- Name: Yoshida Tesshou
Age: 9
Physical Description:
In spite of years of physical training, Tesshou's physique is misleadingly compact. This could be attributed to his training focusing more on muscle stamina than actual muscle mass, and his tendency to wear over-sized hoodies. His eyes are amber in color due to his Yoshida heritage and his hair contrasts it as a dark, almost black, purple. His eyes further contrast with his dark skin, sometimes making them seem brighter than they actually are, though his hair seems to compliment his pigment. His right ear holds two earrings while his left only has one, and beneath his left eye is an unraised mole.
Mental Description:
The loss of his parents was so surreal that he found himself plagued with curiosities about the life he lived and the world he lived in. The result was a preoccupation with death and finality, a muse that resulted in him being oddly quiet for a youth his age. Some even mistake him for a mute upon first meeting him, though he does answer when addressed. This has, however, resulted in a rather socially awkward youth prone to being oblivious, blunt, or caustic in humor. Still, this lack of tact in socializing is quite contrary to his overall attention to detail. Those that he chooses to affiliate with cannot deny the fact that he is an extremely loyal individual, and sincere to the core. Once one has gotten to know him, it isn't hard at all for them to say that he means well. It's just that he has an awkward way of presenting his good intentions.
History:
It was not even a full decade ago when Tesshou came into existence, though the ushering in of his life brought the end of his mother. His father, Yoshida Ikeda, took to training the boy from a young age. He was to inherit a great role amongst the Yoshida clan, and his childhood would have to be sacrificed for this. The clan had extensive history, but lost power over the years and found its home threatened by rival clans. But even Ikeda knew the value of love in such a cruel world. As such, he did his best to give his son fond memories outside of the harsh training. By the age of six years old Tesshou was conditioned but unrefined, and his father would spend the next year trying to impart the ideals of the Yoshida into his heir. At the same time tensions were rising amongst the clan, and word of a civil war breaking out caused Ikeda to send Tesshou away to his grandfather in Kumogakure until the ordeal blew over. As it turned out, dissent was sown by rival clans to cause the civil war so that the Yoshida may be stricken down while weakened from internal strife. The plan was partially successful, as most of the Yoshida were eradicated save for Ikeda and his brother. Although weakened from combat with each other the two would go on to eradicate hundreds of enemy clansmen before finally succumbing to their wounds. Once the tale of Ikeda's valor had reached Tesshou he swore amongst his tears to become a shinobi and make sure his father's efforts were not in vain.
