Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

As Tatsuya approached the passport office, he pondered exactly how he wanted his mission to play out.

The mission at the heart of it was simple - figure out what the Henkeisho clan is up to that could be construed as unacceptable. The specifics however made it rather complicated.

The Henkeisho clan is well known for their genetic manipulation, creating powerful beings hired by all manners of employers, including Kumogakure. Tatsuya personally knew a few shinobi amongst the ranks of his fellows that counted amongst the Henkeisho.

The relationship between the clan and their benefactors however tended to be relatively 'under the radar'. Not hidden per se, just not often touted. After all, the unsavoury means for their members to gain members do not necessarily play well with the wider populace.

So then why the sudden interest? What has caused a decision to investigate this clan - in a way that could lead to severing ties even? Genetic manipulation of children? That's not really something entirely uncommon in all fairness. Plenty of shinobi born in Kumogakure itself probably were borne of genetic engineering experiments in all honesty. With that said, if something was particularly gruesome... perhaps then something would warrant a significant response.

No idea.

But it did make Tatsuya's work harder. He would have to come up with a reason to pay the clan a visit, a reason persuasive enough to let him be welcomed deep amongst their kind, so he could have the time and freedom to do his investigations. And also that if nothing turned up, there would have been no harm, no foul done.

OOC: I did not realize we get a passport automatically when a mission is approved, so, excuse this. XD

It took some time, but Tatsuya got the passport he needed. It was time then, for him to go and do his thing. Once again, to brave the lands beyond Kumogakure. He was excited. It felt like this time, something was going to be different, to be new and exciting. He was not sure what but... he felt it in his bones.
