Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

It had been quite the menacing journey, to say the least. Koa had accepted a once in a lifetime deal that would bind her spirit to a creature born in the darkness, one of the first dark sages. It's claws dug into her back and drew blood everyday, weakening the chief's mind and heart; unraveling what made her, well, her. The abilities, the potent power of the dark sage was something that she couldn't control nor accept. The power coursed through her body and it tormented her, it warped her perception of reality and it whispered into her ear unsightly things that were just inhumane. Although, that was the nature of her power, and as such she had unwittingly put herself in a position to be changed, to be molded into something so foreign to her own body.

"Maybe it's time to leave the village..." Koa would whisper under her breath as her eyes settled on the harsh surroundings of the Titan's Keep. Never would she have thought of leaving the village butt needs were a must. If she stayed, who knows what would happen, one day the woman would eventually wake up as a shell of her former self. The way out of this place was clear: so clear. The chief dragged her heels over to the edge of the Titans Keep and pushed her face against the invisible wall of willpower that prevented her from taking that leap to just die. "I really see no option..." She pushed herself against that invisible wall, feeling her jelly legs resist, as her heart remained calm and her heart was still with acceptance. Koa loved her village, she absolutely did, but that same love wanted to protect it in her last moments of sanity; to leave and protect the home she loves. The branch, the Medical Branch, would go on without her regardless.

After a few moments of standing on the edge, the woman would pull herself back and take a deep breath. The minuscule beads of sweet fell from her forehead, "No, no, there's always other options..." She clutched her paws against her head and applied pressure, attempting to reassert control of what little remained of her warped mind. Koa would fall backwards, tripping on some rubble, and landing harshly on her back with a thud. She lay there for, what seemed like years, staring at the sky and how angry the clouds looked. "If I don't leave I'll just be as useful as a cancer..." The chief raised her hand and attempted to catch the puffy, grayish clouds as they blanketed the sky.

She lay there for longer, peaceful in her own madness, before conjuring up the strength to find her footing. Those sad, beautiful eyes looked back at the village almost scolding it before taking the first few steps back to her home.
