Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

After passing through the slums of crater city, shelter was already found. The suns blaze began to settle and crept away as the moon was moving to make its appearance. The orange painted sky was a beauty to feast your eyes upon. Especially from a view such as this one. Standing on top of an interesting monument of one of two warriors, Junko listened to the sound of fierce rushing water plummeting from an extraordinary height.

Sitting, an herbal cig burned between his lips as a bass was torched over a camp fire. Breaking a few sticks, Junko added it to the fire before shifting the base of the fire with another stick. As the sky darkened by the minute, Junko began to see small chakra flames throughout the forest below maneuver slowly as it was time for the animals to sleep. laying back, Junko crossed his arms behind his head. Looking up to the bedazzled sky, the stars illuminated the area.

Inhaling deeply, the breeze corseted Junko's skin giving a relaxing sensation. "I should reach leafs village gate tomorrow." Junko thought closing his eyes. Hopefully Kiri didn't stir up any trouble. He didn't have control and the last thing he needed was a hostile situation. Especially in leaf where cloud just formed a treaty. The uncontrolled Kiri was plastered in Junko's mind with thoughts of the chaos he caused already. Now, the boy was Junko's responsibility and he had gotten lost........ fuuuck. "I'm coming Kiri." Junko mumbled.

Thinking of home, his wife, kids, branch, and students. Junko lifted himself up, grabbing the stick with the cooking fish and lifted it from the dancing flames. Blowing it a bit, Junko attacked it head on and took his first bite.

Looking to the forest below once more, a series of chakra flames were on the move, sifting through the forest with intense speed. Beginning to chew slowly, Junko's curiosity began to get the best of him as he couldn't make out what was going on in the midst of nature. Watching the series of chakra signatures move though, it was obviously something big was occurring. Perhaps a hunt. Which meant, kill or be killed. Only the strong would survive.

"Help!!!!!!!!"

Stopping his attack on the fish, Junko stood to his feet. "Perhaps its those damn thieves I had to deal with on my way in again. Junko thought running to the the edge of the stone statue and taking a leap. As gravity immediately sat in, Junko fell with the water fall.</COLOR>

Concentrating chakra at his hands and feet, Junko landed on top of the water below sending outward shockwaves through the body of water itself. Sprinting over the top of the water, Junko dashed into the forest and into the trees.

"Help!!!!"

Maneuvering tree to tree in silence through the shadows, Junko followed the sound of the cry for help. "Sounded like a woman, but I don't know. Who knows what could be going on." Junko thought, but proceeded with caution. Who knows what could be going on.

The plea for help would continue to be heard with each passing step that our brave searcher took towards the noise. At one point however, the crying would be overtaken by the sinister chanting of other creatures in the forest that had been drawn to the creature in distress or they had been tracking, neither searcher nor moderator would ever truly know! The funniest part about the whole ordeal for the one who was following the noise was he was probably completely unaware that the chanting and cry had been from animals and not humans unless he was old enough to know better that animals could talk like humans if they put their mind to it. Some people were unaware of this because they were young and naive or refused to acknowledge that animals had evolved over the years and many of them had begun to make pacts with humans instead of being their "pets."

In either case, little Junko would arrive to the scene where all the commotion was coming from and see a sight that could only be in an anime or written in a storybook for sure. He would see little Pomeranians circled around a bunch bigger dog covered in blood possibly due to fighting with these littler dogs or something far greater! These little dogs were the chanters that Junko would've overheard on his way over here speaking doggo and human language so the exactly meaning behind their chants was unknown for now to a normal person. However due to having some insight with his former sensei, Daisuke, and also having a path that was related to the Inuzuka allowed Junko to be able to comprehend everything that was being said regardless of what language the animals spoke.

The shinobi himself was out of sight of the dogs for now as the bigger dog would try to stand, but fall to its stomach and into a pool of blood. It was a horrific sight for a true animal lover to see an animal suffering, but that was the circle of life for you or something like that. It was unfortunate but animals feasted on the weaker ones and it seemed that this bigger dog had been a victim or at least was involved in some fight. It was obvious though that the dog was in pain as the littler dogs continued to chant away and not pay attention to any stirring around them. Their chants were simply the following and would be exactly what was being chanted earlier as well as they continued to repeat the same chant together as the bigger dog suffered: "Blood, blood, blood. Good, good, good. Die! Die! DIE!"

What would Junko do? Fight or flight? Try to figure out what was going on by stealth tactics or jump head in? Would he check on the bigger dog or watch it suffer some more? Decisions, decisions, decisions.

Tree to tree, Junko maneuvered through the shadows of the night with caution. His steps were silent and he began to get closer and closer to the sound of chaos in the woods. Who could it be? What could it be? It was only one way to find out. So, Junko continued to move forward.

Coming to a sudden halt while hidden in the trees, Junko peered through the branches and set his eyes upon the source of the screams. "Canines." Junko thought observing the pack of Pomeranians speaking English and in their own languages.

"Blood, blood, blood. Good, good, good. Die! Die! DIE!"

Observing the situation, apparently the little mutts ganged up on the bigger dog or perhaps the big guy took a beating from someone else. Either way, the little mutts were chanting for his death and that was unacceptable. Growing up around the Canines since connecting with Daisuke, Junko knew many of their ways and even could understand the canine tongue now. Based off his knowledge, they definitely shouldn't be fighting one another. If anything, the packs were united and all about loyalty. So, what the hell was going on here?

Many Canines knew of Junko through Daisuke, but it had been quite sometime since his senseis death. He was no longer that small medical ninja they once knew. He was a full fledged grown man and had the title of sennin with the power of the rinnegan. The same title and legendary power Daisuke once held.

"Why is the code of the packs being broken? Is Kimijuns will and strength not with you?" Junko would say allowing his voice to be heard and his vast amount of chakra to be felt.

As the chanting from the little fluffy balls of fur continued on, the hero of this story would make his entrance as he would question the canines on a code being broken and if Kimijun's will and strength were not with them. Now obviously, a human knowing so much about the overlord of the canines and a code that was set into place long ago between the creatures would have to have some relation to them either through blood, a friend or what have you. Unfortunately for Mr. Junko though, these dogs were wild ones who never had the experience of speaking to nor hearing about the lord and savior, Kimijun, so this was going to be problematic for him to say the very least especially with a dog dying behind their chant group.

One of the Pomeranian canines would move from their chant positioning towards the man and simply question him as she responded to his words: "There is no code to follow nor have we ever heard of this Kimijun thing. We are simply here for one reason and that is to chant our chants and sacrifice this creature to the canine dogs in the sky. So why don't you piss off and let us do what we want to do since it isn't any of your concern, Human. Beside, how could we trust you around us since your kind are also the ones who beat, abuse, and murder our kind all the time in shelters or even try to eat us! Your race is filthy and a disgrace to this world! Go! Leave us alone!" This little fur ball would then turn her back to Junko kicking some loose dirt on him as she began to walk back to her "cult" erm family!

Once she situated herself again, another one of her kind would get up and walk over to the man looking up at him with his old eyes and white fur around his muzzle. This had to be one of the elders of the group based on appearance alone. He would just keep his gaze on Junko as he left out a huge sigh before turning back and heading to the chant circle. He didn't look too well probably due to being old and his body not functioning as well as it used to. In either case, he seemed like a more reasonable person to talk to than the previous female one as he wasn't verbally assaulting anyone yet.

In either case though, the chant circle would begin to chant once more. Their chants were getting quite interesting to say the very least: "Flesh. Blood. Sacrifice. Flesh. Blood. Sacrifice. Flesh. Blood. Sacrifice. Time soon, time soon, sacrifice. Yes. Good time. Soon."

revealing himself from the shadows, Junko began to approach the Pomeranians. In an instant, one from the group ran annoyingly to him. "These little furry fuckers seem like they would be aggravating." Junko thought as the bitch began to speak.

"There is no code to follow nor have we ever heard of this Kimijun thing. Go! Leave us alone!"

As expected, the bitch was a bitch and an ignorant one at that. "They don't know Kimijun, that's odd. Are these wild dogs?" Junko thought as the little one kicked dirt on Junko's pants leg. Immediately... his eyes opened wider. The bitch was trying to ruin his suit and he was about to really get upset. No one.... absolutely......no one....ruins Junko's suits.

Slightly annoyed, he patted the dirt off his pants leg. So, on top of them being wild dog and not knowing Kimijun, they believed in sacrificing dogs to dog Gods? Oh, and as icing on top of the cake, they didn't trust humans due to animal cruelty. Watching as the Pomeranian returned to her family and continued to chant, another approaches. This Pomeranian was much older though, moved slower, and carried the feeling of peace.

"Let's try this again." Junko thought as his gaze fell upon the hurt dog in the back. He couldn't let it continue to suffer and these dogs had already been hurt by the world. Their was no need to resort to violence.
"Where I'm from, we don't abuse animals.</B>Im a cloud shinobi and we actually bond with the animals of the land."</COLOR><COLOR color="grey"> Junko said partially speaking in canine the best he could. It had been a while since he gave a bark. "I've been fortunate enough to bond with Canines.<B> "So, if you could, tell me what are these Gods the little one speaks of?" Junko said now attempting to talk to the older Pomeranian that seemed like he had sense.

The annoying chants that would fade in and out of the human tongue would continue as it appeared that the human in the whole situation was trying to grab the attention of the elder dog who had approached him and then turned around without saying anything. It was probably extremely odd to see this human being, who seemed so out of place already from his appearance, going between the tongue of canines and humans; it all honesty, his comrades or possible other summons that he had would probably giggle to themselves if they were around because it was quite interesting to say the very least trying to go between two languages especially an animal and human one. It would've probably been funnier to the parties involved currently if some of them couldn't speak human instead of understanding the language as Junko probably sounded like someone that was on some fun foreign substances. Alas though, most of them could and no hilarity would ensue unfortunately. Rats.

Fortunately for Junko in this situation, another dog would move from his position and head towards him. He didn't seem as old as the other one nor as bitchy as the first one that approached him luckily. He honestly looked at the man with a look of confusion due merely to the fact that he probably questioned why a human was here. As he spoke, he did digest the information provided to him but he may or may not have pretended to not hear some of it. In either case, he would speak the following: "Sir, what is your name and why are you gracing us with your presence right now? Did we do something wrong in your eyes? We are merely following what our elders did with each passing generation and that is to hunt a larger, mature and more athletic one of our kind and then sacrifice them to please our gods. We have never ate the meat of the slayed creature as that would taint with the offering to the gods. Now, you are free to stay and watch if you must but please don't intervene as this is tradition in our pack and we don't want to have to harm you."

He would then return back to the circle to continue praying. The elder would then come back to the man that had been watching this all for a little while now and just sit beside him turning back at the chant circle as they continued their chants to their gods and probably to pump themselves up. As they continued that, the elder doggo would speak to Junko: "Isn't the offering a beautiful specimen that the younger ones caught? She will be a good offering to our gods, but I do have to question why we continue to kill other canines to appease these gods when we could go after something else like cats, rabbits, or even humans. It might be tradition as the younger one told you, but it is a brutal one as that dog is bleeding out right now and will likely die from a lack of blood...or she will be put out of her misery by someone snapping her neck."

Well things were certainly getting interesting to see the very least for Junko in this situation. He had now talked to three different dogs with three demeanors. He had some options to consider with consequences surrounding them. He could simply leave the dogs to do as they wanted with the bigger one or he could intervene and try to save that canine. He could participate in the chanting and sacrifice or try to show them that they were misguided by false idols like many things were in this world. He could even do something that the writer didn't even consider which was more likely because people like to be unpredictable in their roleplays and that is a-okay with me. What would Junko do?

Approached again by another dog, this one wasn't as old. Seemed like he had some sense, but something still wasn't right about this situation as the Pomeranian spoke. The little dog seemed sincere in his questioning and his statements. This was their tradition, who was Junko to break it as an outsider not even apart of the canine family?

"My name is Tsuyoshi Junko, medical sennin of kumogakure. And, yes." Junko responded bluntly before pulling out an herbal cig and placing it between his lips. Giving it a light, he blew smoke into the air as the Pomeranian made his way back to the pack. Shaking his head, another voice was heard. Much much older.

"Isn't the offering a beautiful specimen that the younger ones caught? She will be a good offering to our gods, but I do have to question why we continue to kill other canines to appease these gods when we could go after something else like cats, rabbits, or even humans. It might be tradition as the younger one told you, but it is a brutal one as that dog is bleeding out right now and will likely die from a lack of blood...or she will be put out of her misery by someone snapping her neck."

"You're right. I feel like you all are misguided. Killing your own and you know nothing of kimijun? Something is wrong. What do you all expect to receive from these Gods as a blessing?" Junko said shaking his head. As the prayers continued.

As the elder dog listened, he would catch the name of the fellow who was going by Tsuyoshi Junko. It was a pleasant name to say the least and he seemed like a responsible and caring man, but he was still intruding on private business that did not have his name written on it. Still, the elder dog would listen to him and give him the time of day as a respectable member of society would to anyone that had a concern. The part that really got him was why they were doing what they were doing to this dog and what they hoped to get from sacrificing her.

"What do we expect to receive from the gods? That is simply, Human. We expect to have a bountiful harvest of meats and vegetables along with having our chants granting us guidance, courage, and keeping us safe and healthy. There are many gods that we sacrifice and talk to in the sky, Young Human. This sacrifice tonight is going to be for more favorable weather to help us lure out other animals to eat along with the moisture to help the plants grow! We have our gods and your kind have their gods, but what makes us different is we are less civilized than your society is and within good reason since we are animals." He would pause momentarily and then continue: "Aside from hearing the dog screaming out for help, why are you gracing us with your presence? Don't you have family or friends to get back to especially at the time of the night? I wouldn't want to make them wait on you so if you must go, go right ahead. Besides, I don't think you would understand the food chain of the wild world unfortunately since he are a domesticated animal and your kind has been for eons now."

As he was speaking, the others of his kind had gotten closer to the wounded dog and some of them were poking it with sticks to see if she was still alive. Unfortunately for them, the dog was still alive even though her breathing was getting slower as her eyes were starting to lose their brightness as she was slipping away from this world. Soon however, they would be able to create a fire and slit the dog's throat open to have the blood mix with the fire and send the poor spirit of the slain dog to the afterlife as the corpse would burn in the flames as their false idols, that they believed were gods, would be pleased with their work.

Listening to the dog, it all made sense. They wanted a good harvest of meats, vegetables, guidance, courage, someone to keep them safe and healthy. That was the same thing Junko wanted when he was alone surviving on the streets of Kumogakure like a dog in the wilderness. He didn't go as far as to begin sacrificing others, but he sacrificed his blood, sweat, and tears by working his butt off. As a result, he profited and was blessed to have a leader come into his life.

This sacrifice tonight was going to be for more a favorable weather to help the dogs lure out other animals to hunt. In addition, the moisture provided from the weather would help the plants grow. It all made sense to them, but if that was all they wanted..... and received, could Junko have been their God? Their leader? The guidance that they needed to rise as he did. Or perhaps, it was faith that sent Junko alone and their Gods sent him.

"Aside from hearing the dog screaming out for help, why are you gracing us with your presence?
Don't you have family or friends to get back to especially at the time of the night? I wouldn't want to make them wait on you so if you must go, go right ahead. Besides, I don't think you would understand the food chain of the wild world unfortunately since he are a domesticated animal and your kind has been for eons now."

"Honestly, it was as if the cry for helped called me." Junko said looking to the dog. "Seems like faith. Perhaps, I should learn more of your ways and you should learn more of mine. Perhaps, the Gods have already answered your prayers because a man has arrived that can give you all that you want. You just simply have to not kill that dog, and let me heal her." Junko said before placing his hands together.

Slowly going through various hand signs, Junko ended with a base hand sign. Several small vines sprouted at the base of Junko's feet. Slowly, a flower bloomed, an apple began to grow, followed by a tomato, and a mixture of fruits and vegetable. Adding two extra hand signs and utilizing his minor water affinity, a small cumulus cloud accumulated right over the plants.

Adding one last hand sign, the cloud began to turn grey and gain an electrical charger. It was like a personal storm and began to shower over the plants at his feet. "This is what you wanted, right?" Junko said before biting his thumb and drawing an immense amount of blood. As the cloud faded away, Junko continued by showing his thumb to the dog, as it ignited with a green chakra flame for a few seconds.

As the flame dispersed, the dog would see that Junko was healed. "Keep them healthy.... and safe." Junko said with a smirk. "I use to feel the same way before I received my courage and guidance. Now it's my Job to diminish that feeling for others so they don't have to suffer as I did." Junko said with a nod.

As he had done before, he would listen to the human speak once more and actually give a small smile in return. It appeared that this Junko fellow believed that the cry of help from the sacrifice was like faith and that is why he was drawn to them, but he also was willing to learn their ways and maybe they could learn his as well. It seemed like a reasonable exchange at the very least since he hadn't been hostile towards them at all yet, but that could always change since his kind were known for turning into cruel savages towards animal from the stories passed down from generation to generation. So, the elder was still on edge but he would allow Junko to speak and do as he wanted which was breathtaking to say the very least as he managed to summon different forms of vegetation and change the weather above them to pour on the vegetation. But he wouldn't be done there as he would bite his thumb and then show the regeneration capabilities that he had at his disposal oddly enough.

When Junko would look back at the elder canine, he would see the look of amazement on his face and also be able to see other canines looking back with varied expressions of awe, shock, disgust, and so on and so forth. Some of them would've probably headed down from their position, but they knew better than to get involved in a conversation that involved an elder of their pact. They would just merely have to sit where they were and watch if they chose to or go back to chanting which was a mix of them doing either option. In any case, the elder dog near Junko would shake his head and "demand" or more like ask very directly the following: "Unbelievable. How did you do that?! What magic is that and what pact with a demon or spirit did you have to make?! More importantly, can you teach us that and what do we have to sacrifice to get what you did?! I must know, Human."

Before the human of the duo could speak again, the elder doggo would continue with a direct proposition: "If you teach us, I will try to reason with them to let that dog go up there. Fair?" It seemed fair enough to the elder as they would find a means to survive and the dog up there would also be freed unless she bled to death before then which was up in the air either way right now. It was best for Junko to make quick decisions before the dog died and this was all in vain. Her current condition was best described as serious, but not life-threatening yet. However, her condition could always change at any given moment so Junko didn't have time to waste around.

Ah, NOW Junko had their attention. Astonishment filled their hearts as it was clearly seen by looking in their eyes. The very thing sought after was right there in front of them bending at Junko's will. Yet, they were still chanting to false prophets. Just as Junko thought, they needed someone to lead them. Just as someone lead him when he was coming up.

"Unbelievable. How did you do that?! What magic is that and what pact with a demon or spirit did you have to make?! More importantly, can you teach us that and what do we have to sacrifice to get what you did?! I must know, Human."

"If you teach us, I will try to reason with them to let that dog go up there. Fair?"

Listening to the elder dog, he talked fast. Too fast for himself as Junko might've excited him too much. Funny enough, he even thought he was the one in position to bargain. "Man, grandpa's are always a trip." Junko thought shaking his head with a smirk. "Fine." Junko said shrugging his shoulders. "You have your self a deal."

Bending down, Junko plucked the bright red apple that he created and shook off some of the water. Stepping over the the vegetation, Junko took a bite and boy was it loud. With a huge crunch, all the wonderful juices began to spew from the apple and all Junko did was enjoy. "Well, let's get started. So, listen up. Once again, my name is Tsuyoshi Junko. I am no regular human that you all know of. I am a shinobi. May I know who you all are?" Junko said standing his ground. Names were important, it would be the first part in getting respect and gaining respect with anyone. Hopefully, Junko would have to call them dog and they call him human.

Once that part was out the way, Junko would continue. "Lesson one, Chakra." Junko said scratching his head. Come to think of it, he was working with blank slates. He didn't have the time to go through everything by the book, so he'd have to give them a simple, yet advance course. Sighing, Junko continued. He'd have to make it work. "All you need to know is. The better you control chakra, the more magic will happen. It's a mixture between spiritual and physical energy." Junko said with a nod. "No pack with a demon or spirit needed. Only sacrifice needed to be made is time to practice with someone that can teach." Junko said holding out his hand.

"Sit, meditate, feel your spiritual energy flow inside you, and feel your natural spiritual power. Concentrate, allow them to intertwine. Once you feel that, focus on your paws, nose, ears, or mouth. Watch as the chakra manifest. No matter what, remain calm." Junko said with his eyes closed. Soon, a chakra flame would ignite in his hand, revealing the beginning of the power they sought after.

At the sound of the offer, the other dogs came around Junko. Pondering if they would even get a reply, but it seemed a fair trade as well. Waiting patiently they now encircled the man.

The three dogs that were currently wondering about the offer they had given Junko would soon see a reply from him as they pondered it for a few seconds wondering what reply they would answer to his first question. Wanting a name was something new for these animals, why they may be wild they never truly revealed their names to anyone outside of the pack. If he wanted such information, he would have to earn their respect and trust for that one.

“For now, our names do not matter, we will know your name Junko, that’s the first sign of respect. If we see you as fit for our pack we may then inform you of our names”

The older dog spoke as some of the others barked what would be considered as an agreement at that moment in time. Listening to his words carefully, while the other dogs continued to chant in the back ground with the ritualistic pattern that they were speaking in. The old dog that lead the pack allowed a couple of minutes to pass by as he took in the full extent of the instructions that had been given to him. Sitting down on the ground the other three that were around the man did the same.

Closing their eyes for a split second, they allowed their thoughts to transpose their eyes opened in a flash of a second as they watched the burning flames in the man’s palms. This only made them more determined to accomplish what they had set out to do. Each in turn sat there and focused on the chakra in the specified places. Making sure they were doing it right.

It wasn’t long till the elder had flickering signs of chakra flowing threw him, his paws shone slightly blue as he sat there patiently and silent for a second. One of the younger dogs of the group's eyes opened as he looked at the older one, a spark of envy at how easy he found it to do compared to himself.

“Why has he managed to do it, this should be easy. Why isn’t it!”

Apparently, through the process the canines would be observing the sennin to see if he was a good fit for the pack. "Interesting." Junko thought as he could possibly be apart of the canine contract just as his sensei was.

As the dogs sat and focused, Junko simply analyzed the group as they meditated. In an instant, chakra flames bursted and flickered at the paws of the elder. Focusing on the dog, Junko simply nodded to the job well done.

“Why has he managed to do it, this should be easy. Why isn’t it!”

"As I said, patience." Junko said responding to the young pup. It was obvious the younger generation would likely lack patience and concentration the most, but Junko was confident that they'd overcome just like many of his students.

"I wouldn't be surprised if the elder has meditated a lot and was already very spiritually inclined as well. Prior to this training." Junko said with a nod before gesturing the group to continue.

“Keep telling yourself that, personally I feel like there has to be a trick to it that none of us are getting but the elder.”

“Patience, all I did was close my eyes and think about it, stop your yapping and the same will come to you”

The elders voice seemed to silence the younger dog for that moment, almost a scolding if you will about what he was doing wrong, though that never seemed to appease him much. As the younger dogs focused it became clear that a few of them were making steady progress. Chakra radiated from their paws in that second, or what could probably be an eternity in dog years. It seemed that they were slowly getting the hang of it. The small group that was being taught by Junko seemed to have discovered the ability to use Chakra.

Finally, the group seemed to have got the hang of it with ease, as they all looked around to Junko the elder stepped forward once more. It seemed that all conversation between them would be going threw him at that moment.

“It seems that you have taught my brothers and sisters the ability you promised. So as an act of kindness we will give you our names. I am Katashi, the two twins over there are Aki and Haru and the younger one is Haruki. As promised you earned our names from this display of willingness to share information.”

As he spoke each name, the light red dog would bow its head slightly and beside it a yellower coated dog bowed. Obviously, the brothers in this conversation that was mentioned. Finally, the impatient youth that had snapped earlier bowed as well. It seemed that Junko was getting the trust of his pack, slow though this was not going to be an easy time for him to earn the complete trust.

The injured dog was still in a none life threatening condition, though she looked worse for wear. Junko would have to prove himself more, only just earning their names. It was now time that he took that a step further. How was down to him, but while the injured dog was not allowed access then it would put her in danger of not being treated for her injuries.

It has been over a month since Uchiha Takeshi, the mod, has posted in this search. The searcher, Tsuyoshi Junko, has not posted within the time limit set in THIS thread and thus has failed his search for the canine contract.
