Towards the far right corner of the room rested a steel door, made from his own chakra affinity, and possessed a seal which only reacted to Junkos chakra. Once opened, a seven foot drop would land him on a footing in front of a large marble and granite staircase. The second level of his office consisted of an even more spacious basement level mezzanine loft design complete with a shag carpeted bedroom for when he decided to stay in the office, a fully stocked pantry, fully stocked supply closet, and both a fully functional laboratory and morgue each in a separate rooms.
Upon reaching the bottom of the stair case, one would currently be in the lounge and kitchen area. Cream lime wood panels covered the floor while a long kitchen counter lined itself with the wall. Two large pantries were placed perfectly in between the two gaps in the walled counters. One was packed with foods, fruits, and little vegetables while the other was packed with a large plethora of snacks. In the middle of the room stood a kitchen island with several stools and a sectional couch off near the wall.
To the left was Junko's bedroom which consisted of a queen sized mattress, a night stand, mirror on the wall, one or two dressers containing spare clothes, and other hygiene products. To the far right of the stair case across the lounge and kitchen is another door which leads into his laboratory. The laboratory possesses all standard equipment which can be found anywhere else in the hospital and includes two supply closets. In here is where Junko does tests on clinical specimens in order to get information about the health of a patient as pertaining to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Finally, in the very far front of the stair case, is the morgue. Way past the kitchen and lounge behind two sealed doors is Junko's personal morgue for storing his senseis outer path statue.
Standing in his research lab wearing his medical gear, Junko leaned against his work table brainstorming. After spending four years in his reality void, he managed to put together a plan for the medical branch. Along with his plans development, he studied continuously as he trained his students in mind and body. Each day, Junko seemed to apply his knowledge. Especially recently with the encounters of several diverse bloodlines, mental patients, and surgeries. The medical chief had been busy, and things would only continue. Junko was working more then overtime as Kitsune had been unavailable recently to his knowledge.
Entering the morgue of his research lab, Junko observed the outer path that was left by his sensei. Looking around, books was open all over. Junko had been down here for months as his new home was being built. It gave him the opportunity to focus only on the branch and furthering his knowledge as he took care of business. Helping him, Tora roamed around as the rest of the white lotus took care of any errands Junko needed ran. Often, they delivered messages from his children, Karin, his pupils, and anyone that needed him upstairs in his main office. Meanwhile, Junko looked deeper into Kushins studies and research. Finding numerous books on bloodlines, kinjutsus, general surgery relations to kinjutsu surgery, and anatomy knowledge of bloodlines along with kinjutsus. Junko realized he'd have to finish some of his basic training to recover some of the missing Information with less stress. His time in his void gave him ample amount of time and effort to do this, and he took advantage of that time. Now that he was back, it was time to exercise his skills.
Placing a corpse on one of the working tables, It was time to begin his work. Activating his medical microscopic vision, Junko eyes began to emit a green glow. "Tora, as I go through with this body, take notes for future purposes. Don't miss a step. This is sensitive research." Junko said with a nod. The corpse was a man, young in age, and of the Kaguya bloodline. "I'll begin with a thorough examination of the body to ensure everything is fine first." Junko said beginning to start with the man's integumentary system. Using his knowledge of anatomy, this process would be easy. "Aside from mere bruises, he's fine on the outside." Junko said searching the man's body before looking to his skeletal and muscular system. "What ever battle he was in, his clavicle was broken. Phalanges seems misconfigured, but they probably was broken as well." Junko said taking note of the man's deltoid and pectoral major. They were injured as well. If he was still breathing, he'd be having muscle spasms for quite a bit.
looking deeper into the man's body, Junko was now to the cardiovascular system, ensuring that nothing was too damaged as far as his veins and chakra network. Unfortunately, several chakra points was pierced, ending its connections. "Damn it. To prep the corpse and continue my tests, I'll have to make sure the chakra points are repaired. They have to be in good condition according to Kushins notes." Junko said shaking his head. Doing this research, Junko often noticed that his specialities often crossed or intertwined to advance his work.
Using his knowledge of Anatomy, the chakra system, Biology, and general surgery, Junko had to make a surgical incision into the pectoral major of the corpse. Blood still leaked as this body was still fresh. As always, Junko focused and put forth all his effort with his steady hands. Reaching the veins after bypassing the damaged muscles Junko pumped a bit of medical ninjutsu through his tools. Sweat began to accumulate as he had three chakra points to work on. "Damn that Hyuuga." Junko said with a sigh.
"How do you know it was a Hyuuga?"
"The strike was too well placed and it hit this man's chakra points right on point. Not even a little off target. To hit them that accurately, you'd have to see them. Seeing as these points are near his heart, I'm not surprised he was defeated." Junko said finishing with the first of three damaged chakra points. Moving on, he repeated the process with the last two with carefully placed medical ninjutsu. Successfully, he executed his work just as accurate as the Hyuuga executed his strike.
"What's your goal?" Taro asked as he continued with his notes.
"I'm going through the essential steps to attempt to remove a bloodline. It's quite similar to kinjutsus, but you have to get even deeper into the cellular aspect of things. After all, it's in the ... Blood." Junko said with a brief pause. Quickly moving to a few of the open books, he began flipping pages with speed in several books. "Where is it? Here!" Junko thought as his eyes scanned the pages. "The blood is the key! It has to be! Kushin is vague about certain aspects, but it makes sense. Want to take away a bloodline? Destroy key components of an individual's cells! Want to give one? Well, you have to inject or do a certain surgical procedure on someone's cells. It's so simple! To do such a thing, you'd have to be experienced in several specialities due to the structural complexity of the body. Of I'm not fully right, it's definitely an essential piece." Junko said speed walking back to the body. This might not have been the only way to do things, but it was a connection he made that fit him with his mastery of biology.
"Perfect for you then. Didn't you mention the development of a new biology department?"
Nodding, Junko began to think. He was beginning to make a break through for the branch. He would have to test his theory before he began the bloodline and kinjutsu practice. Continuing with the body, he split him further open. As hours passed, Junko was forced to create a medical clone to assist him to do certain parts of his work. His clone analyzed the bodies blood, cells, passed him tools, gave advice surprisingly, and took intense notes. Junkos studies was really paying off in something critical. His research could very well change the branch and bring new hope for the future.
"Next, I'll have my clone pump chakra through the corpse. The body should react with its bloodline abilities." Junko said with a nod as his medical clone began. Pumping the chakra, the body illuminated. "Come on..." Junko thought still sweating. He had been working on this and mastering his specialities for far too long to reach a dead end. Four years in his void and months outside of it couldn't go to waste so soon. Watching with his medical vision, the chakra began surging rapidly, flowing nicely through the chakra points. In moments, the corpses collar bone began to harden and heal. Shifting his eyes to the occurrence, Junko could see the cells activating differently then any other. "It's the cells within the bone! Chakra is even pumping through the dense bone. Rejuvenating it entirely." Junko thought as Taro took notes.
"He's a Kaguya.." Junko said recognizing the bloodline due to his studies and understanding of many diverse bloodlines. With Junkos knowledge, it would definitely be even more useful for figuring out the cells of diverse bloodlines. He could take notes, form experiments, and create hypothesis. Having his clone Stop pumping chakra, the cells deactivated, and bones softened to a basic bone.
"What will you do now?"
"since I can see it, I can easily attempt to extract the cells on a microscopic level from the necessary location. In this case, it would be from the bones and That's if I decide to take the bloodline away. If I wanted to destroy the bloodline, I'd deaden the cells at the point of extraction in the necessary location. Lastly, want to give a bloodline? Simple, all bloodline cells collected can be stored, guarded, and given out like kinjutsu. Of course a registry list would start. This could benefit many individuals. " Junko said smiling as he realized he was babbling.

"I might as well practice this as if it was a living patient." Junko thought getting a bucket and filling it with a great amount of numbing medication. Manipulating the water base medication, it floated into Junkos hands. Placing his hands on the corpse, he forced the liquid inside using medical ninjutsu. Allowing the liquid to spread throughout the body over the bones, Junko began drawing out thousands of cells into the bubble from the bones. Finally, Junko extracted the cells on the opposite side from the initial entry location. Repeating the process several times until he could draw out little to nothing from the bones. "Pump chakra into him and see what happens." Junko said to his clone.
Repeating the process he did earlier, the chakra flowed quite smoothly. In the end, their were no results. The Kaguya male was reduced back to a mere human. Smirking, he allowed his clown to dissipate into smoke. "Things have only just begun. I've set the grounds for the future." Junko said smiling. Their was much more to come because today was only the beginning. "Thank you sensei. Hell, and thank you Kushin." Junko said before looking at Taro.
"Great Job Junko."
"Thanks, but let's store this info and that bloodline in a hidden location. We don't need any mishaps."
