Michino's office is a minimalist open-plan workspace where the discipline of the dojo meets contemporary office design. The entrance features a Genkan-style threshold where employees remove their street shoes, creating an immediate mental transition from outside chaos to focused work. The main floor uses tatami-inspired modular flooring in earth tones, with some areas featuring actual tatami for meditation spaces or informal sitting meetings. Michino's wide mahogany desk is meticulously clean and uncluttered, following a strict "clear desk" policy at day's end; like racking weapons after training, everything has its place.
A central dojo floor serves as the main meeting area. It's an open space with excellent acoustics where Michino can gather multiple students for standups, presentations, or collaborative sessions. No furniture clutters this zone; people sit on floor cushions or stand, maintaining the egalitarian energy of training together. Behind his desk, the Kamidana concept appears as a curated display wall showcasing a sign that holds Sunagakure's values, achievements, and multiple Toraono heroes from the clan's various lineages. Hanging above it is a shadowy katana resting withing the clutches of two iron hooks.
