Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The dark haired Kunochi wondered toward her destination. Her steps were slow and methodical. The clucking of each step could be heard in the empty streets as her dark boots met the beautiful cobblestone laid forth. She wore a dark cloak that dragged across the road she traveled due to its length. Her hair flowed and trailed behind like a cape and was as dark as her attire. Glowing red iris unblinkingly lit the shroud of night to reveal an expressionless pale face void of emotion. Trailed with her was a ominous dread and malevolence.

Umu stopped short of her destination. Before her, a dock and a single ship seemingly unkept. Though Umu could not smell, she could imagine the musk of the salt seas this ship has passed through. It’s wood was worn and splintered with signs of corrosion. It’s captain saw Umu approaching. He looked thrice her age and a bit shaken up. He’d pull from his pocket a watch that was made of silver and it’s face bore a flaming sword insignia. His hand was shacking as he check the time. Umu, as it turned out, was on time precisely to the hour, minute, and seconds. He’d nod to his crew. A signal to make way and prepare for departure. They’d scramble about all equally as shaky as the captain. Umu would board before turning toward the sky in an almost poetic gesture. The sky was a dark cloudless purple with slight hues of orange and red that looked like the sun was melting into the horizon. The breeze was steady with the crashing of the waves into the pier. It was as if both were raging with one another. The ship’s sails thrusted with the direction of the wind when released and the ship began its motion. Umu would continue her path and head toward the ship’s cabin. Her glowing red iris unwavering and focused. Umu would stop short of her intend location to greet the shaky and nervous captain. “Pleasant weather we are having… I am not to be disturbed until we reach my destination.” Umu’s eyes remained focused ahead and the captain’s fixed to the ship’s deck. He did not respond nor did Umu expect him to. It was simply understood. Umu would continue on toward the cabin before reaching it’s wooden doors. A click sound would emit from beneath Umu’s rob causing the entire crew to gasp in a panic. All had held their breath as Umu went down below. Once she was out of sight, the crew let out a sigh of relief and continue working. The sun slept and the moon prowled. It lit the sea with it’s shine causing a mirage of tiny sparkles of diamonds. For a moment the crew felt a sense of calm. But it wouldn’t last. For they knew, what lied in the dark below of their ship. A cursed doll with promises of a fate worse than death.
