Physical Description: The blonde man holds himself proud with a finely toned lithe figure mostly hidden by the anachronistic suit and tie usually worn. Unlike his earlier days, his blonde hair is tidy, slicked back, and parted to the side allowing his dark green eyes to observe his surroundings. His face is handsome but youthful only when he sports a clean shave. He's movements are calm and relaxed and his steps are fluidly calculated as a panther readying for the kill.
Personality: A lonely soul born in the wrong era, Souseiki frequently eschews the company of others in favor of solitude. He cares little for the current cultural conventions and laughs at the most random times. While his mannerisms and demeanor may superficially appear warm, he typically lacks even the most basic human respect to individuals and does not bother with any scruples usually afflicted upon men of his position and stature.
History: Souseiki was born to a foreign business magnet's daughter out of wedlock after a short but intense affair with a Kumogakurian of mixed legacy. He was given up for adoption at an early age in order to avoid a society page scandal to a Cloud orphanage where he was raised and ostracized until drafted into the Academy at the tender age of eight. The morose and sullen Souseiki revealed near genius level proficiency and dedication and found himself repeatedly promoted during his early career until he was assigned to [REDACTED]. The Nanjirou served successfully (albeit clandestinely) until a botched mission drove him to a nervous breakdown and necessitated institutionalization for nearly two years. Since his release, Souseiki attempted to remain a peripheral character in Cloud both of disgust and necessity by choosing to downplay his earlier talents, or at least he attempted to do so until the lack of suitable candidates prompted a surprise succession to the position of Sennin as ordered by Hayata Shin. Since then, the blonde Nanjirou has fastidiously micromanaged the Main Branch as well as other pet projects of... interesting note.
