All that mattered to Izura at that point was the fact that his sister was alive. It was the only thing that kept him going as a shinobi. Without a place he could call home, without his old comrades, with a world that rejected every fiber of his existence with it’s persistence in erasing him entirely, he would continue on.
To strike fear in to their hearts was the mission. No casualties were expected. He offered himself up for hire to a group that decided to remain anonymous, and the mission was significantly dangerous and risky, but he’d do it anyway. It’d net him a small fortune- enough to live comfortably as a member of the social elite, if he was able to pull it off.
And so he arrived at the entrance of Stone, wearing a grey, hooded cloak.
He stealthily made his way along the wall perimeter, planting explosive notes at a key junction point that was bound to avoid any casualties, but at the same time, damage the infrastructure of a portion of the wall significantly enough to scare the populace. It was easy to remain stealthy- his reconnaissance of the village in the past made it so that he was able to teleport easily and freely around the village entrance without as much as making a sound. Once the bombs were set, he climbed a nearby building, scanned the proximity of the blast zone with his sharingan for any innocents, and then activated the explosive notes with a single hand seal.
It was a single cluster of scores of the notes, erupting in a crescendo of explosions that did not breach the wall, but left a massive crater in it’s side. Easily repaired by the stone ninja in a matter of days, Izura didn’t expect anything other than fear and resentment from the Stone ninja, if they managed to find out his identity.
But if they hated him for it, then so be it.
Izura ran off into the distance, the cloak billowing around him as the wind picked up.
