Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Ayame took pride in the fact that she had read so many scrolls about battles. She felt that she could be better prepared for battles of any sort, well when she was strong enough. One of the scrolls she read told her that she could never have enough kunais with her. Another one said she should carry her shurikens with her and put them on the left side of her pack for easy access and to keep her contracts with her in a front pocket in case the battle becomes too hot for her to reach into a pack to grab them. She remembered reading a scroll on the different types of elements in the different countries and how best to prepare for them. The fact that she was a bookworm might come in handy rather than become her burden. Ayame hopes that her knowledge of battle prowess would help her and her teammates in the future.

Calm Mind
Ayame sat outside her house taking in the sounds of a city, alive and loud. In that moment, everything was peaceful. She could almost take a nap. As she closed her eyes, her mind took itself elsewhere. To the old man next door who has seen many years of fighting and now got to spend time with his family. He was making himself a mid-afternoon snack. To the little girl across the street, pulling a wagon along behind her and her best rag doll friend riding in it. The wheels were making a slight squeaking noise as it moved across the pavement. She felt a sensation on her skin, almost like a warm breeze was passing over her. She felt all her sinews moving as she breathed and she heard the blood moving in her veins. It's like the world just disappeared. She was truly in a relaxed state and all her troubles melted away.

Ayame was out walking around the Student Academy just to pass time before she had to go home. She walked slowly, thinking about the day and the classes she still needed to take before moving up. She was so deep in her thoughts, she didn't notice the wrapping paper on the floor. Someone didn't quite make it to the trash can. She stepped squarely on to it and was quickly thrown off balance as it scooted her foot out from under her. Since Ayame was training to be a shinobi, her reflexes kicked in and she managed to regain her footing before spilling to the floor and ending up with a bruised tailbone. Remembering where she was and noticing the time, Ayame went to leave the academy. She passed by the playground on her way home. A group of children were playing with a ball, just kicking around before they, too, had to go home. As she walked she heard a kick from one of them and caught something spiraling towards her in her peripheral vision. She moved her head back a split second before the ball would have smacked her. The kids made quick and quiet apologies as they chased after the ball. Children, Ayame shook her head as she kept walking.
