Kuro's extended family wasn't all demonic in fact Suzuhime soon realized the majority of the demonic energy she sensed came from Kuro and oddly enough his clone. As Kuro himself returned to her side she felt celestial energies as well, those not quite divine nature based energies that were normally only found abundantly in greater beasts of old. Power ran rampant here but it was of little consequence, it wasn't until Suzuhime noticed the clone was not just in synch with Kuro's presence but functioned perfectly independent of Kuro. It was as if Kuro had eyes in the back of his head, he could hear and see every movement and as he motioned to her a plate carrying a a slightly different take on her favorite dish of lobster and scallops was tossed and telekinetically caught by Kuro's waiting hand. The dish had Sunagakure's version of a lobster, a giant water scorpion fished from the waters of the undersea and prepared in the same manner as lobster but flash-fried alive in seasoned oil then boiled clear of excess grease for a few moments.
The first two western tables were filled with beautiful white haired men and women with blue, gray, and the occasional white eyes. Some sat alone, others sat with full grown ten foot sand tigers at their sides. The Kindred of Byakko: Some of the Toraono Clan descend from the blood of the celestial beast Byakko, the great white tiger. As such they are normally born with white, gray, or blonde hair with exotic gray, blue, or ever rare completely white eyes. These warriors are able to use taijutsu that combines their inner energy flawlessly with their movements resulting in a combat style known amongst the Toraono Clan as Tora no Ken or Fist of the Tiger. It is said that a Grandmaster of Tora no Ken can kill a being with a single strike without leaving a discernible wound or cause a wound so terrible that it causes blood to erupt from every orifice, even the pores of the skin. Some of these descendants are able to bond with the rare sand tigers that roam the deserts and become a formidable hunter team.
The eastern tables were filled with incredibly large men and women and almost all of them had horns in some manner. Suzuhime would get the impression that they were very gentle when she looked their way. -- The Kindred of Ox-King: Some of the Toraono Clan descend from the blood of one of the demon beast Kings the Oushi-ouja Ox King whom was actually defeated and absorbed by Hyakujuuonouu, the King of demon beasts and cousin of the celestial white tiger Byakko. Those whom show traits of descent from this line are known to be born larger than most babies. Many are born with special chakra seal crests upon their foreheads, chests, abdomens or backs. As they grow older they show off their inhuman strength and tend to be taller than many of those of the Toraono Clan, the tallest of these warriors actually tapered off at eight feet by the time of her twenty third birthday. The males of this lineage occasionally grow ox like horns, sometimes the women do as well but it is very rare. They are also able to master jutsu’s that allow them to turn into giants. They tend to be born with full heads of black, blue, or brown hair with large brown, blue, or rare jade green eyes. These warriors are able to use taijutsu that combines their great strength and massive size to level mountains, and forests.
The Southern table nearest the center point kitchen was full of dark haired men and women with swarthy brown skin. They looked happily sedated yet their eyes showed they were aware of everything. -- The Kindred of Hyou: Some of the Toraono Clan descends from the blood of the celestial beast Hyou, the great black panther. As such they are normally born with extremely dark skin and hair. These members are often born with gold or completely black eyes. These warriors are able to use ninjutsu and Genjutsu in a way that allows them to remain undetected until they strike. Their stealth is so naturally and flawlessly accomplished that their movements can influence the shadows. They tend to be lazy when not challenged but when a hunt is brought forth there are few that can match their natural stealth and hunting skills.
The head table was for the direct descendants of Hyakujuuonouu where Kuro's family sat and just when Suzuhime might have gotten frustrated the massive doors behind the head seat of the head table opened and Kuro's father followed by his mother, Doctor Toa, Sunaku Sashi, and Kuro's twin sisters Midori and Shiro strolled in. Kaibudo didn't show any surprise whatsoever he simply smiled and winked at Kuro. Queen Azame's eyes narrowed and she gripped her hilt for a moment till she looked over Suzuhime and seemed genuinely surprised. Midori and Shiro however were not happy, how dare their baby brother have a woman in his life and they not know about but then they too looked at Suzuhime with astonishment.
Toraono Kaibudo stood at seven feet, two inches, weighing in at three hundred and eighty pounds. Kaibudo’s salt and pepper mane of hair was pulled back into a very stylish set of war braids. With a twenty three inch neck, Kaibudo's braids looked a little small where they hung down his back tied together with a black sash as it cascaded down to the center of his back. Beautiful violet eyes with indigo irises that peered from a chocolate brow exactly the same skin tone as Kuro. He wore a black grandmaster's belt around his thirty six inch waist. The belt allowed Kaibudo to keep the style of his gi as it sat upon his massive chest and biceps even. Kaibudo wore a medical pouch on his back just atop his fighting gi belt.
Long silky black hair laced with perfume and scented oils settled across well muscled yet feminine shoulders. Her Sunan cotton and silk kimono allowed both defensive measures and a bit of air to breathe through her garments. Interlaced within the weave at specific areas was a special mesh of metallic and crystal laced fibers specially designed to prevent the piercing of her vital points by blade or chakra enhanced pressure. When standing Toraono Nobuku Azame stood six feet two inches. She weighed a reasonable, muscular, 180 pounds, Toraono Nobuku Azame was Kuro’s mother. The resemblance between Kuro and his mother was in the thick lustrous silk like fervor of their hair, the eyebrows, eye lashes, and the cheekbones of his face. Azame’s eyes were green blue like the sea. She was perfectly proportioned for the skill of a swordswoman, her arms were lean and toned, her legs were like that of an acrobat or a circus dancer. She wore a white embroidered, sand tone, chain mail laced, silk kimono. Its colors were white upon a sand tone background with the image of a tigress and her lion king basking in the setting sun atop the corpse of a giant serpent. This pattern wrapped around her kimono several times. Her skin was a creamy olive, she wore a pair of reinforced guards upon her forearms and beautiful silk and sandalwood sandals upon her feet. Around her waist was an gold and sand tone obi with crimson threaded runic terran sigils marking her as nobility. She carried herself with an aura of domination and power that accentuated her natural grace in a manner that could only be attributed to her being a full grown woman.
Standing at five feet seven inches and weighing a healthy, muscular, 160 pounds, Toraono Midori was of Kuro’s elder twin sister the first born daughter of Azame and Kaibudo she sat at the immediate left of her mother, a born swordswoman. The resemblance between Kuro and Midori would be identical were it not for Kuro’s devil touched body. Where Kuro’s hair was silver, Midori’s was a lustrous olive green with dark jade overtones. Her eyes were green like jade that turned catlike when her emotions surged. Where Kuro was all muscle and power Midori was all speed and ability she took after their mother in that she never allowed herself to truly be hit. Her lime green kimono was embroidered with tiger and lion cubs that danced around a lioness whom watched them sleepily or so it would seem. The soft lime on emerald green outline allowed the silk to shimmer when she moved. Even through the kimono one could tell she was well muscled. Her skin was more honey brown than sun darkened chocolate like Kuro’s. She wore a pair of reinforced guards upon her forearms and beautiful silk and sandalwood sandals upon her feet. Around her waist was an emerald and jade obi with gold threaded runic terran sigils marking her as nobility. She carried herself with a feline and sensual grace that could only be attributed to her being a woman of the Toraono Clan elite.
Taking the seat to the second left of Azame as she sat in a lotus style seated position was Toraono Shiro second elder twin sister to Kuro. Standing at five feet seven inches and weighing in at a lean, muscular, 170 pounds, Toraono Shiro was Kuro’s 2nd elder twin sister. Their resemblance would be also be identical were it not for Kuro’s devil touched body she would easily pass for Midori were she to ever dye her hair and wear jade contact lenses. Where Kuro’s hair was silver, Shiro’s was a snow white with faint gray tiger stripe patterns. Her eyes were like diamonds that shimmered many colors like the finest gem stones when her emotions surged. Where Kuro was all muscle and power, Shiro was a balance of speed, power, and agility. She took after their father in that she didn’t care if she was hit and sometimes even allowed herself to be hit to prove a point. Her skin and her body were tough as steel. She could even snap a sword in two by scissoring her hands together. She often wore a soft white silk/linen mesh gi with a layer of fine women’s chain mail beneath it to protect against weapons like arrows, throwing knives, and shurikens whose movements she often couldn’t predict their trajectory beyond a certain distance. Her skin tone was also a honey brown although the depth of her eyes was darker around the edges like Kuro’s. It was easy to say she was well muscled, she moved about barefoot most of the time except during visits from other nobles and was said to be the finest martial artist in the dojo next to Kaibudo. Her skin was more honey brown than sun darkened chocolate like Kuro’s. She also wore a pair of reinforced guards upon her forearms mostly to protect her sparring partners. Around her waist she wore a beautiful, gray in color, silk sash with gold threaded runic terran sigils marking her as nobility. She carried herself like a feline warrior seemingly always on her toes.
