[Pankesu Hayashi]

1. Hyperactive:
Hayashi had always loved talking. To people, animals, plants, anything really. He would often talk at length to his equipment whilst baking, some may think it vain or assume that he just loves the sound of his own voice, that may be true but its not the way he sees it. His natural sociability was enhanced greatly through running Pankesus' Pastry by talking to customers, selling his products and dealing with the perils of customer service. He had never encountered a situation that he couldn't talk his way out of, combine this natural charisma with the massive amount of bread that Hayashi eats on the regular and you have the perfect storm for an energetic and easily excitable force of nature.

2. Transmit Life:
Being in the same place all day means that Hayashi would notice patterns of goings on around the bakery and one of those things would be that every couple of months a bird would fly into the large windows at the front of the shop. Most of the time the bird was shaken but apart from that, totally fine. But one time a bird mustve been in a bit of a hurry because when it slammed into the windows of pankesus' Pastery about a month after the pervious one, it didn't get up and fly away. In fact it had broken its wing, this meant Hayashi had to keep this crow around and nurse it back to health and in a bid to limit the amount of time he has to spend around birds in the future he decided to invest some time in learning some quality medjutsu skills.

3. Jutsu Mastery:
Hayashi likes to be confident in everything he does, regardless of if he is talking to someone, trying out a new bread recipe in his spare time or using Jutsus. If he does something there is a strong likelihood that he believes that he is doing it correctly or what he is doing will work. This practice extends to Jutsus, he takes great care in learning and understanding a jutsu inside and out so that he could preform it in any situation. An benefit of attempt to avoid humiliation is that he developed a good knowledge of how jutsus work and can preform them more efficiently because of it.

4. Elementalist:
Using elemental Jutsus used to freak Hayashi out but he realised that if he can find a normal thing to compare the jutsu to, he becomes much more confident in using it. To him anything fire related is just the same as the oven he uses in the bakery. Anything water related, no matter how powerful it is, is just like a hose. Earth Jutsu? Its just like doing gardening work. These massive oversimplifications give him great confidence in his elemental ability as he can clearly picture what he wants to do, even though he doesnt really use elemental jutsus very often.
