Maru coming out from a hole in the ground shook himself, stretching to get the blood flowing seeing how there were no children training in the obstacle course. He personally didn't mind that there weren't anyone on the obstacle course since he just caught up on his Foxy Nine-Tails magazine but now that there weren't any dirty children around he had the obstacle course to himself.
'So… this is what you do all day? Yanno I could summon fox girls right?' said one of Maru's Nine-Tails, the tail that spoke shaking with each word. Ever since Maru got hit by that comet, some spirit that was sharing a space in his head with a succubus always communicated to Maru either directly through his ears, creating a mouth in the back of his head or from one of his tails. With a sigh, he brought the tail around to have a talk with his possessing spirit. "Look I don't need help from you to summon fox girls. he assured the spirit which almost seemed as though Maru was irritated with it. "If I wanted one here, I'd turn some woman into a fox or tear my own rift to pluck one from another dimension. You aren't required."
The spirit grumbled, then after letting his tail go back in behind him, he went to sit next to the little borrow he made in the center of the obstacle course. He was originally supposed to be teaching the basics in defense, how to see to it that children know how to survive when they come face to face with a jutsu or even an opponent where combat isn't an option. Maru chose to hide in his borrow so when the students came, they wouldn't find him now where and if some kid got close to his hidey-hole he'd use fear aura to scare them away which makes them see a unbelievable horror like how his spirit would look without its exoskeleton feeding on other creatures who come from dying dimensions. If that didn't work then there's always an opportunity to show whatever they fear most chasing them, now that's always an option. Now that he was safe, he would be able to keep looking at images! Opening up his magazine, he chuckled with a wide toothy grin spreading on his face. Liking– no. Loving what he was seeing.
