Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

"I know, I know, it's getting closer. Get off my back about it, already."

He had been searching for some time. Morutobu hurried through the streets of the village, through several alleyways, bearing the appearance of his big brother, taking human form by the simple expedient of their Beast Clone jutsu. In combination with the mask, it was much the best way to keep one's identity to themselves, but Moru knew that his target would be all too aware of who he was. For a time, Moru stood in that bedroom he'd visited on one other occasion, having discreetly slipped into the Sakurako clan complex. Waiting there with arms folded one over the other, and with no sign of Keiyaku, he waited for the twofold boy to return, his stance making it clear he was being demanded on an official summons.

Morutobu let out a soft little grumble, turning into a low growl; the only method he had of communicating in the absence of human speech.

Tsuki's daily routine really didn't change much after they were given the promotion to ANBU. His day always started with a quick round of chores, followed by some book studies, and then he and Keiko would work on their teamwork in training sessions. Was it going well? Not really, but every now and then Tsuki would swear they made a breakthrough of some kind. Today had Tsuki worried though.

"You're acting out again. Do we need to go on a hunt? Are you restless?"

I'm fine, Keiko replied, though the tone of his voice portrayed otherwise. Tsuki had barely been able to focus today with Keiko's unusual sensations overwhelming his mind. He'd cut his hand and instantly brought it to his lips, something he would usually never do. Keiko's hunger was evident, but Tsuki still didn't quite understand why he craved the iron so much. I just can't get far enough away to take care of it.

"We need to figure out a more stable way to handle your cravings. If you get out of control in a serious battle, we could put other people at risk." Tsuki opened the door to their bedroom, knowing he had a few more chores he needed to finish before the day was out and wanting to get out of his training clothes before spreading more dirt around the house. Before he had the chance to step inside, his eyes fell upon a familiar ANBU mask. Tsuki reached for the gloves in his pocket, pulling out a needle and undoing the transformation jutsu on it to don his own mask.

Tanuki? Keiko voiced, though Tsuki could feel more than just curiosity behind his tone.

He gave us another house call. Must be important. Knowing that his mentor's messenger didn't speak, Tsuki nodded his masked head. "I'll follow you."
