Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Karasu was walking along from Hokage Rock toward the coliseum. She was new to the village and hadn’t had a chance to explore the various sites. She came across Kitsune Park. She was intrigued by what she saw and continued to the path through the forest. She knew that many of the exams were held here. This made it more exciting to be here. Karasu could just imagine herself taking the exams. Of course she was a long way from entering any of the exams just yet. She felt inspired and thought this would make the perfect training spot for her. She settled on a specific spot that had a lot of trees but also a lot of room to maneuver around. She liked that and grinned thinking of all the training she could do here.

She had to practice her kunai training but as usual wanted to be alone. She had targets set up on various trees. She wasn’t great at throwing the kunai but she wanted to improve. She didn’t know if she was a natural or a hard worker. Maybe she was both. Either way she had to train. She threw a few kunai at some targets that were closer. She was able to hit all the targets but none in the bullseye. Determined, she continues to throw each time improving from the previous attempt. It took several attempts before she was able to throw a kunai in the middle right at the bullseye. She smiled as her big blue eyes danced with excitement. She knew she was getting better and the training was paying off. She continued on in the night before she realized it was really late. She had better get back before her father got worried about her. In fact he probably is already worried. She picked up her kunai but left the targets where they were for another time. She ran as fast as she could home.

It was another beautiful afternoon in Konoha. The sky was blue and very few clouds. In the near distance was Hokage Rock. Karasu frequented the area often. Once again she came to Kitsune Park where she liked to train privately. She needed to be stronger and to do so meant that she needed to train as hard as she could for as long as she could. She often trains well into the evening forgetting the time. Her father always worried about her but knew that she was alight. He often gives her tips on certain techniques. Karasu arrived where her training targets were on various trees. She reached for her pouch and got out a few shuriken.

She breathed in and out slowly concentrating on her chakra and not trying to over think the position of the targets. She started running then doing flips before throwing it at the different locations of the targets. Some missed badly but others were close. She just needed more focus. It was important to her to keep on the move. Her father told her that it's easy to hit a non moving target but that isn’t really realistic. An opponent won't stay still for you to attack them. So one must learn to be able to focus while in motion. She heeded those words to heart as she went on another round of attacks throwing the shuriken toward each target while doing flips and acrobatic movements. She was improving. She saw that many of the targets were almost hit in the bullseye. She kept it up trying to get in more difficult positions. The harder the better she thought as she twisted her body before turning to aim at several targets. The shuriken were light and flew at a good distance. She knew she had to prepare for the future. One day she may have to use these techniques in a real battle. She would leave no stone unturned. Out of breath she looked at all the targets to see how she did. She was satisfied for the moment but she knew she could do better. She looked up and saw the moonlight upon her. Another late night again. She hoped her dad wasn’t worried. She packed up her things and started to head home. Some food and a warm bed was all she needed.
