Shoma steps up to a desk one morning in hopes of seeking council with one of the higher ups. He had spoken with peers on a few occasions who were training youths to be partnered with. These other Chunin and Jounin were in the process of mentoring young ninja and guiding them through mission. Shoma though this experience with youths would help himto become a better teacher that he may pass on his knowledge and skill more efficiently to a certain individual. Therefore, now he would seek to speak to one of his superiors for more insight and perhaps permission if needed.
