Standing at about 5'10" this lean boy seems to stand strongly with his physical stature being trained to make a slightly sculpted body of muscular supremacy for his age. His eyes are a Deep Oceanic Blue, compliment his sun blonde, short and spikey hair and a smooth demeanor that has been known for his whole life. Tamotsu is a boy who, even with his fiery background, was always taught that 'a body not pushed to its limits was a body not worth having'. So his training he dedicates himself to a common regiment that he can follow to keep his body lean and defined enough to give him the amount of look that he wanted. His father being that of a newly wealthy Psychologist Father (Empathetic) whose lineage comes from a prominent clan of Kirigakure formerly known as the Minamoto Clan and a mother who was a descendant of the Yukata bloodline. Though she had none of the traits, a distant relative. He wears an array of clothing due to his wealth, but the few outfits he wears regularly are his favorites. His most infamous attire is one that he dons a blue vest with golden outer edges and inner edges covered by a prominent trimming of gray fur over a short, cream top, leaving his muscular upper abdominals exposed. His arms are covered by dark blue gloves reaching up to his mid-bicep, with their upper edges being adorned by light gray bands hanging down several centimeters. He wears loose, cream-colored pants, held up by suspenders, which are attached to the pants' loops by square-shaped rings. Over them, he dons distinctive dark blue galosh-esque footwear that reaches up to his thighs and attach to the upper edge of his pants. One of his only defining features aside from his energetic smile, is the scar above his right eye given to him at a young age. He is often seen with a single earring given to him by his mother, and was passed down as a family heirloom from generations before. A Diamond Crystal that was charged with small amounts of chakra from each generation with a singular thought that would be passed on for generations to come.

Tamotsu is a fun loving guy, calm most times but easily can lose his temper if the right buttons are pushed. He's not the type that likes to sit still for any particular amount of time. Though most of the time when you find him he's reserved and cool, as well as slightly poised. Normally he's not loud and obnoxious but when someone steps on his morals or beliefs he tends to obtain the 'Hot Head' label. He's not entirely particular about any particular thing, but he has a thing for women beyond anything he could know. His mother taught him to cherish women as jewels, each of them being a princess or a queen in their own way. It is something he holds dear believing that most women, if not all, have their own specialness and should be treated that way. Rich or poor. Each having their own beauty and onwn feelings and understandings. He takes in everything, soaking knowledge like a dry sponge to water. Even with his richness, he is one of the few to continuously give back. his family was not always wealthy, and he knows what its like to be poor. So, he appreciates the small things, and hopefully he can make a decent living doing the thing he loves, being a Warrior for Iwagakure. He is honest. His Family though, being from Arcadia, have instilled in him the Fayth. Which is something he walks by. 'In Fayth' he has his abilities. So he will not waste them. He is a goofy young man at times, who likes to just liven up the scene, allowing everything to let loose for bits at a time, always enjoying the best of moments rather than wallowing in his self regret and sorrows. "Life is too short to be worrying about things you cannot control..." Those were the words he'd live by. Something he learned from his grandmother in her final days.

Being born in Arcadia, but shortly after moving to Outer Maruishi in the farmlands. He was raised in the low life, they managed to make it from day to day from earnings his father made from being a good herbalist. He had an affinity like no other for earth and wood techniques but it was a boring trait that Tamotsu did not quite like. His father went on to become a scientist and lastly a psychologist utilizing his adept nature to being able to read people's emotions and grant them the help they needed. He went on to work for many upstanding people that lived around the Diamond Complex in Maruishi, and his business boomed. From Farm boy to prince of a small empire. Though due to this Tamotsu was a late entry in the Spartan academy, he entered school at the age of thirteen on the eve of his fourteenth birthday, getting a knack for flames and fire as that was his natural affinity from what his mother found out. Though he did not use fire for hurting. It was a display of art and wondrous imaginations.
At a young age, Tamotsu noticed that he was different from others, his manipulation of the flames brought upon a light beyond anything he had seen prior. His mother worked with him for many months honing the power within this abnormal chakra. It came out as white pristine chakra, but it was still held by all the ferocity of his natural flames. They did not heal if anything they felt worse. The Heat reaching unbelievable temperatures of five hundred degrees as a young fifteen year old boy. This was why he used his flames for art rather than normal fighting. Instead the flames he used came out naturally with his style of Taijutsu. Using a minor point of its power to enhance his abilities. Though using it as he did, had its backlashes. He was often having to get healed up after the spars he did. Or for long periods after he trained alone. Which made him hold the Shaman and Medics in a new regard. He loved the fact that both of them chose to heal. They both did the same thing... but they both were challenging one another to do better... to make better medicine. The old way versus the new. He thought about joining the branch before but it didnt go through, he would just turn to the Main branch for now.
Those nights before they moved back into the city, he spent merely looking up into the night sky at the billions of stars. Wondering when he was going to be met with something as wonderful as they. Either way, Tamotsu after joining the academy was a top student, he was smart and calculated. Though his fighting style was too much and too flashy to be an ANBU the ones who wore masks and such. He thought about being a Guardian but that would not be until he felt he knew enough about them. Spending most of his life out of the center village in Earth country, meant he didnt know alot of the things the inner kids would. So it was enough for him to take his time even though they told him he could graduate early, he wanted to make sure he learned as much as he could before leaving. As a birthday present to himself he planned his Genin Exam into the Main branch on the day of his fifteen birthday. Choosing to do a Solo style mission that tested his abilities.
Showing prowess with his initiative, cunning pride and strategy he was able to pass the mission, get paid, and become a Genin all at the same time. It was a wonderful day. And things only seemed to be going up for the young fellow, but now was the time he was going to be looking for someone around his age and such to partner up with. Maybe run missions together, it all depended, but he wanted to find a nice girl to team up with as his mother had taught him he wanted to team up with a female because he always held a high merit of respect for them. His father taught him always put women first because they were the Goddesses that the Old Gods respected. They were the gifts of life, and sometimes bringer of death. They were the balance and maybe in the end they would be the only ones left. So it was best to be nice to them. Heh.There came a time that occurred that Tamotsu stumbled on his father's studies, he saw the man talking to a frog, (which he found out later was a Toad) gaining knowledge and insight to it. He was writing a thesis about the effects of the pheromones on the other organic beings. Could it be used to cure? Could it be used to enhance thought processing? He wouldnt know until he would begin running tests. And the night the Toad began speaking to his father, who is known as Ichirou, was the same night Tamotsu heard an animal actually talk phonetically. Which intrigued the valiant young man, who was fifteen at the time, looked the being in the eyes and tilted his head. Only to find his mother had already known about this she had been helping them. "Oioi! Count me in too!", "No Tamotsu, this could be dangerous!", his father chimed out. Absolutely not having it. Though mother? "Oh please Ichi, you know you cant stop Tamotsu. He's too headstrong. Hah.", "Uhm, it'd be easier if you didn-""What? Hold him back like you seem to want to do? He's sixteen. He's a Genin. He wants this and you want to take it away from him?"
Shaking his head, Ichirou would look to his son sighing, "Dad, I'll be fine. Do you trust me?", and his father, brushing his hear back, looking to his wife, then his son, and finally the Toad, "Hey dont look at me. This is between you guys. Though I do like your son's spunk." Chuckling a bit Hina (Tamotsu's Mother) would chime in again, "Thats our son. Ambitious but respectful. I trained him and his father taught him. We're just a small kingdom.", she'd smile warmly at her husband. She was strong. Yet Kind. She cared about her family but was strict in her training because she too was a warrior of the village. And Tamotsu soaked it all in. Grinning from ear to ear and taking every moment in. Before looking to his father once more and finally speaking, "Let me take the chance dad, I trust you. You have to trust me. Its only fair." and with that Ichirou feel back a bit and nodded before giving some half laugh, "Alright, but we'll test it over time we're not gonna jump into this.", which only caused Tamotsu to jump in the air and scream out in joy, "Alright then... so we're going to be testing the Oil on your son? What is your name young man?"
Straightening up quickly Tamotsu would give a small salute before speaking, "I'm Kappatsu Tamotsu of the White Flame! And future Tsuchikage!", he's speak out before giving a hefty thumbs up and a hardy smile. "Nothings going to stop me from being remembered for generations to come! As one of the greatest warriors to ever live!", nodding there was something he felt he wanted to say, but it didnt come out, 'Believe it?' naaaah. That was too cheesy. Either way, they would work on the oil, testing it on their son and then the mother with her Shamanistic past blessing and cooking it down into a solution mixed with euphoriums and other toxins however merely the deluded versions watered down with no effects. It came to effect that after nearly a month of this testing and training. That the Toad would come to Tamotsu and speak with the family, "I'd like to take Tamotsu with me to meet with my boss. Susamajii-sama. what he has done here and his deep ambition and courage, to put himself in danger just to figure out if it could potentially help his kind and mine. I would like to extend to him to learn the ways of my people."
"Oi! YES OF COURSE I WILL!", nodding he'd look to his parents, both proud, his father subtly jealous but he'd not step in the way of his son's life and growth. "Go on son. Just make sure you be safe... and then show us what you've learned, when you get back." with his mother simply nodding her arm around Ichirou as she waved off Tamotsu, they'd go back to publishing their findings for the village, which brought the oils within the oil flasks as well as many types of anti-venoms, to come from it. Tamotsu would set out to leave for one full year. As he would work out in the concrete jungle and various places with the toad learning more about Toad jutsu and the members of their family. Their history, prophecy and everything in between. Meeting Susamajii-sama, was one of the better experiences in his life, where the large Toad sage would bless the boy allowing him to sign upon the papers giving him access to the ones that worked close to him they would aid him and the village of Iwagakure, to protect the secret knowledge of their Toad Oil. Which Tamotsu would protect with his life, and more. The white flames of his chakra boiling with glee and it was only a testament to how he would grow and become one of the most respected in all the land.
Years after this incident, now seventeen, Tamotsu works as a Genin, still honing his abilities and working himself though extensive training as he sets off to begin his Chuunin examination requirements. With the Main branch being ran by someone who isnt even from Iwagakure, he feels he has a wonderful chance to replace the man and move up to become one step closer to being Tsuchikage. To rule the Nation, to bring forth prosperity and justice for his people and to employ mercenaries to work helping organize things for other villages to have 'fun' with. Tamotsu knew that if he worked hard he could bring forth a new era, a new light amongst the world. Mounted together with the thoughts of his fiery passion for a thrilling fight... Tamotsu is and always will be the heir to the throne in his mind.
Tamotsu spent the beginning of this year, turning himself into a High Ranking Genin. One of the more educated, sophisticated. Even going through the notions of learning their village language at a young age... but perfecting it since, Jsem vudce Muž a žena podobne. His Pride in himself and his people, having the Heart of Stone needed to move mountains. Nothing would stop him from marching into his destiny. It was nice... And from then on, it was time for Tamotsu to begin his march for Tsuchikage. He'd not stop until he made it there. His ambition and valiance would never waver in the course of ever day trials and trivial natures. He was going to be a Hero one day. He'd do whatever it took to become that hero for his people. Why did he want this? What was the point where he wanted to change his life to be more than just what his father or mother was?
He wanted his name to be remembered. Like the Legends of generations before him. He wanted his name to be in the history books. As one of the greatest leaders that ever walked Earth Country. That ever walked their plane of existence. "I will be the best. You can bet on that.", and with every waking moment for the remainder of his days he would follow the teachings of his mother her skill her strength and her mind for battle. Using everything she gave him to become more. Using the inspiration of his very own life, to make a statement.
Since those days he has gained a lovely sister, adopted to the rights of the family. She's recently been getting fevers over and over again Tamotsu finds himself checking on her every chance he gets just because he feels as if it could be a great deal his fault for his fiery behavior and demeanor. Though that certainly cant be the case... medically anyways but there was something else going on, something else he needed to figure out before it was too late. He'd vow to her that he'd help heal her so this would begin another road to becoming a Shaman. To learn exactly what he'd needed to so he could take care of her.
