New Character Name: Haku Ruki
Age: 14
Physical Description: Ruki has medium length red hair and an olive skin tone. His eyes are an emerald green, the same as his older sister’s. Overall, a fairly typical 14 year old boy. He is an avid runner, and because of his independent nature, has learned to rely on his own strength when it comes to most things. He has a build typical of a genin-level ninja. Some could say he is quite handsome for his age, but the reality is that his good looks are a reflection of his sister. Ruki is the theoretical Yuki, if she were a boy instead. That’s how uncannily familiar the kid looks. It’s almost immediately evident that the two could very likely be family.
Personality: Adventurous, mischievous, headstrong, and ridiculously brave, Ruki has a penchant for getting involved in a myriad of silly things. He enjoys messing with people in a fun manner, and is always up to try something new if it piques his curiosity enough with it's sheer strangeness or novelty. Ruki is a courageous adventurer at heart- a trait that will often get himself into more trouble than he bargained for. Ruki also has the unfortunate trait of being a hopeless romantic....often resulting in comically awkward situations. Perhaps his greatest pastime of all though, is that he loves to troll the shit out of the hokage, seeing the man as the older brother he never had, more than anything. He cares about Yuki too, even if they haven't known each other forever. Comes with being a young kid, it seems. The heart warms faster.
History: Ruki was born in a distant, mysterious portion of the water country that many folks don't really know about. His childhood was one of relative peace and quiet, and he was raised as a member of the social elite. But like many kids forced into that mould, he rebelled in secret by sneaking out frequently and going on adventures of his own. This often resulted in an argument with his parents when caught, and his life was peppered with instances where he and they just didn't get along at all. Raised in complete obliviousness about the existence of his older sister, things came to a boiling point with his family when they revealed her existence, and their shame at leaving her behind. Being disgusted with his own parents, the boy swore he'd find her, ran away from home and never looked back, desperately searching far and wide for his older sister. He did this for an entire year, becoming quite adept at making ends meet on his own, and eventually those travels took him all the way to Konoha! He had finally tracked down his sister, and he knew beyond a shadow of a doubt who she was....the question was....would she?
