Also, how do I calculate my Chakra Control?

It is just additive. If you placed 5 in your CC it would be 5%. For example, I have 600% CC. The percent thing was from an era looong ago, its use forgotten to the annals of time.

50 is your cap on each individual stat. You gain 35 points weekly IF you train. A copy of the training rules can be found HERE
