Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Asuka would've been presumed dead if she wasn't walking. Her Chuunin vest was turn, cut, had dirt, ash and blood all over it. Asuka's usual white hair was a combination of red, black and brown with a few clean spots. She looked up at the gigantic gate and waited just outside of it. Whoever had a kin eye would notice that her feet were inches away from the entrance it seemed as though she wouldn't enter without a permit.

After she was admitted back in she would go straight to the Hokage as instructed, then to her Sennin Kenshin. After all that was done she would go back to the Uchiha household probably take a shower and wait for further orders.

Asuka had been gone for a little while now, not too long but long enough for Shinzo to become aware of her lack of presence in the village. It was an extremely interesting scenario, especially because Shinzo himself wasn’t aware of why the girl had left the village. Since he became acutely aware of her disappearance, the Head Jounin had taken triple shifts on his gate duty. This, being the first promotion he had given, mattered greatly to him. He had faith in the Uchiha girl but her disappearance was slightly concerning and while said faith wasn’t diminished, it did however raise questions that would be answered given time.

As luck would have it, the figure of Asuka proceeded towards the Phoenix Gates just as Shinzo was checking for incoming travellers. Her uniform wasn’t in a desirable condition and as such it could be deduced that she had faced some hardships in her time away from Konoha, the brown haired teen moving to meet her wouldn’t press the subject just yet. He needed time to ensure that she was well enough to continue with whatever business she had. “Welcome back Asuka, I hope your travels were productive. You needn’t share details but what you do need are your papers, standard regulation you know.” Shinzo gave a quick yet warm smile as he strode towards the Chuunin, nodding his head in greeting upon arriving within arm’s length of the girl.

Asuka looked up as she walked a bit forward, seeing her boss stand there waiting for her. She looked down at a small puddle and her reflection was less than appealing, the blood on her had dried up and it felt sticky. She looked up again and walked a bit faster, not wanting to make her superior wait for too long. Once there she kneeled before him, lowering her head in respect. "Shinzo-sama."

She appreciated his gesture on not necessarily sharing details about her trip. But he did request her documents, god damn... she hope she hadn't lost it. With a sigh she patted her different pouches. Some were broken and for a second she thought she had lost it. Thankfully she found it on her back pocket. Once she took it out Asuka cringed. Well, shit. The passport had a slash across it, and blood was splatetred for the first few pages. Thankfully it was still readable. God Takeshi would kill her. She didn't meet eyes with Shinzo but handed her passport for him. "Here you go Shinzo-sama." She told him.

Shinzo stood quietly, his cheerful demeanour remaining resilient against the clearly negative connotations that surrounded Asuka’s appearance – especially considering the state of her apparel. In truth the slight hesitation upon the request of her documents was something that triggered another layer of concern in the older of the pair stood at the gate, but thankfully a moment later Asuka was able to produce her passport. Once more, Shinzo smiled down toward his subordinate as he reached out for the papers. In a swift motion he retrieved them from here and began skimming through the pages. All was in order.

His emerald yes looked up from the bloodied piece of official documentation. “Everything seems to be here.” His white teeth glinted in the light of day the moment before his hands came to a close, sealing the passport up. Before handing it back, Shinzo made sure to wipe some of the bloody residue from the documents surface. The unpleasant material of which, he quickly flicked off his hand and onto the ground. With the passport now partially cleaner than it had been just moments ago, Shinzo extended his hand to give the papers back to their respectful owner. A light chuckle escaped his lips as he handed the passport back, “if you’d like, I can see about getting you a new one of these. I know cleaning paper isn’t exactly the most straight forward. Just let me know if you can’t quite manage to get this looking back to how it should, wouldn’t want you to have something as important as this in a bad state.” His smile remained as he finished talking.

Shinzo soon stepped to one side, extending his left arm toward the village. “Welcome home, Asuka. If you need anything, don’t be afraid to ask. I shall see you later.” A small nod followed this statement, but a second later Shinzo was gone, having disappeared in an instant.
