Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The Beginning of Something Special! [Team Mission]

The water tendrils which would try and cut through the whirlwind were surprisingly effective as the were able to cut through most of the whirlwind, but their tragectory were pushed a little to far right and fractured the earth just near the cat as he pushed to the left. Had it not been for this wind the tendrils would have hit dead on their target, possibly allowing this fight to end sooner rather than later. Much to the cat's surprise the next two attacks weren't as effective. The whirlwind casted by the water justu clashed against his own causing manifestations of chakra sparks as the currents were actually going in opposite directions. Wind change in nature caused a sharpness to the chakra which could cut and tear the flesh of anyone unwilling to be wary around it, and these opposing wind blades must have had the same sharpness to cause the sparking. This was great and all but it still did not nullify the wind current, just damaged its strength in a minute way. The lightning bold on the other hand almost seemed to crash into the wind causing the sparks to fly elsewhere as it was quickly dismissed like a fly on your arm. The lightning element was strong but it was significantly weakened when opposing that of the wind change of nature. This fight seemed to not be going anywhere, until the cat noticed something special.

The Sharingan. This little girl before him had the treasured eyes of the Leaf Village here in Sand. A single tomoe circled her bright eyes. This was an item that this cat could sell on the black market. A sinister laugh escaped from it's mouth as it now pointed it's blade at the girl. "I will allow you all to surrender with your lives if the girl gives me her eyes!"<i></i>

  1. Each post will need to be at least 200 words, so please include a word count tag at the end of each post. This way we can accomplish the word requirement in at least 10 posts each. The more the merrier though.
  2. Stick with your character. If you are asked to complete a task that your character ICly can't do then get help from your teammates. Try to stay true to your character as much as possible
  3. When your progress bar is at 100% your word count has been reached!
  4. Have fun and don't be afraid to ask questions!
  5. Once your total word count hits 2000 you no longer need to state your wc each post

Concentrating on his whirlwind Akagi saw the lightning dissipate above the cat, noticing that the two whirlwinds were creating a sharp current of air in between them. I can't use any other jutsu while I am doing this whirlwind, however it seems to have payed off that my whirlwind has prevented any movement from either of us. I gotta make a move soon or this will go on forever... He thought to himself as he kept his hands at his side watching the cat's movements. Akagi had noticed Serra squeal earlier but kept his concentration on the cat, knowing she couldn't have been hurt. Placing his hands together preparing to form a seal, the cat spoke, "I will allow you all to surrender with your lives if the girl gives me her eyes!"<i></i> Akagi turned his entire body toward Serra, thinking to himself, What's so special about her eye- seeing the single tomoe circled her eye. "I will make the same proposition to you cat." Akagi said turning his head slightly just so he had his eyes on the cat. "If you give up your weapon's and surrender we will take you in scot-free." Looking into the cats eyes, Akagi still his body facing Serra, hiding his hands from the cats vision began forming handseals, then turning to the cat.

Noticing the weakened whirlwind the cat was producing, Akagi's whirlwind suddenly ceased and dissipated, turning his body toward the cat. His hand's now at his side, Akagi had formed chakra into his fists, and with a sudden drop, smashed his hands into the ground. A large plume of sand and dirt would erupt where Akagi had slammed his hands. The ground would have shaken as three pillars of condensed dirt and sand that was as hard as concrete rised from the ground at a fast speed. The three pillars launching toward the cat's whirlwind were meant to penetrate the weakened wall of wind, and slam into the cat. Yelling out to his team as he leaped from the dust cloud onto a racing pillar, "My water almost broke through! So something heavier can break this whirlwind! Riding on the middle pillar as all three raced toward the wind wall, Akagi's whole body began to light up with the same warping energy. As the pillars made contact with the wall, Akagi would close his eyes, disappearing for a moment, then reappearing in a dynamic entry inside the whirlwind behind the cat with his leg completely extended in a flying kick. The momentum from the pillar still had Akagi moving at fast pace as Akagi aimed his foot to connect with the cat's back.

Had Akagi's foot connected with the cat's back. Akagi would have slammed into the back, hopefully throwing the cat off-balance or into the three pillars that had hopefully broken through.

Had the kick missed, Akagi would rely on the earth pillars to hit, slamming his hand onto the ground to catch himself and not fly into the whirlwind that would have cut him up.

Even though Sen took the time to wistfully form up the proper hand signs in order to send a strong lightning bolt in the direction of the evil cat humanoid, it would see that the wind assassin of mischief would have other plans with the assaults that were going up against them. However, something interesting would happen int he process of all of the confusion that came about with trying to hit the beast like being, Serra's eyes seemed to glow of a tome and it was soon revealed that like Akagi, she also had something special going for her. Akagai might have the early access to an amazing element that allows him to come up with combinations that not most of the academy students are capable off, but Serra had the Sharingan. The famous eye that stemmed from the leaf village has found its way here, stemming from a Suna team member. There was probably a reason why she was here, but whatever the reason was, Sen knew that there could be risks with whatever she was trying to accomplish in her life.

As expected, that filthy vermin gave Serra all of the attention and offered the kind of deal that would make most people keep over. "You would want to blind this woman, all for the sake of seeling her eyes on the black market. Are you willing to rid a child of her eyesight for your own selfish gain? " People like that cat, if it wanted to be considered as a person, didn't really need to live if they had priorities like that, As a matter of fact, if there was any sort of casualties on the enemies side, Sen wouldn't care at all. To be honest, Sen didn't even need an answer from the cat in the sense of figuring out how far this creature was willing to go in order to get what it wanted. All Sen could do at this point was match the same kind of intensity that the vagabond animal swordsman did. Putting his hands into his pocket, Sen would then equip his ace in the hole, the chakra enhanced gloves as Akagi would continue his assault with the rock pillars.

Racing after the cat on the pillars that Akagi produced for his own benefit, Sen would follow up with a whirlwind Kick technique in order to knock the furry creature off of it's footing for the time being. If it was successful, it would give more of an ample time to give the most capable person on their team to follow up with a ninjutsu of their own. If Serra could really copy jutsu that she had a chakra nature for, it was safe to say that Sen was able to trust her judgment in picking something useful to use. Either way, it would be a great distraction by attacking the cat swordsman with Taijutsu for a change.

((OoC: sorry for such a delayed response. Due to Serra's leaving this second half of the mission will just be voided. if you would like to do another mission as a group don't be hesitant to ask ^^))

With the quick attacks from the two shinobi the cat was easily over powered. The blow's knocked the cat out just as the local authorities would arrive. The ANBU would cuff the perpetrator are escort him to the appropriate facility. In the end the boy's were able to prove themselves in this mission and completed the task at hand. Perhaps destiny would allow their paths to cross once more in the near future but until then it would be the end of a good night.

[Mission concludes and leaving as the mod. if you would like to stay and RP you may]
