Tsukiko was born albino, Her skin and hair almost as white at the driven snow. Tsukiko's eyes are a shocking bright pink that are lined with a bit of black. Her hair is long, the ends of Tsukikos hair reaching just below her bottom and she keeps her hair braided most of the time in some fashion. At times she will have two long braids or just one big one. Also Tsukiko has on a pink floral dress with little black shorts underneath, a small silver charm bracelet on her right wrist, and a crystal crescent pendent necklace. At times Depending on the environment Tsukiko will having on a blue fur lined jacket and carries a small red backpack that hold some weapons, snacks Etc.
Mental Description: Tsukiko fears somew things that attend to come natrally to others because of her history on the ship, things such as Carnophobia (Fear of meat witch makes her a vegan) and Latrophobia ( fear of Doctors ). Under her the Phobias She is actually shy and soft spoken but she is also a eager and willing to learn and understand the world around her. Tsukiko loves almost any living thing, a grate deal for animals and other people though her shyness sometimes get in the way. Tsukiko will get attached easily to those who have a kind hand and gains her trust.
History:
Tsukiko spent the first Nine years of her young live with her twin brother Sora On a ship Known as the S.S Pradagaile. It was a dirty old run down ship that harbored the insane until it was finally seized and disabled for its damning effects on people and society. Tsukiko, her brother and many children where led off the ship and put into housing where they would be said to live out their lives until they where later adopted by caring family. Sora was later Adopted himself causing the Twins to be separated. This was bit damaging to little Tsukiko since Her brother was the only companion and family that she had that she knew of. Tsukiko never knew her real parents, if she ever had any. Most victims of the S.S Pradagaile where victims of doctors and research so anything was possible on how she came to be. After her brother was gone she craved to see him again, begging people, roaming around until night fall asking anyone in the village who would listen if they ever seen a boy that looked just like her but sadly no one bothered to give her an answer or even seem to care. She deiced that the only way to find him was not with the help of some unknown source but her own will. To get a starting point was to improve herself by working her way into the academy. This will hope to kill Tsukiko's loneliness and help her to gain confidence In time. However but Tsukiko's shy Nature proved to make things harder for her. If the other children spoke to her or If she was called upon Tsukiko would simply Shy away but yet she is quite determined under all that shyness to find her brother.
