Jihoon looks like a young child, and will more than likely stay that way for a very long time. He is just above 5 feet, relatively average for his age. He also has the build a young child going through puberty would have, somewhat built but not muscular, with a bit of baby fat still lingering on his body. Depending on what country he is currently hanging out in, his skin tone changes from incredibly pale to somewhat tan.
His hair is typically light blue but, oddly enough, sometimes it becomes translucent and changes colors, not sure the reasoning though. His eyes are a blue-ish green, and the pupils change size and shape. He's been wearing the same thing for many years, being a child with no job, no parents, and no money. A white long-sleeve shirt with a long white scarf that seems to have a mind of its own. he wears white socks that go up mid calf and sandals. They seem to stay clean regardless of how long he's worn them. He also doesn't bathe, but he remains clean. Sometimes it looks as though he becomes transparent for a second, but nobody has really paid much attention to see why.

ihoon is a sad case of Nature vs. Nurture. For all intents of purposes he was born for, possibly, good reasons, however he's had too many influences on his life that his personality has become twisted. Jihoon has no intentions of growing up, in fact its probably mentally impossible for him to grow up anymore. His own personality has become that of a child who has no sense of right from wrong, disturbing things seem like games for him and the life of another mean very little to him. This doesn't mean he won't make friends, however these friends mostly consist of ghosts, his imaginary friends that taught him how to act and behave while growing up.
Due to his view on life he is capable of killing without remorse, it would make him a great assassin if he didn't see everything as a game. He is much more likely to torture people to death rather than outright kill them. He is quite ego-centric, believing that everything in this world is purely meant to entertain him. Everything in this world belongs to him, and those who do not agree with that don't deserve to be on this world. Simple as that. He's not necessarily a malevolent being, just not a good kid.

Character History:
Hoon isn't necessarily... human. Let us consider him an enigma to reality, alive yet dead. As a child Jihoon was born in a near death state, being deemed terminal by the medical ninja that were attempting to keep him alive. The strange thing about it was that, throughout the pregnancy he was seen as a completely normal and healthy fetus with no signs of complications. What happened to him was on a spiritual level, more spiritual than most ninja in the world are capable of achieving. Hoon was a gateway between this world and the next. He isn't some prophet born to bring salvation, in fact, he was never meant to be born at all. He was a concept, the light one sees when their near death. Don't be confused, he isn't the manifestation of that light, but he is closely linked to it. So much that he sometimes feels his emotions strained when someone close by or close to him personally pass by it. This doesn't mean he knows who died, or how they died, in fact most of the time he passes the feeling off because it happens so often he can't differentiate between the true feeling or just his imagination.
Speaking of imagination, he had a lot of imaginary friends. Imaginary as in ghosts, but at the time they were passed off as imaginary until Hoon started acting up. He swore up and down that his friends were telling him to do things, but his parents didn't listen. At first it was small things, steal some cookies, draw on the walls, stupid things that were merely hassles, but after a while the "friends" realized that they can manipulate him further. Soon the ghosts started to gather around him, recently dead people mistaking him for the light, or old ghosts who simply could not let go. Some of these ghosts had less than friendly intentions, being dead for so long, essentially isolated from everyone they love, changed some of them. Some became depressed, twisted, or malevolent. These essentially acted as the loud minority, pushing Hoon's moral boundaries. It started small, stealing from others, and began to purposely hurt others. He was only ten at this time. He didn't live within any village, however he was in the Water country before it fell. His parents were able to make it away before the cold reached them, but instead of joining a village, they continued to live with smaller groups in little villages.
Because they were never part of a village none of the members of these "tribes" had any shinobi training, even if they were capable of doing so. This angered some of the ghosts, those who were former ninja. They could not really use him for anything more dangerous because he clearly didn't have the training. They were just ghosts, they couldn't possibly train him, however what he lacked in formal training, he made up in a strange ability linked to his birth.
Being a creation linked to the gate between the two worlds he has a strange ability to allow others to see to that side, but it isn't a nice way of seeing things. Think of it like genjutsu, he gives the people to see the other side, and the ghosts will change their form to become grotesque and hateful, striking fear into the hearts of people. The ghosts will bend the target's senses to their whim to make them breakdown. Doing this needs concentration, replacing handseals in a roleplay fashion.
He is also able to manifest these spirits into the real world, though not in their human state. These manifestations will act as a replacement for ninjutsu, not manifesting as sentient beings but as ideas, based on their experiences in the real world they will form as different kinds of attacks. Fortunately, there are many benevolent spirits around him as well as malevolent ones, these benevolent manifested as healing aids. Once the group caught whiff of his abilities they first herald him as a religious figure, using him for healing purposes. The ghosts allowed this for awhile, risking his death would be a terrible thing to do.
When he fully trusted his powers the ghost were able to worm their way deeper into his psyche, twisting his personality to where he was no longer sure who he was himself. He was no longer one person, but a collection of spirits, good and evil, as well as any other ghosts that he would pass by, however these ghosts were often blocked by the ghosts that already inhabited his body. Unfortunately, these ghosts were unable to fully posses the young boy, however they've already made him an immature, twisted, psychotic child with no real concern for the lives of others. Like a twisted Peter pan, not wishing to grow up and thinking everything is fun and games, and doesn't feel any remorse when he hurts someone because he was never taught right from wrong. Well he was, but the ghosts were a bigger influence on him than his own parents.
He killed the people in his little village. It was easy, they weren't quite prepared for what he could do. They were capable of fighting back somewhat, someone even succeeded in stabbing him, he was quickly dealt with. However, he was too young to get out of that alive, but his existence was already teetering between life and death. He didn't die, completely, when he was born he was already 50:50 in ratio, after this he simply became more 20:80. He is perfectly capable of dying normally, but at this point he stopped growing. He still ages, just doesn't quite grow up and may either stay this physical fit forever, or suddenly just stop living once he reaches a certain age. Nobody knows. Only reason he knows he isn't aging is because he's pretty sure this all happened years ago.
