Ninpocho Chronicles
Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Conservative Motion - E rank
All of a shinobi’s abilities rely upon finite resources; whether stamina, chakra, physical health or even ammunition. Though who can heal, replenish chakra and stamina through rest, or requisition tools, once a engaged in combat against another skilled opponent, it could be said they are fighting more than each other, but fight also fighting the clock. If two opponents meet on level ground with no advantage over the other or outside interference, it becomes a battle of attrition. Optimization was on Shiori mind when she found an instructor who, like her, sought to make each action count. Efficiency. Simplicity of motion. With this training, she would not be slowed by her opponents. She will act with determination and to completion of her cause.

It was easy for many young students to become caught-up with the wonders of what is capable with chakra, and yet many in their focus blind themselves to the simple matter that it is a vital resource. Shiori too, by her Father’s occasional teachings, realized early on the importance of being equally prepared and flexible. The tools of a ninja can be overlooked by those enthralled with grand displays. By think carefully, calmly, and quickly; a skilled shinobi will out-think, preempt and out-maneuver their foe. Her interest in traps and diversions lead her to find instruction; practicing these skills as elaborate, yet harmless, games and pranks. This study has been as useful in training as it had in understanding others.

The days after rain, Shiori loved to watch it dry. She'd sit in silence as the morning workmen and earlier riser made their way through town. She tried to stay out of sight, and out of the way, but inevitably there were the casting glances of judgement at the motionless child with the glazed expression. But each step the passed made its mark. They pushed, squished and stamped the dirt. Areas with differing levels of moisture, some through the puddles. Each step was different leaving one area to the other. Anyone would reason the each person’s step is different, but each step they made varied. Mystics say that intention gives off energy, Shiori began to think this was true. An old woman’s hobble, and workman’s stride weighted by his load, that one child, skipping with too much energy so early for her weary mother.

Stealth, camouflage, avoidance, evasion, counter-perception, and misdirection. Shyness does not explain the half of her fascination with concealing her presence from others. There is no way she can continue to be timid. If she wanted to limit her contact with people, she had to become a professional. She practiced what she could with her grandmother, instead of going out she would staying and play hide and seek, moving around the house while avoiding the woman’s notice. She moved on to shadowing neighbors and acquaintances, sneaking upon cats. Then there were the academy war-games. Capture the flag is a favorite of hers, integrating her studies for practical use by waiting for for her moment to strike. Patience was not a common childhood trait; some are innate, while others are learned through practice and purpose..

Embracing the shadows, opportunists are adept in the art of covert fighting. They remain hidden from their victims until the moment they strike and even then leave their victims wondering where the attacker came from...and where they went.
Effect: The user has a 30% chance at remaining in Stealth after performing a Sneak Attack. Once per round, the user may make a Sneak Attack without being dropped out of Stealth; this may only be done three times per battle.
