Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

One of the benefits to—at least temporarily—relocating back to her family’s household was the abundance of space she thus boasted. Since her mandatory departure and migration to her uncle’s art store, her room was bound to collect dust, but retained several characteristics. One was that it was large, allowing her to stow away her belongings with ease, and the other was the fact the owner’s of the house, her parents, perfectly kept the arrangement. In fact, she took inventory of the fact there wasn’t as much dust as expected; it seemed like it was regularly cleaned when her extremely busy guardians were home.

When she entered, the realization almost drew a tear to her eye. While she boasted mixed feelings about the track record of her parents, she found it an immature notion to hold it against them; their jobs were perilous, and they worked hard every day to keep the village safe. What she could, she reckoned, was put in as much effort as they did to repay that kindness—and to not let puerile angst fester within her. Currently, she found herself sitting atop her bed with a collection of notebooks scattered all around her. Studying comprised much of her life lately ever since her transferrence to the Medical Branch.

On that night, she had just about reached her capacity for how much notes she could review. The Uchiha took a plethora while in the libraries she now had access to, and she resolved to memorize every minute detail. Even advice from her seniors she tended to jot down notes about in the aftermath of interactions, helping her remember integral information. Still, she felt distracted that day as she went through her notes; the culprit wasn’t the relationship between herself and her parents, either. No, it was more recently relevant to her life.

After becoming privy to how quick one could lose their sight, both within the village and even meeting an older man outside of it who endured such a plight, she became increasingly anxious. After all, whenever she activated that evolved form of the Sharingan, the one that resulted in pain with every activation—the one that she genuinely didn’t want to think or talk about how it developed for her in the first place—she questioned the integrity of her vision, and if it would be with her for all her life. How could she take care of people in her beloved hospital without sight? Unlike her teacher, she boasted no inherent or taught means of visualizing the world around her without sight.

A sigh escaped her as she considered her options, and ultimately her future. In terms of talking to another Uchiha to acquire more information, she felt that the answer might be the same as she received all those years ago at the academy. Gaze gravitating towards her hand, she practiced her control over one of her chosen elements. A simple means of distracting herself from her own heavy thoughts, braids of electricity crackled and sparked around the glove that normally attached to her primary ranged weapon. The Uchiha was prudent to refrain from catching any of her room on fire from the channeling. Yet, regardless of how much she trained there by herself, she couldn’t shake the cobwebs woven from her prior thoughts.

She wondered what she should do.
