Name: Uchiha Mirio
Age: 12
Gender: Male
Mental Description: Mirio normally comes across as an extremely goofy and very energetic individual with some peculiar habits. Going solely based on his personality, many tend to question how Mirio can even be a ninja. Mirio has a very optimistic attitude and can almost always be found smiling. Mirio is known for his odd sense of humor. His jokes range from corny to puerile, occasionally making a fool of himself for the sake of others' enjoyment.
Mirio does not allow his laid back nature to cloud his judgment or impede his dreams of becoming a great shinobi. He is an extremely hard worker, constantly looking for ways to improve his skills and tries to work toward his goals by accumulating different experiences to learn from them.
Mirio is also extremely brave and, in contrast to his laid back nature, he seems to be experienced in dealing with dangerous people and is not scared easily.
Physical Description: Mirio is a young boy of average height with spiky black hair and gray eyes. Standing at 5 feet, 6 inches, he is described as having a lean but well-built toned physique and cute face. He has lightly tanned skin and is surprisingly sturdy for his age due to all the training he does. Being quite the minimalist when it comes to his appearance, Mirio does not really deviate from a standard outfit. He can usually be seen wearing darker colored clothing and is not much for complicated outfits, opting more for a pragmatic look, rather than a stylish one.
History: Mirio had a pretty uneventful childhood, barring his mother’s death. He has always been a very positive kid even in the most embarrassing situations. He was never afraid or ashamed to fail, rather saw it as a necessary component to getting stronger. His mother was killed when he was very young. Despite witnessing his mother’s death at a very young age, Mirio has grown up to be a very positive and happy person. His mother’s death is the reason he wants to become a shinobi and he doesn’t use it as an excuse to be angsty, rather it fuels his desire to be a good person. He has mostly lived alone all his life and focuses more on becoming a strong shinobi than anything else. Due to him being an Uchiha and his Sharingan awakening at such a young age, it wasn’t something that was ever out of his reach, but he never let his bloodline make him arrogant. Uchiha or not, Mirio knew that he would have to work hard to make his dreams into a reality, to make his mother proud.
Bloodline: The Sharingan, one of the world’s most powerful dojutsu, accessible only to the Uchiha and awakened in times of distress. Mirio was no exception. When Mirio was 5 years old, he woke up and performed his morning ritual like any other day. He took a shower and brushed his teeth before heading to the kitchen where his breakfast was always waiting for him, courtesy of his mother. After breakfast, he went out to play with his friends all over the village. Usually he would be home before sundown, but this time he stayed out about 4 hours later than usual. On his way home, Mirio worried about how he would be scolded and spent the entire walk home thinking of excuses he could come up with that would get him out of the most trouble. Once he got to his front door, the boy just stood outside, really thinking about what he could say. But then he realized something. The lights were off. Why are the lights off, the boy thought to himself as he put his hand on the cold doorknob and slowly giving it a twist before pushing the door in to open it. His parents did not say they would be out today, which was odd because they *always* made sure to tell Mirio when they would be out. As the boy walked in, it was very dark in the the house. Making his way to the kitchen, he almost slipped on some wet substance on the floor. Upon turning on the lights, he froze. His knees shook. His mother’s corpse was on the floor. Falling to his knees, the boy looked down to see that the wet substance he almost slipped on before was a pool of his mother’s blood. His heart rate increased. And he felt a sensation he never felt before. His eyes began to turn red with a single tomoe. His Sharingan awakened and then everything went black. Mirio passed out and when he came to, he was in the hospital. A random Jonin informed him of what happened. His mother was murdered, his father was missing, and it was unclear if he murdered her or not. Mirio has not heard from his father even now.
