Character's Physical Description: Standing at 4ft 2in tall and weighing roughly 50 pounds depending on the breakfast she ate. Her features bare a striking resemblance to Karasu Shoji. A striking blue hair and sharp jawline, as well as piercing eyes that screams serious. She wears a big white coat and white pants, both rather loose fitting and a pair of sandals. Anything under that is obfuscated 90% of the time, but it's just whatever fad shes into at the time. She wears a series of pins on her jacket in a diamond formation. One of a gourd, one of a broken white jaw, one of a blindfold/scarf, and one of a kage tower, they are all relatively old pins, collectibles in this day and age as the tower looks nothing like the pin.
Character's Mental Description: Mentally she is what you would get if you took fear and threw it out the window, if you took pure sugar and raised it as your own child. She's excitable, a go-getter, and really likes soda so much she's never seen without it and is addicted to various stimulants, uppers and downers (Caffeine, Sugar, Sleep Tea, etc.). She likes to disobey orders if she feels she has a stronger grasp on things than others, and she's always ready to find something ridiculous to do and be a part of.
Character History: It's unclear to anyone but Shiho who her mother is, and not even Shiho knows who her father is. She has the Akimichi bloodline flowing through her, though she keeps the appearance of being skinny. It's unclear as to why she's an exception to the rule. She was studied before being allowed to go to school, and the best that they could come up with is that it was a genetic anomaly, and that her mother or father must have passed the gene on. She would have to keep food on her at all times in order to keep it under control, she was given a government stipend to do so on the basis of it being a disability.
As a baby up until she was old enough to attend school, she spent a lot of time with her mother. A wonderful woman who spent most of her life moving around a lot with the girl, trying her best to keep the little devils appetite sated. They would move during the day, but in the night she would get sung to and told stories of her father, a giant of a man able to beat anyone he set his eyes on. How he beat mythical creatures and stood up to any bad guy that dare threaten the mother land, even telling her of a time when he threw a kage tower, a ridiculous story with no real backing. Her mother enamored the girl, which made her grow up wanting to be just like dad. Or rather whatever sensational version of dad she had been told. As it rounded time to enter the academy, her mother took her to the city proper to registration with the papers in hand and let her go. She said a rather heartfelt goodbye and then disappeared into the sands like the mythical man himself oh so many years ago. She was alone, but determined. She would have many questions growing up such as why her mother left her, what her father is really like, and what became of the two of them.
She was now signed up for the academy, and ready to begin her ninja career.
