It appeared to be a pretty nice day outside, Amida decided he should go get some fresh air. While out Amida figured he should start training his body as an academy student, so he can get in the habit of keeping in top shape. He started off by doing a set of push ups. With his somewhat frail body he managed to push out seven good ones and struggled on the last three. Amida then, after taking a short break, flipped over and began to do a set of sit ups. These were a little easier to do, Amida wasn't sure why. He then sprinted down a little path as far as he could. He probably got around twenty steps in before running out of breath, wasn't very far. Amida figured by constantly doing this, he could at least build up his stamina to not tire so easily. So he began the cycle over again, starting with push ups. Doing four good ones and barely finishing the rest. On the sit ups, he only got six reps before struggling to finish. The distance he sprinted was a little less than half from the first go. Completely tired, Amida collapsed on the ground as he struggled to recatch the breath he just lost. Once he was able to regain his breath, he decided to do some meditation to try and build up his chakra control. Placing his legs in a criss-cross, he straightened up his posture as he sat as he began to take deep breaths. After managing to sit still like that for five to ten minutes, he decided to try out the new jutsu (body switch) he had just learned. It was starting to get dark out, a day well spent for Amida.
