Rank: Academy Student
History: Amori's life was torn asunder when a bandit company began to ravage her small village at the base of the mountain leading up to Kumogakure. One by one the people that she knew and called family were being slaughtered like lambs; small, feeble lambs. Amori was sure of herself that here would be here final resting place, never to see the age of adulthood. Amori sat in a far corner in her room, balling her eyes out as she heard the door to her house burst open with a heavy kick, she knew this was the end; or it would've been.
A group of chakra sensers from Kumogakure used their hidden ninja arts to decimate the incoming bandit that sought her. Amori had heard of vague rumors speaking of how children were ripped away from their families, or given willingly, or some child sought them themselves, but they only take people with the innate ability to mold the inner essence of Chakra. She met eyes with one of the shinobi, she was still full of fear, but Amori couldn't help but look at the shinobi in admiration. The shinobi approached her cautiously, not wanting to alarm her; as he entered her own bubble, he extended his hand to her. Your village is razed; you have no where else to go. We sensed someone here who was chakra sensitive, and we have scoured this whole village. You are the only remaining person, and yet the sense still lingers, which means we can use you.
Amori had trouble following his words, she was rather sure it was shock, Wha....? He could hear the audible sigh in his voice, but he seemed to maintain an amount of patience for the traumatized child. We wish to give you a new purpose in this world; we wish to conscript you in the Kumogakure Academy.
Amori was baffled. She had the ability to mold chakra? Why wasn't any of her parents sensitive to the life essence in everybody? Was it not a genetic trait, and just something of luck of happenstance? Amori had no other choice but to go along with them; her village was torn apart, her family was killed. She was an orphan and no where else to go. Ok.... She said to the man with a sense of finality.
Their is a Clan among our village. One that takes in kids and people just like you. Ones that have lost their homes, families, or just a fresh start. They take them in with open and welcome arms. The man heading the Clan is an excellent medic; when we bring you to your new home you can, we can call him, and we can draw up paperwork to bring you to your new family. A new family so soon after she lost her first, but she wouldn't survive on her own; she had no idea how to deal with the horrors of the outside world, but with the training of Kumo, she would.
With a meek nod, Amori grabbed hold of the mans hands, and with a small glimmer of hope in her voice, Let's go home...
As they approached the main gates of Kumogakure the shinobi retrieved a headset and pressed the intercom. ~Tsuyoshi Junko, could you please come to the front gate, we require your assistance.~ He released the intercom button, and she could hear a faint voice speak back to him, but she couldn't make out the words that came through.
The gates swung open, and a man of almost regal looks with sleek black hair emerged from the grandiose gates. His eyes were an odd occular pattern, but they enthralled her and intrigued her; curiosity was her bane and her joy. This girl as the ability to mold chakra, and recently was conscripted.... But. She could hear the air being sucked through his teeth, attempting to find a proper way to word it; Her village was slaughters, and parents were killed. We were wondering if the Tsuyoshi clan would be willing to accept her..
The man had appeared to only ponder the though for a moment, and brought his eyes to hers. He would see the timid look of a young girl, who had lost everything precious to her, everything she held dear and sacred, and had it all torn from her. He would approach her in a definitive manner, and place his hand on her head; a comforting warmth almost washed over her. The Tsuyoshi Clan would be more than glad to accept her as one of our own. He turned and would begin to guide her into the gates, Time to meet your new family....? With what she could only think was a faint smile on her face, she spoke up for the generous man, Amori.
