Midori was excited about this mission. He had a passion for plants. Like his mother, Midori loved to garden. Though his family made a large portion of their income through their garden – he had never viewed it as work. To Midori, the plants had much to teach them and he intended to learn much on this mission.
As Midori came to the address of his mission assignment his excitement grew. The house was perhaps a class higher than the one he had grown up in, but this was to be expected. A giant Aloe under the surface was not a cheap investment. Walking through the gate of the house and into the backyard – he stopped and kicked his toes in frustration.
The owner has not kidding about the cacti. As far as he could see the backyard was filled and the fast majority of them were as tall if not taller than himself! Crossing his arms in thought he spent a minute coming up with a plan. Yogi poked himself up through Midori’s robe and gestured to a shorter cacti about a foot and a half tall. Sometimes he felt Yogi had a mind of itself, though logically he knew this wasn’t likely. He concluded that perhaps Yogi was simply and extension of his subconscious mind.
Anyways, back to the cacti. Midori could see over this one! Walking up to the cacti Yogi gripped the top and lifted him up above the prickly field. Like a prehensile tail it was proving to be useful! Scanning the cacti it didn’t take him but seconds to single out the Aloe. Withered, and reddening at the edges it was a sad sight to be sure. Instead of shriveling like he had expected, the leaves had seemed to begin to curl downward.
Flipping through some hand seals he got to work. With a few hand seals Midori conjured up a Pressurized Mist surrounding the Aloe. Focusing his inner eye – he pushed deeper, thicker and compressed the mist deeper into the Aloe. Upon closer examination he watched the mist condense and drip down into the leaf anchors. Yes water on the inside of the plant was key in these desert climates.
Flipping through some more hand seals he aimed his intent at the base of the Aloe plant. A steady shop of water rocketed from his palms. Drenching the base of the plant Midori repeated the process till the sand was absolutely saturated. He paused and watched the water settle. Flipping through the hand seals once more he drenched the Aloe’s upper segments again for good measure.
Midori looked down at Yogi and smiled. Who would have thought this would be use full? Lowering himself back down to the ground he scrawled a not and pinned it upon the cacti spikes.
It felt good to help out the Aloe, and he was glad to be working with plants for a change. Lucky for him the mission went faster than he could have expected and he was free to enjoy the rest of his day. Chakra drained and accomplished he returned to his shenanigans.

“Hello,
I’m afraid I can’t help you about your Cacti problem, but your Aloe is thoroughly watered. It should perk back up shortly.
Sincerely,
Midori Majo”
