The human body has about a gallon to, maybe a gallon and a half of blood. It’s not a lot. Various methods have been conducted throughout human history leading to an intense debate on which is the best way to exsanguinate someone. Tried and true most people refer to the bladed weapons to deal with their victims - The Uzu much prefers more than a single method. While by far the easiest is via piercing methods that jab through all the flesh and into the veins directly; he will admit to the varying uses of blades. Though for a monster like him who can easily manipulate weapons from blood itself, it’s probably a moot argument for him on which is the best method.
In the Uzumoreru’s most holy texts which divulges their brutal methods of trainings, the number one rule of the clan is to strike first, and strike hard. The victor of a fight is usually whoever has the strength, will, and stamina to duke it out until the end. With the assassin clan of yore, none of these things mattered to them - it was speed, or death. Toushin has since capitalized on that method of assault, realizing quickly in his younger years that there were just some opponents you couldn’t just simply end. The meticulously way in which he plots his combat still prevails though, and by the end his victory will appear to be a planned scenario.

Stealth has always been a virtue for the assassin clan - as it is for most entitled killers. However, what one considers as “stealthy” opens the grounds up on what a person can do far beyond just sneaking around. For the Uzu, stealth means being able to slip a poison into someone’s drink without his victim noticing the moment they make eye contact. Far beyond just being quiet on his feet, which he is still surprisingly capable of, “Stealth”, is more of a philosophy for Toushin. It is also in the core of of the Uzumoreru’s training that covers everything from erasing one’s presence to being able slip evidence onto a target.
The demonic blood that runs through Toushin dates far back to a demon tribe that has long since burned to dust beneath Fuujin’s might for entrusting humans with the power that inevitably lead to many Ancient’s downfalls. One of the most simple of those forbidden techniques is the Eight Wheel Blood Arrow - a Sealing Technique that pulls on negative emotions of the user and stores them within their blood. Upon activation it gives the user full adrenal control to give them temporary superhuman speed at the cost of being able to stop. The speed of a strike while this seal is activated clocks in at 0.133 seconds.
When deciding on a weapon for combat, one must consider the following: “Where am I?” “Who is around me?” “How many loose objects can I see?” And most importantly, “Where is the exit?” These tenants are always closely followed by the Uzumoreru clan who emphasize on “everything is a weapon”, in the intense training forced upon their chosen children. It also forces their most elite to keep track of these four tenants of their training at all times; never missing even a single detail. Toushin, personally, will even go beyond simply optaining the blueprints for a target’s home - he’ll visit it. Even when an opponent’s guard seems highest, the Uzu will find an opening.
Children within the Uzumoreru Clan were trained in blades of every type, special poisoned darts, and chained weapons as a last resort. The Chosen, are trained in every type of weapon. They are encouraged to continue their training constantly, to always keep up with the times and pick up improvements to replace old ideals in their aresnal. To this extent, even since his revival, Toushin has kept a finger on the pulse of humanity’s ever increasing ease in which they kill one another. Guns, swords made from lighter alloys, new hidden toys; he had a plethora to chose from in his newfound retirement.
The Chosen training is hell. Considered one of the most brutal training method known to assassins, Toushin is the only one out of three “Chosen”, that has managed to retain their emotions; despite also retaining his ability to kill them. Due to this frank mind control he finds battles against opponents who rely on illusions to be somewhat normal for him where others would struggle. Something in his mind has an automatic reflex when it comes to chakra tempers, and nothing in his eighty-years alive has managed to turn that off. Most Genjutsu find a hard time finding seat in a man willing to break his own fingers to cast them aside.
