Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The benevolent baker was a busy man, so busy in fact that he has a reinforced labyrinth beneath a subterranean village where he had already housed dozens of Sunanites. The Cabal's effort to take down his resistance failed and only fortified the rebel's resolve. A stack of papers was piled high on a make-shift desk that was once a dinner table, many of them had notes on them from missions successful or intelligence gathered. Olgav's people were searching for others to fill their ranks, a civilian army was being amassed but they were no match for the Cabal agents alone. A middle aged man with a pleasant demeanor sat behind the makeshift desk, he had been dolling out assignments when he felt a tremor, his heart sank as he waited for the second and the third but they did not come.</COLOR>

Shiori entered the bakery with a body slung over her shoulder. He was still alive, barely. His forbidden seals had faded and his wounds had coagulated. Shiori's, on the other hand, had not. Splotches of blood left a trail in her wake as she wordlessly dropped the silent madman on the floor of the office and pulled a still ticking bomb out from under her shirt. "What the hell are you doing!" One of the resistance members shouted as he grabbed the battered remains of the bomb and broke it on the floor.

"You broke my ticking rock," Shiori replied, he was not there to chat or to be shouted at. "He liked the ticking rock," Shiori added as she left the way she came. Perhaps someone could try to find more information regarding the noisy earth from him and why he was so desperate to protect it.

The scroll locker was a dead end, even if she could successfully find a book describing the layout of the village with a possible route of escape not thought of by the invading Cabal, there was no way she would be able to discern it. The ink made no sound, the density too small for her to discern, not that she truly tried but even if she could. She was illiterate, having never learned the written word of Suna. Even if she could see or hear with the acuity to see the ink on parchment, it would do her no good without an interpreter. While most of the Sunans were likely literate, the chance of having someone read from tomes and identify an escape was a fool's errand.

She would have to find the way out.

Chouryoku Kuro monitored the area just inside the bakery able to maintain vigil by sight or sound, few would slip past him in any manner. With the revelations by his bestial aspect Chouryoku Kuro summoned him to the storefront to take possession of the messages and notes that had been gathered from the infiltrators and traitors. Mouko Kuro handed the documents over to small team of intel gathering civilians and disabled ninja that were hastily putting together the picture of what the Cabal was really doing. Beast Kuro also related that they had less than 2 hours before the entire village would be caught up in a series of explosions from clay bombs both massive and small. Beast Kuro quickly departed leaving his sound talented Kuro behind to protect the people in the bakery shelter.
"Thank you for standing guard Sennin Toraono Kuro, I don't know how you keep pushing so hard for so long but please keep your health up."<i></i> The elder passed Chouryoku Kuro a cup of coffee with a piece of honey glazed chunderbread. Thankful Chouryoku stood and gave the man a gentle yet warming hug. "Suna will survive this, you have my word."<i></i>
One aspect of Kuro staying to protect the shelter while the other returns to the Throne of Bone to gather more information.

Chouryoku Kuro monitored the area just inside the bakery able to maintain vigil by sight or sound, few would slip past him in any manner. With even more revelations from his bestial aspect and healer aspects. Chouryoku Kuro quickly passed on more notes and messages detailing information that had been gathered from Cabal collaborators using kids as pack mules and a chimera that had been literally disarmed. Chouryoku Kuro quickly wrote up then handed over more documents to the small yet growing team of intelliegence networks that gathering civilians and ninja disabled, elderly, and capable or not were working hard putting together the big picture of what the Cabal was really doing.

Chouryoku Kuro continued to maintain his post in the area just inside the bakery able to maintain vigil by sight or sound, few would slip past him in any manner. With even more revelations from his kyojin aspect, bestial, and healer aspects. Chouryoku Kuro quickly passed on more notes and messages detailing information that had been gathered from a Cabal agent that had a change of heart at the last moment and she had revealed the escape tunnel. Chouryoku Kuro quickly wrote up then handed over more documents to the small team of intelligence gatherers, they quickly relayed that an escape point had been found and a steady stream of civilians under heavy guard by the Toraono Clan and Aspects of Kuro began to escort them to the Throne of Bone where a hidden exit had been revealed. Chouryoku Kuro prepared himself for battle as Kuro had come to grips with the fact that when things seemed to be working out it was because things were about to go horribly wrong.
Kyojin Kuro has done what he could in the obsidian palace with Takumi and is enroute to escort survivors to the Throne of Bone while the main aspect Akuma Kuro prepares to move any remaining students from the academy to the remnants of the 'Throne of Bone'.

Maku entered the bakery with a stoic look on his face. Blood dripped off of his black clothing, causing disgusting looks from those whom worked hastily to file documents and the like in the make-shift missions office. The Red haired jounin simply tossed the severed head at the main desk. What came next more than likely scared most and disgusted all.

“Hey! You guys are just gonna let him do this shit and get away with it?!” The head yelled. Maku was gone before anyone could notice.

Finally, the infidels are coming to arms. Will your efforts be too late?

Money has been provided to your account.

We have taken one of your own in the communications (apparently) and we are breaking down your only means of escape. Act quickly Maku, you might be the turning point to save us all.

Gratitude. The people of Suna were finally coming together. A young girl, probably no more than ten was sitting behind the desk. A scrappy little thing, she had lost her parents only a few days ago but you would never know it to look at her. The loss of her parents only hardened her resolve. The aspiring Genin looked to Maku with awe as he relinquished his head. It would be added to the stacks she would try to review (of yes... heads). Someday she would be big and strong, just like him.

After the battle with Oroku and his entourage, and with the influx of attention from he village around the bunker. Patrols have been increased by quite a margin. The Shinobi who were there wanted to make sure there was no incoming assault or anything of the sorts, or at least be prepared as early as possible. Even on the inside tensions were quite high, paranoid about being watched constantly by the Cabal lackeys still in the minds of others. And yet, at least one person managed to sneak in for the most part unannounced. Some people would recall an average looking girl in a Chunin jacket, dropping of a list of notes as well as a minor chakra explosive with a more saying Black Bazar clear. No one would remember her name, nor really remember her face...and only a few people would notice Lady Kohana from the Sunaku Household had gone missing for several hours.

What didn’t go unnoticed was the return of Harupia. Partially because there were the people he rescued earlier, grateful for his assistance, or just because he looked like a wreck. His robes tattered and dirty, several wounds of various depths. Still, he seemed to be in good enough shape to walk and speak. As he moved to the reception he offered a pair of fingers, one of the Sunaku Kishi, and one of Medic nin Yuna, explaining the situation which unfolded in the theater. The Sietch was safe, a black spot on his family’s history erased, and a body which no one even relied was missing found. And as much as he wanted to go right back out, he knew he needed a bit of rest...at least enough for his wounds to get mended. And while part of him loathed sitting idle with so much to do...a part of him really just needed a break. He was used to seeing horrible things in his line of work...it just wasn’t often each day seemed to try and on up the previous one.

The children became office managers in this anarchy. While many of their parents were dead or busy trying to herd others to safety, the children were left to their devices and many were doing what they could. It was his turn to take the mission desk. It was amazing what these shinobis were doing, how they never gave up and how they kept on fighting. He might have been young but he was not an idiot. A handful of people burst into an unprepared community and sent it spirling into disarray. There were more shinobis than the ones situated here, he knew that much. They never had a problem showing up for awards, parades and to ask for favors from his parents, local shop keepers for the protections they offered. People were corrupt, terrible beings, but not everyone was that way. When times got tough, these people worked harder. He had nothing but respect for the blonde lady, whoever she was. He gave a toothy smile as he filed the form and then frowned as he looked at the strange probably dangerous device she also dropped off. He cradled the chakra device on a peace of paper and hurriedly carried it off to the next room.

The second drop-off seemed worse for the wear. He crinkled his nose and put on a glove before he accepted the report from the second fellow. He could smell the blood and death on that one, two smells he did not actually know but from the smell of him he now had an educated guess. That was not a report, what were those tings. OH GOD THOSE WERE FINGERS. He did not say a word, rather he scowled and nudged the fingers to the corner of the desk with a pencil. Maybe those would join the tiny bomb thing the lady dropped off. That seemed like a good plan.

Kohana had a bit of a debate with herself as she entered the office within the bakeries bunker. She debated weather she should assume the same form as before or perhaps mix it up. She didn’t want someone to notice her as a regular comer here...but she was already running out of ideas for visages which wouldn’t look to foreign to the gathered Sunan folk. In the end, she guessed a little bit more attention wouldn’t hurt too much. Besides, all of the Shinobi's were quite busy...she did see the boy was still there, the same which accepted her reports from earlier. Smiling brightly at him, with the same blond visage she used before she would say as she layed down the device from the Maw "Hey there. I hope you not tiring yourself to much over here. I got this from around the Maw... it supposed to set off a bomb, but we aren’t certain were. Ask someone to look into took? And while you’re at it, you can spread the good news that I’ve got another bomb in the Sietch. We should have at least some of the shops standing when this whole thing blows over" concluding with a smile before heading away. She would try and wander around a bit...perhaps someone had some of those sweet goodies the bakery offered.

Combined the D Rank and A Rank missions of disarming bombs in the Desert Crown (A Rank) and Diamond District (D Rank)

Slowly the Kasha began to make his way into the bunker. Upon the nearest table that was manned he would drop a folder upon it, containing the details of the bombs discovered and disposed of within the Diamond District and the large scale bomb found and disposed of within the Desert Crown itself.

"I will return with another report shortly."

His clothes were in a tattered mess and his mask was partially broken, but his frame seemed to move without restraint. Whatever happened to him looked like it should have broke him in half, but he walked as if this was just another day.

Chouryoku Kuro continued to maintain his post in the area just inside the bakery able to maintain vigil by sight or sound, few would slip past him in any manner. With Shiori saved by his Sharingan aspect. Chouryoku Kuro quickly passed on more notes and messages detailing information that had been gathered along with the strange body a Cabal agent that had been stored inside a two sealing scrolls for future study. Chouryoku Kuro quickly wrote up then handed over more documents to the small team of intelligence gatherers as even they were told to pack and get themselves to the 'Throne of Bone' to get out the beseiged exit along with the steady stream of civilians under heavy guard by the Toraono Clan and aspects of Kuro which even now did all they could to maintain the exit and assure the lives and freedom of all whom heeded the call to evacuate to the 'Throne of Bone' where a hidden exit had been maintained.
Sharingan Kuro has found and rescued Takahashi Shiori eliminating her attacker and storing his altered body for study in a seal. With a medical team stabilizing her condition, Sharingan Kuro is making his way with any survivors of the Cabal's efforts that he can sense along the way back to the Throne of Bone Takahashi Shiori (is taken wherever she wants to go as she awakens to med nin from the Toraono Clan healing her wounds.)

"Oh mai gosh! It is so cute! Here Mister Sunancrow drink all your tea. Oh I wish I could eat cupcakes like you Misses Sundrunner!" In came a bunch of tattered, beaten and bleeding ninjas, right in the middle of tea time. she slid over an empty porcelain cup of imaginary tea. It was purple tea, the best kind of imaginary tea. Bombs, lots of bombs being disarmed. How in the world were they doing it? Finding all those bombs and so gosh darn quickly. "OLGAV!" She shrieked in response to the pretty lady's warning and information regarding some bombs found hidden and moreover some wires leading to OTHER BOMBS. She scurried into the next room to ramble word for word what the pretty lady said to one of Olgav's men before returning to her desk. She had to climb on top of the chair and stand on top to see over the massive furniture. She wondered if she would ever become as big as Olgav.

A scary masked man and a man who resembled a muscular stuffed animal also carried with them reports. She did as she did with each before, she carried them over to someone older who understood the big words and then marked it with a glitter crayon. All in a day's work for a city kid rebelling against the Cabal.

Mission Drop off
A rank Anarchy Mission, disarming Major Bomb in the Omni Prime Medical Facility, lesser bomb in Sietch Zensunna and saving a men under ruble in the Maw

As time went on people were starting to become more and more antsy about the whole situation. Many of the bombs were disarmed, but how many were ther left? How srong were they? Did those who were sent out to take care of them survive the encounters wirth thier guards? There have been many returning from thier missions, but many who were away for the longest time. So concern ws a natural thing. And regardless of what the Shinobi under the ground thought of Harupia, wether they saw him as a frivilous goof, a spoiled heir to a welthy clan, a sucsesfull if somewaht lazy Jounin, they couldnt deny he helped a lot with disarming the devices around the city, and that he was pushing himslef. So the thought of him perhaps pushing himslef to hard was seeming more and more possible. As those thoguhts went through the heads of the people, a lone medic nin moved into the cpompund through one of the hidden entries, coming to the desk. After taking a bit of a breath, he would turn to his radio and say "Im here". After a breif moment, the Sunaku's voice would come through as he said "Sunaku Harupia here. Medics keeping me on rest. Raport incoming". And so, the medic not only cmfinred the rumour of comunications being paritly restored, but also that Harupia was alive, though in need of some recovery, and that he disarmed two more bombs, including a massive one right under the hopsital, and saved a person under the rubble of the Maw. Quite a uplifting message all in all.
