kunai and slightly curved handles that fit within her palm easily. However the daggers also had a very fine and painstakingly created hole right in the middle of the handle, going up into the blade. The hole could be connected to by simply molding the wielders chakra into a thread. A second trap modification would be one that was hard to notice, but along the blade was etched a sealing formula.
  • Poison Mastery - WC: 119 Already Approved
    Even in her earlier years within the academy there was no debating that her ability to handle herself in close ranged fights was lacking. It was not that she did not try hard to adapt but just that it was something naturally not in tuned with her, unlike how she naturally gravitated and became proficient in skills-techniques that focused on keeping your distance. In order to increase her own chances of surviving fights which she could be dragged into close quarters, Hanako did put some time into studying poisons. Though she did not care much for poisons that needed to break the skin to take effect. Her interest was more in those poisons that could be made an inhalant.
  • Stalker - WC: 100 Already Approved
    She was definitely a natural at being light on her feet, being quite quick to pick up moving in silence. While she was somewhat good when it came to stealth tactics, what truly shone was not her ability to hide but to pursue her targets. Even if she was detected or forced into an engagement, her skills and abilities made it show pulling sneak attacks did not readily require her to be an unknown factor to her opponents. This however was something worked on through the academy courses and expanded further after her entrance into the AIT program recently.
  • Technical Pacifist - WC: 110 Already Approved
    When you lack the decent ability to defend yourself against close ranged attacks or those who rely on hand to hand, melee based weaponry you learn to cover your weakness. Within the academy and during geninhood prior to being accepted into the AIT program, Hanako had become somewhat well versed in making the most of a missed strike. Her reaction time had improved to the point where should an opponent enter her personal space and miss, the natural instinct was to either counterattack by target the weapon itself or the vital hands holding onto it. The irony being she was a better counter-attacker at close range than simply attacking.
  • Called Shot - WC: 111 Already Approved
    Vital points on the body were targets, that much is known and drilled into those who's skillset encourages attacking those points. Considering she was generally no good at hand to hand and her ninjutsu skills were average, to really stand out she had to master skills most others didn't spend a lot of time upon. This would set her on a different course than most others and in this case it was specifically targeting these vital points to lower the effectiveness of any target. Having practiced enough, she had developed enough strength behind her throw that it was on rare occasions strong enough to break bone and structural harm to objects.
  • Initiative - WC: 100
    Move first, move fast, move with purpose, and most important never miss your target and squander an opportunity. These were words instilled in her not from the academy but from her father. It would be one of the most important memories she has from her childhood prior to the civil war which would come to claim her family. This would remain within her mind even though it was spoken nearly a decade ago. Her movement speed was normal but her body responded quicker than her mind, developing a natural sense to move before her brain would tell her to.
  • Deflection - WC: 100
    Not everyone is as adept at evading or blocking attacks aimed at them, with Hanako being one such person without any significant skill or abilities to help. However where her dodge and blocking skills were lacking she was very well capable and able of utilizing chakra control through her weapons to counter attacks instead of avoiding them. While this started out as simple deflection of projectile weapons it would eventually evolve into reflecting chakra based ninjutsu using her own chakra flow. To compliment this, she has developed some abilities derived from her focus on elevating her deflection based abilities.
  • Quickdraw - WC: 105 Already Approved
    It was an art truly it was and one which could only be honed by both time and practice. Hanako had been around blades long enough in her life and had gained knowledge and understanding. The understanding to quickly and effeciently draw and use her daggers was a life or death ability, as just one moment of hesitation could make the difference between life and limb. Hanako had not only developed an awareness for where her weapons were located, but the muscle memory to draw upon them without wasted movements. To better aid this, Hanako keeps both daggers just along each side of her hips.
  • Shinobi 101 - WC: 105
    There was but one reason why her poison jutsu were so unique from the typical norm, which would be the surgery that implanted a specialized gland within her throat. Able to use poisons by expelling them from her mouth, not one did she have to become proficient with the jutsu but also becoming talented in it's use. Unlike most jutsu, she has to use the jutsu sparingly and in doing so she has to use her abilities to dictate range. Adjusting accordingly, she's gathered innate knowledge of how far her poisons could travel, even able to use them in conjunction with her projectile weaponry.
  • Anbu Branch Hunter - WC: 100
    The thrill of the hunt was something that one either was naturally attuned to or they simply were and for Hanako it seemed to be ingrained within her genetics. It was the thrill of the hunt that was inevitably responsible for having a thrill of the chase and in her line of work that sometimes meant silence. Stealth and patience were more pivotal than engaging a target, where tracking locations and movement patterns from the shadows set up perfect ambush situations. She would move in silence and strike from the darkness, taking down her prey before they could react.
