"Really Nyr?" Shion called out to his companion as he stood up. "really?! this scroll just reads that?" He questioned the creature again. He had been in and around his house and had discovered a hidden basement. On which old scrolls and books were laying. A lof of those books were just mre child books or cheap copies of 'the way of the ninja part' books. He didn't think much but still let his contracts read the contents. When he learned that one of them was about dark sages. He let them read them over and over just to make sure. "And it has a seal on it, which we broke ofcourse."
"That it holds." Spoke Nyr as he slowly stood up. With the silence now back inside his house; he was blind yet forgot that for a moment and moved quickly around. BWAM. A pile of books and more books fell and Shion was fully covered by them. "I can see whiskey glasses dancing.." He muttered out in a stammer. Nyr quickly got to his side and helped him out; but it took him a solid hour before he made his way to Nobu in a rush.

Through the casino he would quickly make his way up. "Nobu..!" He spoke towards the closed door till he got permission to enter. It was rare for Shion to be dressed in rather casual and baggy clothing and then to barge in, in the casino. Even his fedora was left at home yet he held a scroll in his hand. "I found something you want to know!" If he were to be let in, he would explain what was in the scroll and hand it over. "I think this is what you had been looking for wasn't it!?" As almost as a puppy you could imaginary see a tail wagging.

Nobu was in the office, his fingers pressed against the black book reading a line of wording carefully, checking the accounts and balances, making sure that everything was in order and correct, as he paused to the sound of commotion downstairs it seems that someone was making an entrance for themselves, or at least even if they were not trying to that is what was now happening. Checking the line he was reading against something else, he allowed himself to gently bring the cover of the book over and hide away all the information that was inside, after all this held the key to some of the clan's darkest secrets.

Listening to the voice at the door he allowed a small sigh to escape his lips as he knew who now had made such a rush, at least it was one of their own and he could respect that and get behind the rush if it was something that was important after all. He needed to react quickly to any information that they were given. As he picked the book up he gently placed it in the drawer on the desk before locking it with a series of clicks and presses against the desk.

"Come in, and make sure that you close the door behind you, also please tell me what is it that you have found for me?"

As Nobu sat in the office he allowed himself a brief moment's pause to wait and see what response would be given to the line of questions that he had just asked. After all, he really did hope that what Shion was stating as a fact was indeed true, he had been searching for answers since their last meeting and he did allow himself a small bit of hope to wonder if they had come further along with the research that they looked in.

As he entered he would close the door behind him and make sure it was closed by running his fingers along the door. Moments later he would grin big towards Nobu, almost standing there like a puppy that would be looking towards his owner in happiness. "So so.." He would close in and place the scroll in front of Nobu. "I had been cleaning out my place lately; but due to Nyr's weight, we found a hole in the ground, which led to a basement. The basement was filled with all kinds of books, scrolls and so much more. Lots of it is just plain rubbish... But sometimes I like to listen when cleaning and not do the humming or talking..." And with that, the male became a bit sidetracked before noticing it himself.

"Ah- but what I wanted to say; this document says what is required for a world resurrection." He would pause for a moment. "Nyr read out loud to me; which you probably are reading too.
"A deep soul is aware of eternity, not just the present moment. To find such a soul; one must harness the following aspects. A body to shield its soul from further harm, to have a body one must have the DNA."
"So I must guess, that if there is anything you need; it's the soul, the body, and DNA of such a person. In other words... a non-skeleton person." He would comment moments later and would stand there proudly on his finds.

Nobu watched Shion as he entered the room, he pondered what information could have someone running like that, as he watched Shion shut the door behind him he nodded slightly towards the man, more of a sign that he accepted that he was there and that he was allowed to stay inside of the room. putting his hands together he rested his chin on the knuckles as he looked toward Shion waiting for the conversation to start about what they had found.

"So you went through a tone of books and believe that you have found something that can be of assistance to ourselves in regards to the resurrection technique that we discussed earlier, interesting well then let's see what you have found out shall we?"

As he leaned back into his chair listening to the rest of the conversation though honestly, he came out more confused than he would have normally but leaning back in his chair he pondered what the words actually meant, what the details had to be involved, taking time instead to ponder on these without speaking for a few moments, he let a silence fall between the two of them as he sat contemplating all of this.

"So I need to go get a corpse, with what I am looking for specifically, from where did you find any information on the processes that needed to be followed in order to bring the corpse back to life so to speak?"

As Nobu pondered on what would be the best options moving forward he knew full well that first would be selecting a target, picking someone who would give him abilities that he needed and would be useful, who and what they did before they passed did not matter to him he just needed to make sure that they were strong and they could assists with the clan.

"So what bodies do we know are available would be the first question I should ask?"

"So... from what I can find. Is that it needs to be a soul... A soul taken by the shinigami cannot be used. It needs to be a soul you can reach out for. Grasp it for yourself if you understand what I am saying with this." He would tilt his head after the silence and same time answer Nobu. "I believe... from what the book said before. You need to 'tie' it back to the body. To bind a soul to a body, may that soul be living or long passed away, they can infuse empty bodies with these souls in which the body transforms into that of the soul's original body, retaining all their memories and abilities. So... I guess; from those words if memory serves right. Is that it doesn't matter which should you have and which body you have. The soul is what matters..
So I guess; as long as the body still holds flesh you should be fine?"

He started to ponder too a bit and would just rattle his thoughts out loud. "I mean... I would choose people more over bodies. Bodies can always be trained and altered to your liking. But the person inside the body hardly can. For example. If you take a fat Uchiha's soul, but the body of a gymnastics god... You could still get that mind in that body?" He was kinda curious if that would fit. "Or would it more result in that body morphing to the fat Uchiha.." He pondered further and would look towards Nobu as he finally sit down now and throw a leg over one of the armrests. He threw the other over the other and started to lay down in that chair thinking.

"Konoha has a lot of bodies... that is if I hear the rumors correctly... The gates have been heavily attacked. The sennin was supposed to be dead but now holds the heart of another. almost like necromancy happened." He would 'look' towards the ceiling as he would remain silent now.

Nodding slowly he pondered the thinking on what person he wanted, in this case, it seemed Shion had his mind set about the soul being the most important thing, though realistically Nobu seemed to have a very different approach as he pondered on the question and the best way to address this as he knew that it would be difficult to set things in motion without causing some issues for the clan, especially if he started targetting bodies from Konoha, as he leaned in the chair leaning back he made perfect eye contact with Shion.

"So let's say we do get bodies, in this situation, the best option is getting the bodies and souls that have been paired together beforehand. After all, we need to make sure that they are compatible and the easy way to do this would be the body for the soul I am sure that you would agree?"

Nobu twitched as he continued the rest of the processes in his mind for a few moments. He knew full well that he had to make some hard choices but at the same time he did need to get some difficult options out in the air after all he knew full well that Shion may have some more insight into the matter.

"So in regards to the option of getting bodies, how easy would it to be obtained, say I had a specific option and theory and more of a shopping list, would you be able to obtain the bodies on the down low, no one knowing, however that said I need the bodies to make an impact, this may be the hard part, I need them to be notable people in each village to work best for me. Think you have some ideas on these people if I give you the choices I want?"

Shion kept looking to the ceiling as he was asked to find people. Going with a hand through his hairs he would remain silent for a little. "A shopping list huh. And to find a body
representing... each village basically." He would think hard, he had been in and around the place a bit now but he would still need at least a week to find it if he put everything on it and made long days and hours.. "They may not have immediate statuses towards the villages. Is that a problem? I can find people easily that fit in the village without a problem. But if you are asking me to go to each village, find and kill a shinobi. It would lessen a rank inside already... Which could result in missing persons.. To have a person that is already chakra gifted but not affiliated to a shinobi course might be easier."

This was purely him thinking in the way of the books he had been reading and practicing strategy against Nyr and Aki as he thought that was something he lacked. "As I said; Aki and Nyr along with me can find easily the bodies you need, along with the shopping list. Most likely already all in Konoha or even inside the crater city. We can get them false passports or let them enroll.. Since they are practically human." he would turn his head towards Nobu wondering what he would think of this.

"Want a smoke..?" He asked as he kept pondering already where and how for the bodies if Nobu didn't take he would put a cigarette up himself if allowed inside.

Nobu pondered for a few moments the words that Shion was speaking, though he knew he would prefer the bodies to come directly from the village, they needed to have influence and sway inside of the village, he sighed to himself as he listened to the finishing words, it seemed that he would have to consider all of the options he had, even on how to get the better souls, but right now this was all theory he would need to do a lot more study before he decided to take any specific action on collecting any form of DNA, Bodies or Souls as even they ran the risk of attracting unwanted attention.

Nodding he leaned across the desk and took the smoke out of the packet, before grabbing a metal lighter from his pocket and lighting it up. Breathing in he allowed a few seconds before breathing it back out, one day these things would probably kill him, but right now it gave him a pause in his words, allowing him to accurately gather his thoughts in a more focused way.

"I think we would need to pick and select very carefully, I need these people to bring back memories for certain villages if they are ever needed to be called upon, after all, that is the main purpose of what I am aiming to complete here, I need a way in for each village, for good or bad we need to pick the correct target."

Flicking the ash into the tray that was on the desk he carefully eyed Shion up and down, judging him and if he had the stomach for the next part.

"What about a Sennin? I mean they are a dime a dozen? We could easily take one out if I am not mistaken, and this would be someone who is recognized across the village?"

"A sennin..." He muttered the words as he exhaled the smoke and left the cigarette in his mouth thinking. Kinda too lazy to take it out in the meanwhile. It grew silent for a moment before he would inhale and exhale again. Grabbing the cigarette and sit straight in the seat. "They often go on missions... maybe we can pluck one out.. leave a decoy as if they had been killed. And thus forge a fake death... They do say there are a lot of doppelgangers on the world.." He would think further and yet get stuck on the same page. "If we work together. They certainly are no problem... Yet if we were to face alone. I think only you are strong enough with care..." He would plainly speak; he was sure no one matched up to Nobu in strength. Mentally and physically.

"Each village... including the lost ones?" He eventually asked as he pushed his smoke out in a tray. That would be rather troublesome... Talking about the lost villages like stone and mist. He knew Nobu was amazing, but he was pretty sure even he wouldn't be able to find a survivor of sennin rank that easily.

"Back on the topic of Sennins... From my time in the city of leaf.. we had... Soku, Yuki, Bone, Takeshi, and Nao... I don't think any would fit well.. but there are maybe some lesser-known ones..? One we could get information on?" He would offer. "As for Sand. I am sad to say I didn't meet a single sennin when I was there. Heck... A shinobi even rarely showed up at the bar. Even my scouts rarely saw a shinobi there. As if the village itself has so few shinobi that it is almost seen as an regular human village. Of course, we could messenger Akkuma is he knows something.. Ah... reminds me. I do know Akkuma is a survivor I believe... Along with the shinobi from all those years ago on the waterfall. He was... odd..." He would comment and leave a finger on his forehead."

A sigh was given by the redhead. "I think... For this time I need to rely more on you and our scouts for information regards of the bodies you wish to gain. If you get me a list of targets... i can try to hunt those down in the hope I succeed. I cannot even control the highest rank Jutsu... I know some, don't get me wrong. But... I simply cannot even manifest them yet."

Nobu recognised most of the names that had been given, the four would be the ones that would be considered to be the village sennin, listening to Shion discuss the options and tactics that would be behind an attack like this made him realise that in some sense he needed to help the others get stronger, him alone was not a good combination in order to be able to hold off an attack by the strongest of a village, he could hold his own against lower level members of a village he was sure enough of that.

"I agree, we should really take on this situation together, after all one of us alone may struggle, but for now lets consider the options of the Sennin we have. I was you to look into Soku, Yuki and Nao more, those three seem to be better targets for what we want to achive here, and right now the best option of sucesses we have. Find anything out you can about them, I want information as soon as possible on them and we will pick a candidate, I think its time we fired a shot across Asuka's bow for warning as well, this gives us that method, two birds one stone."

Nobu allowed the cigarette to come to his lips once more before breathing in what remianed of the tobacco, stumping the stick out into the ash tray he gave himself a few quiet pondering moments. Leaning back in the seat he knew that for now he had got the information he wanted, this had given him a lot to think about and a lot to ponder for the cuture.

"I think we will call it there for today Shion, I have had a lot to think about, we can talk more once I have the information I have requested and this way we can see were we stand with gaining support from leaf."
