Takei is a tall strapping young man. Standing at 6'3" this tall man is filled out with beautifully proportioned muscle mass form years of vigorous training. His shoulders and biceps are covered in tattoos that pay tribute to the First Men. His dark skin is clean and smooth, free from any scarring. The man's hair is always pulled back in braids that lay under his headband. Takei's outfit normally consists of a comfortable shirt and loose fitting jeans. His hands are rough from years of Taijutsu training.

Takei is a calm and collective person, rarely speaking unless he is directing his speech to his only close friend, Kumomi. He is a loyal shinobi that would do anything for his village, even take the life of a stranger. This man is well disciplined and will finish a mission at any cost.

14 years ago the man graduated from the Academy top in his class in armed taijutsu, specializing in daggers. The newly appointed Genin spent most of his time completing missions for the Kugutsu Clan. This was where he met the young Kumomi. Making a secret agreement with the girl's parents he agreed to follow the young girl's adventures through the academy keep her safe until she herself could become an accomplished kunoichi. As the years based the boy grew into a young man where he became a Chuunin at the age of 15. As he trained he received a family heirloom of an ancient dagger that was blessed with generations of Nanjirou blood sweat and tears. Once the young man received his dagger his strength grew exponentially. At the age of 22 the now expert swordsman earned the rank of Jounin. Two years after his advancement he decided it was finally time to meet the young Kugutsu. He awaited this moment for years.

An old and decrepit battle-worn man that is commonly seen wearing Kugutsu clan traditional robes. His tunic is a deep green and his short robe is a rich purple. His hair is commonly pulled up into a small white knot and his beard has been growing long and white for years. This man's eyes have sunken and the rich green eyes have now faded into a dull grey. His body is covered in scars and his knuckles are full of arthritis which prevents much movement.

This wise old man has many battles stored in his head from years of service. A near expert in any form of battle strategies this man can aid in any form of attack, whether receiving or instigating the attack. He tends to ramble for days and is normally jolly doing so. Almost as if he has severe mood swings there are moments when old Sofu has a darker presence to him. Years of serving has caused him to lose most of his emotional attachments in life.

Years of being an ANBU member has led this man into a restless retirement. This elderly Kugutsu Clansmen was once a part of the ANBU BlackOps under than name of Water Strider. As the name suggests this man specialized in water style techniques and was one of the few Shinobi in his time to be able to control and summon large amounts of water from the caverns of old-Suna. The puppeteering abilities of his clan did not go to waste though, he was one of the few Kugutsu members to combine his affinity of ninjutsu with his puppetry. Not only did he chakra strings to help him manipulate his foes but with his Advanced Affinity of Blood it was almost if he could control anyone against their will. As the years progressed he had to step aside from being an active shinobi and took the title of Sofu, also known as the Elderman of the Kugutsu Clan. His true name has been lost in the decades for he has had this title for more than twenty years.

A small and frail looking woman with her hair pulled back into a silver bun. A yellow cloth covers her hair and she wears a red kimono. The woman has lost her sight many years ago so now her eyes are always shut. She has a slight smiled resting on her heavily aged face and her hands are as thin as young twigs. The frail old woman has leather like white skin and soft delicate fingers.

The elderly woman rarely says a word. She however is one of the most intellectual citizens of Sunagakure. With the knowledge that could surpass any Sennin or Kage, this old woman hides it very well. Sobo is always happy to see the youth of today and because of this a permanent grin is always on her face when she is faced to meet with other people. Her constant grin and nodding would imply that she has become senile but it is the furthest thing from the truth. She rarely speaks, and if she does speak to someone it acknowledges a high level of respect to the individual that she is addressing.

This elderly woman has always been soft spoken, she was married into a large prosperous business family until her husband and his clan fell at a hand of bandits. This was not anything too bad for she originally came from the Takahashi Clan and had a steady time full of support as she mourned her late husband. As the years had gone by this woman began to study in the ways of the old medicine. She memorized every single native species to the Land of Wind as well as how to use them in medicinal purposes. The studying of medical purposes also opened her up into the world of poison. Teaching herself how to use and create effective toxins she realized that she had no true talent in jutsu, but she had a beautiful mind that was logic based. Over the next few months she would begin designing a unique ninja tool that she would wear on a regular basis. On each of her arms rested canisters of senbon being soaked in varying toxins. This allowed her to be able to better defend herself, and throughout the years she needed to do so, especially due to her second wedding. Marrying into another shinobi clan was not unheard of, especially when the two clans had a lot in common. Fitting in well with her new clan the old Takahashi was now a Kugutsu and was one of the brightest engineers and forefronts on puppet engineering. As the years passed her husband passed away and she was offered the title of Sobo, which she gladly accepted. She is now the Elderwoman of the Kugutsu Clan and she couldn't be happier.

Thin eyes with long black hair adorns this tall and regal man. Standing at 6'4" and weight 230lbs this brute of a man is the larger than most in his clan. He wears a traditional grey and blue kimono and is always seen with his ancestral blade based down to him from generation to generation. His thin nose and strong jawline creates a rather intimidating smile. He is rarely seen smiling and his leer could make even a sandworm nervous.

Mentally this man is slightly sadistic, but his beautiful wife always keeps him in line. If it were up to him he would dismember the tradition of the puppetry in the Kugutsu Clan and only teach that of his clan, Nanjirou. Quick to temper and even quicker to rise into a fight this married in man has to learn that being the Master of the Clan means more than just being the strongest.

Forunaro was born into a small clan full of quick tempered swords man. It wasn't uncommon for them to have a funeral every week due to their clans constant fighting within itself. This man spent years honing his blade until he was eligible to take the genin exams. His clan did not send their children to the Academy but instead have private tutors come to teach the children within the clan. Years could be spent with each child teaching them how to master the arts of a samurai. He was top of his class but his family feared his strength was fueled from rage so they spent extra time before his progression teaching him to control his emotions. Years later when the man had become a Jounin he met a woman who would become the love of his life. He was assigned a mission to protect a vip and this was when he met Asahi and two years later they were wedded and he retired from the shinobi forces to raise a family.

Asahi is commonly seen wearing a red Kimono with a bright vibrant coloured sash around her midsection. This elegant woman always has her hair pulled back and tied off with a ribbon. Her eyes are a dark brown, which makes them appear near black ad vaguely beady. Her fair skin is complimented by a dark red lipstick and her soft cheeks always had a delicate layer of blush. Her hands appear soft but are calloused from years of ninja work. Her fingers are starting to become arthritic from the years of manipulating puppets at a master's level of prowess.

Like many of the Kugutsu women, Asahi is a very strong and independant woman. She has strength and intelligence that could rival that of a Sennin. A calm and collective woman by nature, this kunoichi is a master at manipulation. As if she were able to treat humans like puppets she often gets her own way. Since becoming the Head Mistress of the Kugutsu Clan, Asahi's patience with people has probably gotten worse. Some may say it was from stress but other's accuse her angry husband. This Mistress rarely tolerates ignorance nor stupidity.

Asahi was born into the Clan and because of this she had started to train in the art of Puppetry when she was only five years old. Receiving her first Crow Puppet at the age of seven. From her her specialty was offensive puppetry. Creating her own designs at the age of nine she graduated with her Eagle, Condor, and Nighthawk. This woman was the top of her class in not only the given, but also her agility. As if she had wings herself it was hard for any of her classmates to keep up. She continued to be a shinobi throughout her Chuunin years where she taught generations of future ninjas the traditional art of Puppetry but the day before her Jounin Exams she was asked to be wed. Her and her love, Forunaro, agreed together to give up the life as a Shinobi to start a life and for Asahi to take her rightful place the Head Mistress of the Clan. Since then she has had three wonderful children, and she has taught the future generations of Kugutsu Women the sacred art of puppetry.

Hogo'sha was born into the Taken Clan but with the Hachiashi Clan's bloodline limit. This large spider-like man has very unique qualities to him that has originated from his Kekkei Genkai. Firstly, and most noticeble, would be his height. Hogo'sha stands at 6'7" with a large hump on his back. His body has taken similarities to that of a spider for his limbs are significantly longer than what they should be. This man's balding head also has marking from years of training and his front two teeth have gone missing from spitting web.

Hogo'sha has been training to be a guardian for such a long time that many of his emotions have seemed to wither away. He spends everyday trying to better himself as a protector of the Kugutsu Clan and because of this his emotional capacity to sustain social interaction is nearly nonexistent. He doesn't speak to people and outside of the Main branch he couldn't care less what someone has to say to him. Overall Hogo'sha is an antisocial introvert that only cares what his Master and Mistress cares.

Hogo'sha was born into the side branch of the Kugutsu Clan, the Taken bloodline. He was made slave at a very young age and was forced to focus all of his energy to better himself as a shinobi. At the age of five he was thrusted into a situation where to him seemed life or death. As the ancient ways of the Taken Clan states he had to fight his class of Kugutsu Protectors in which he was the smallest. This was when he discovered he had a Kekkei Genkai, his Hachiashi blood allowed him to manipulate his chakra in ways his peers had never seen before. In record breaking time this boy was able to overcome all of his peers and his seat as a protector was set in stone. Years and years of training followed, forcing him to maximize his Kekkei Genkai's potential. Days, weeks, months would go by as this boy was forced to train in the caverns of the underground city. He would be locked in there to survive on his own by the ones most children would call their beloved family. This continued for years until he was 16. He was then trapped inside a huge expanse of cavernous chasms where rumors stirred that sandwyrms lived. Five years later the newly developed man came back from his test and proved himself to be worthy of the title of the Mistress's personal guard. At 21 he met the young 19 year old who would become the next heiress of the clan that took his individuality and he took a blood oath a cursed seal to swear his servitude to the young mistress. Years have gone by and his loyalty has never wavered.
