Green... green... green...
Everything around him was green.
Grass, shrubs, vines, and mossy trees - everything
Grass, shrubs, vines, and mossy trees - everything
Just where exactly did he find himself?
Doi could hear all kinds of animal noises - birds, frogs, wild cats, and even snakes. He'd even seen a troop of monkeys pass overhead, swinging from tree to tree. It was a bit warm and humid despite the tree canopy partially blocking the bright sun.
Was this a real jungle?
The place did draw slight comparisons to the Land of Lightning's heartland but was definitely different in its own unique way. Doi felt completely out of place. How had he gone from a small motel room to a luscious jungle in seconds?
Was this a dream?
It had to be... either that or he was kidnapped. The former seemed like a more reasonable explanation, though.
“This is no dream," said a booming voice - startling Doi with how sudden it was. "Who said tha-,” Doi turned around in place only to see that no one was there. ‘Ehhh...what was that?’ The teen thought to himself.
The very sky abruptly turned dark as if in response to his question. Large rain clouds began to spawn in the sky and a large group of animals began to run past Doi - as if fleeing from something. The trees began Birds hiding nearby began to fly away as the trees they began to sway in the wind. Among all this, loud thunder could be heard. It drew closer and closer as the moments passed.
A storm had formed right before Doi’s very eyes. The juvenile could do nothing but stare straight ahead as trees began to fall one after another. The ground beneath his feet shook intensely. Doi could only assume something big was coming.
Then he saw it - or more so specifically 'him'.
<FONTFACE fontface="Georgia">A giant armor clad man holding a giant axe slowly approaching. His eyes glew brightly and electric currents visibly danced along the man's large frame. Rain started to pour heavily from the heavens as this mysterious figure drew closer and closer to Doi's position. Every step he took caused minor tremors.
Doi felt compelled to run, yet something kept him glued to his spot.
Eventually, the large man stood before him.
