Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Ayumi walked to the Torre Celeste with her latest path, and shortest one, the one with blue hair and indigo eyes. It was new for her to be using a shorter path than her original body. She walked up to the receptionist before speaking. "My name is Yukimo Ayumi, and I'm here to apply for a passport as my old one is just about expired." She said, smiling a bit. "I'm planning on traveling out to Iwagakure, then over to see whatever happened to Kirigakure from what I've heard from a couple people who had entered the village, and probably over to Sunagakure. I take that would take me a month or two at least. And my reason to travel is to learn about the other nations and what their people are like as well as to learn what their laws are like." She said, hoping the receptionist was the correct person to speak to about getting a new passport, seeing as she hadn't applied for one it quite a while.

She was a bit nervous doing this with a fairly new path that should have been documented seeing as she had gotten the current path she was using from the hospital as well as her first path.

Ayumi had been asked to wait for a councilman to see her about her request. Missions automatically came with passports, but this was a more personal request and so it had to be approved of personally by a member of the Council, Sennin or the Raikage himself.

After probably 45 minutes of waiting and reading magazines Ayumi would finally be called through. She was escorted to the office of Hitomazu.

Once inside the room she would notice an elderly man sitting on the other side of a desk. Deep set wrinkles told a thousand stories, criscrossed with scars from a thousand battles. His skin seemed thin, delicate as though pressing it too much might cause it to tear. Yet behind these signs of age and the weakness which came with it was a strength in his eyes unrivaled amongst shinobi. His body had aged, but his mind was sharp, and he still had a strength beyond that which he should by all rights have lost.

Please take a seat. His voice was as strong as his vision, it demanded obedience and commanded respect.

The note I received from the receptionist informed me that you were wanting to travel to Iwagakure, Kirigakure and Sunagakure totaling several months worth of travel. During this time you are wanting to learn about the other nations, their laws, culture, and the people which inhabit these lands. Is this correct?

He didn't seem unfriendly with the words spoken, stern without a doubt but with the kind of sternness that a grandfather might have for a grandchild who was requesting a boiled sweet for no good reason.

After Ayumi confirmed that this was what she wanted he would then ask...

Can you please tell me why I should sign this and allow you to leave the village for such an extended period of time?

Ayumi waited almost an hour, with reading magazines until she heard that she had been called and was escorted to an office with an older man sitting behind a desk. She sat down in the seat in front of the desk as he had spoken, in which she would listened to him as he spoke once more. "Yes, that is correct." She said, confirming what he had asked her.

As he had told her to tell him why he should sign it to allow her to leave the village for such an extended period of time. "Well, the only reason I have to leave the village is so that I can learn about the the others, their people, laws, and culture, but that's really the only reason I have for traveling. I could make up some reason about wanting to find someone or wanting to gather information about some sort of top secret person agenda, but none of those are particularly something I'd gamble with." She said, crossing her legs as she took a breath.

"If I have to split up the trip into three separate parts, then so be it, but I'd rather not have to do that." She said, shrugging a little before sighing slightly. She didn't know how the older man would respond to what she had said, but she wouldn't much mind it as long as he was nice about it. She showed him respect as well as having joked slightly. She just hoped she was able to go through her entire trip soon and not having to do it segment by segment.

There are times when we do things that we don't like for our own safety. He said before sitting silently in thought for a moment. In his head he weighed the options on what the best course of action would be.

She wanted to travel, and in Cloud history they had always allowed travelers. To not do so often reflected on the village and the trust it had in its villagers. He had always been one to encourage faith in the shinobi of Cloud, to not do so would mean that perhaps they would lose faith in their leaders. So it wasn't an issue of wanting to let her travel, the issue was one of the worst case scenario. Going to three different village sites with missing shinobi roaming the lands and potentially getting into trouble in the different villages themselves meant a whole lot of unknown for Cloud. So there needed to be some kind of middle ground.

This might not be ideal but this is what I propose. I will stamp your passport to allow you to travel to each village, but I will leave an order at the gates so that they will only sign the passport to allow you to go to one village. You can travel to that village but afterwards you must return to the gates of Cloud to be signed off for the next village. In this way we will know you are still of good health and should trouble happen we will at the very least know the general location where it happened. Is this okay with you?

He waited for the girls reply.

Ayumi listened to the man as he had spoken, and nodded. He had spoken after a moment once more and she listened. "That sounds fine to me, as long as I don't have to go through the amount of time entering the village and all the following contents would take. I am fine with this should anything ever happen to me." She said, smirking a bit and nodding, showing her approval for the mans terms for her travel. At least she wouldn't be wasting too much time with traveling back into the village and then back out and everything.

She accepted the conditions. That was good. He didn't want something to happen to her and Cloud end up needing to investigate the entire would to find a corpse or signs of combat.

Very well then. He said as he stamped several times on several pages but signed only once and wrote the rules he wanted followed underneath before stamping it once more with his official seal.

Handing the passport back to Ayumi he said You can go now.

Ayumi watched the man as she smiled, and noticed he had stamped the passport in several places and only signed in one spot, as well as writing the rules of her travel before stamping once more and hearing him speak. She stood and bowed slightly before accepting her passport once more. "Thank you, sir." She said, before turning and leaving the office, and soon the building.
