Bloody Mess & Adrenaline Rush –
The red liquid of the body which keeps us functioning – Blood. The veins carry the red liquid throughout our body so we can survive. The bright red liquid gushes out as soon as so much as a scratch appears on the body. Yomoko has only had one instance where some may consider it a psychotic break. He was in a training session with a fellow chuunin with a medical ninja on stand-by to make sure neither of them went too far while they honed their skills. Half way through the fight the two exchanged some pretty serious slashes as Yomo’s opponent was a dual wielder and he used his Katana. Yomoko saw on his blade his opponent’s blood and primal instincts took over, he lunged and slashed at his opponent. There was an urge to see the ground stained in blood. His adrenaline kicked in and his focus blurred everything else except for his opponent. It like he put on fog glasses and the only thing he could see was what he was attacking. The whole village could have showed up and the young chuunin wouldn’t have known anything differently. His blood pressure pumped as he swung and swung, attempting to land more blows against his fellow chuunin as the adrenaline pumped through his body. {wc: 215}
Called shot – Precision is the name of the game especially when you want someone to bleed. Hitting certain part of the body like the insides of the leg or arms cut easier which in turn helps with knowing how much damage you have done to your opponent. Whether you aim for something and hit it comes down too many factors. If your using throwing weapons, the slightest change in the breeze could cause you to inflict less damage than intended or more if calculated incorrectly. With melee strikes it depends on your footwork and leverage you have. Yomoko studied these carefully while in the academy, doing his best to understand the consequences of his action and how to better use them in his future endeavors. (WC 123)

Augment 0: Blood Rack (free due to Bloody Mess) - Effect: Attacks with equipped weapon forfeit any capability of inflicting Suppression, but attacks which successfully raise a target's Bleed Rank cause the victim to suffer Bleed damage at the new rank instantly. If a single action inflicts multiple ranks of bleeding to the same target, only the highest bleed rank's damage is used.
- Attacks which would successfully raise a target's Bleeding Rank against targets which are already at Rank 5 Bleeding still cause them to suffer Bleeding Damage even though their Bleeding Rank cannot be raised any higher. For every fifth trigger of this technique, it cannot trigger again for 5 seconds.
- This may only occur once per action.
Augment 1: Barbed Teeth - Effect: If the user misses a Taijutsu attack with the equipped weapon then the user's next successful Taijutsu attack gains a +1 Accuracy Bonus and +5% Bleeding Chance.
Notes:
- If a weapon using this augment is Sheathed/Dropped/Disarmed then the associated buffs gained reset.
- This buff last until the user successfully strikes a target.
- This augment may only buff an attack twice per round.
Augment 2: Primal – Effect: Basic Strikes with equipped weapon cost 0.5 AP.
Augment 3: Razor Strike = Effect: User's weapon can now inflict Bleeding. If the weapon already can inflict Bleeding, then the chance it will trigger it is increased by 5%.

One of the things about being a Nanjirou is the privilege to have to always work hard with their blade. They do everything with their sword to help build that spiritual link to it. Yomoko’s blade was always exceptionally sharp which helps with slashing and cutting his enemies in combat. He would train day and night when not with his family or on a mission with his fellow shinobi. Even beyond the point of spiritual his blade became an extension of his body. His movements were fluid wherever his arm swung his sword would land and slash. Maneuvering his blade through the air as he goes through difference stances, constantly using the muscle memory to also help train his mind. As he got older and got stronger, he could feel the difference in the swing of his sword. The sword felt effortless as it moved through the air, gliding as it cut the very oxygen around it. With training his sword felt like it got stronger even if it was just himself. He was empowered with his Katana at his side and Yomoko could cut anything to pieces with it. He knew he wasn’t the strongest in the village but with his Katana by his side, he felt like he could take on a Sennin as a Chuunin. This was probably misguided thinking but that is what happens when you master and attune yourself to your weapon. Through his training with his clan’s move set and master his Taijutsu he learned to always be ready with his weapon as if he could pull it out in an instant. The feel of the blade leaving the sheath and whip across the air as he drew it to attack had a distinct reflex to it. He also could retract his movements and re-sheath it back into its holster in an instant, as if no time passed at all. The fight would go on as he would strategize as the one versus one combat continued. Yomoko was never good at strategizing against groups of enemies as it was not his forte’. However, one versus one combat is where he flourished as a self-proclaimed Duelist. He is able to focus on the one person allowing him to scheme and be accurate with the swing of his blade. The downside to him being able to focus on one opponent is he often sees multiple opponents attacks if they are targeting him all at once. (WC 409)
